They gave my dog eye drops for red eyes and next thing you know he went fully blind and never had any visual problems previous to this instant. Then we went to a specialist who took him off of those eye drops and suddenly his vision returned fully out of nowhere. He wasn't bumping into trees or walls and he knew where the stairs were and could see if a chair was in front of him again. Unbelievably awful ordeal, not to mention we had to pay thousands of dollars for this service and also all of their trouble shooting for us to tell us they have no idea what caused this and what magically caused his vision to return as they denied it was the eye drops. They fully blinded my dog temporarily and since then he has had vision problems as he can no longer see anything in low light settings anymore.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I picked this place as they were in my area specializing in small animals, I have a sick hamster who was MISDIAGNOSED at a first examination by this so called" DOCTOR" Dhaliwal, I ended up paying over $325 for antibiotics and all the exams he said are necessary, nothing helped, poor thing is dying, no antibiotics or anything he prescribed or said helped!! NEVER GO HERE and trust him to assist you and your furry friend. I left a huge voicemail for him saying that nothing helped and me going back n forth to their clinic did not solve anything and i need his advice what else he can do for me, it took him two days to call back, and left a voicemail call me if you have any questions or concerns! CROOK that's all I can say!!

I’m so angry at the negligence of this money hungry “vet”. I’ve taken my cat here for years and I was always so pleased with the service and care they provided. Right now, my cat stayed in his cage for over an hour before I said screw it and took him back. We were in for annual vaccines. It should not take that long but they’d prefer to stack appointments to make more money. My cat does not like to be caged up so how dare they keep him in his cage for a whole hour and then have the audacity to tell me they will see him in 15 minutes. If they knew they’d be backed up, I would have preferred rescheduling then holding him hostage! Don’t waste your money. Find another vet that truly cares about animals and not just the bottom line. EDIT: in response to your reply and given the circumstances, it would have been smarter to reschedule. In addition, my husband was only informed about the emergent situation after he went in to check on what was taking so long (which was a whole hour after we handed our cat off to you). We should have been informed right away. We should have been offered the opportunity to reschedule. We should have been kept updated following 30 minutes of our cat waiting instead of worrying that there was something wrong with our cat only to find out he was just sitting there in his carrier for a whole hour. This is a failure in communication on your part. Do better.

This clinic was a God scent for us and our Everest. Everest had a huge tumor above her bum which had moved her entire tail and bum to the right side we are forever greatful to South Etobicoke Animal Hospital they saw her on a Friday and she had surgery the following Wednesday

My cat broke his leg in the middle of the night and I had to rush her somewhere. I kept calling many hospitals but none attended me so late. Finally one of my friends suggested South Etobicoke Animal Hospital. I am very thankful to them for the spontaneous response and proper care and support.

They're one of the most professional and kind veterinarian clinics I've ever been. Rose, Ruby, Sonny and Lauren are exceptional and very caring, as are their other staff members. Dr. Dhaliwal is a very nice personable doctor/surgeon; his work, methods and knowledge are very professional and current; his care and the quality of his work is very evident. Dr. Sharma is a wonderful man, he has a very positive energy, he's youthful and patient. It's very clear that he's a Doctor who truly cares about the animals, he isn't afraid to sit on the floor and play or comfort them as he speaks with you. He's extremely knowledgeable and thorough in all of his examinations. I can ask a 1,000+ questions and I never feel like I'm a nuisance or I'm taking up too much of his time; he's more than happy to answer them and assure me with regards to my puppy's health. If you want a really good veterinarian clinic that really cares about your pet, I think that there's no better veterinary clinic in Toronto, especially for the cost, their fees are very reasonable compared with other clinics who charge more, just to pay for their unnecessary high overhead, branding and marketing. SEAH isn't fancy, but they're amazing! Plus, sometimes I take my pup [Kane] in for a basic check up and they don't charge me. Other clinics would definitely charge at least $50+. That says a lot about who they are and their values... I live in Mississauga, there are tons of vets in Mississauga, but South Etobicoke Animal Hospital is definitely worth the extra distance. If you guys at SEAH are reading this, thank you for all that you do!! From David and of course lil Kane. :)

My cat had to do a PU surgery due to my carelessness. I want to say thank you for 1000 times to people there for saving my cat's life. They had to work after hours to finish the surgery. The vet explained everything happened to my cat and the detailed procedure of the surgery to me. Due to risk of infection, they even sent me a huge bag of paper litter for emergency use as I only have the one from Costco. I went for recheck with him on Friday and vet told me he is in a good process of healing. Before the recheck, the cat has been refusing to eat anything. But magically after the recheck, he just started to eat. I did not even have a chance to feed him the med for appetite I just got. ????It has been 5 days after the surgery, I think the cat's energy level is back to normal. BTW, I think the cost is fare at the hospital. Though the surgery and the checking has drained up my saving, I understand that the cost is supposed to be high anyway. After more than half-year now, my other cat has symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea. Went to emergency clinic to get injection and medication. But my other cat was still having low energy level and no appetite for past two days. Magically, I brought him in today and did physical check + get him revolution. Now he is home and willing to walk around and even purring when it's close to me. That place must have some sort of magic to let me cat a feel better just by visiting. This is definitely my go to place if I need help about my cats. ????????????Hope Curry can recover to 100% in a short time. BTW, they respond quick with emails!

I had my doberman cropped here and didnt get at all what i asked for, after the first surgery i stated i was upset with the ears so they offered to redo for free... they are even worse. The 2 ears look nothing alike and its ridiculous. Please dont put your pup through here for ear surgery go to rutherford..

Adopted a new kitten and took her here for her vaccinations. The place looks very small but I was extremely impressed with the service. The receptionist was very kind and careful with my new kitten and booked some future appointments for me with ease. The vet - Dr. Dwaliwal, was absolutely fantastic. He did not rush me in and out. He took time to explain lots of information to me, played with my kitten to make her feel comfortable and addressed any concerns I had. I walked away extremely impressed and happy. They have got my business for life!

Have been taking Stella here for about 3 years. I have found all of the staff to be very attentive, caring, and true animal lovers. The doctor took his time to explain everything to me, and I really appreciated him and his assistant coming down to the floor, to Stella's level, to administer treatment. This definitely reduced her stress levels! I find their rates to be very reasonable and they don't try to upsell or influence any extra expenditures.

I had to take my cat in today last minute as she was unable to pee , they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment . The staff were super friendly , explained everything they were doing in detail , tried their best to comfort Puddin . Did and ultrasound right away and found the issue and advised the best coarse of action that fit with my budget . I’ve had 2 of my cats fixed at this location before and I have always been extremely happy . Everyone there has always been very helpful, caring and compassionate . I would recommend anyone to take their fur babies to this location Thank you all for everything

We thought the vet was pretty good but the rest staff working there are subpar. In a single visit there, we noticed everything was all over the place. From little things like vet being distracted mid-work (asked if he took their pen - seriously?), to crying loudly on the phone talking to a customer. It did not feel like a professional environment.

My family and I are not only impressed but extremely grateful. My baby Pug got suddenly sick and her regular vet wouldn't be back in the city until late in the evening. Her condition was worsening very quickly, losing a lot of weight and fluids, lethargic. We were getting ready for the worst. We happened to find a spot in this clinic. Everyone was super kind and nice. The doctor was super clear and honest, but very kind and understanding of what the situation was. He was fairly confident of his diagnosis but suggested some tests just to be on the safe side. Tests were available almost immediately, which is a super plus. The staff members who helped out with shots, IVs and blood work were super patient with my dog, my wife and my baby. A few hours after the treatment started my puppy was able to walk (albeit slowly) and drink water again. When we took her to her regular vet, she mentioned that the doctor's assessment and treatment was spot on, which gave us even more confidence. The doctor even called us a day later to follow up, provide further guidance and things to look out for. Fortunately everything's ok now. My dear Luna is alive and well and as much of a troublemaker as usual because of South Etobicoke Animal Hospital, and I will be forever grateful. I'd seriously consider switching regular vets if we weren't leaving the area soon. Thank you, doctors and staff!!

Going to give 5 stars, even tho we've had to wait a few times and had our appointment delayed, it was always to take care of other emergencies. It's good to know they'll always prioritize those in the event our own pup needs emergency attention. Staff is very nice, friendly and caring.

Nutshell: Outstanding vet clinic with amazing vets & vet techs working here. They care & bond with your animal. Since their care is so good, they are unfortunately very busy and overworked (definitely under-appreciated! ) A few times they forgot to fax over our dog’s Prescription to the pharmacy… however, I can’t hold it against them because they provided A+++++ service. ————— Prior to passing away, our gorgeous chocolate lab rescue had long & difficult medical history. She used to always dread going to the vet until we moved here and started her at SEAH (SOUTH Etobicoke Animal Hospital.) In fact, on walks she would pull and lead us to SEAH for a visit. All the vets and vet techs we saw had genuine bonds with our dog and were wonderful people to get to know personally too. BEST EXAMPLE: come home Saturday evening to a ruptured cyst on dog’s leg. SEAH clinic was closed so we rushed her to an EMERGENCY vet clinic instead. Emerg clinic gave us 2 options: amputate, or put her down. We were devastated and angry. We take our dog back to SEAH come Monday for a second opinion. SEAH does a biopsy, stitches her up, and then shows us how to properly bandage her leg up ourselves every 2 days. THEY SAVED HER LEG AND THEY SAVED US MONEY!!!! Thank you!

I brought in my pet, who looked like he was a bit off, turns out he just ate something that gave him this effect which was non lethal, in return the vet here told me that he ate something very rotten, and also that my pet has many deficiencies. Although I feed my dog with a healthy diet from vegetables to meat to kibbles. The vet prescribed a galore of different drugs, even pain killers as if my dog had a broken leg (he didn't). Not a trustworthy vet, they will take you for your money, and smile and pretend that they are helping. Take your pet elsewhere to someone that is honest, and doesn't try to take advantage of you when you are worried about the pet. I never ended up giving anything prescribed by the vet, my dog was fine within a few hours. The bill, which should have been no more than 200$ ended up being 580$ and yes, I confirmed with another vet in regards to this, and she told me that they definitely did an overkill on all the prescriptions, unnecessary at that.

One of the worst clinics I've ever seen. To make a Long story short, I asked them to give my dog the 3 year rabies vaccination and I was told no problem. They charged me more. I then find out a year later they only gave him the one year vaccination. Among other HORROR stories I've heard from other people. I decided to change clinics. So I requested a Copy of his complete file. They didn't record any info in regards too medicines or vaccinations given. No manufacturer, lot or DIN numbers ! I was told by an employee they also get a lot of insurance rejections. No wonder if they can't keep proper records. If you complain they don't care. They also treat your pets like they are farm animals and not pets! NEVER TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!

Yikes. Went here yesterday. Horrible experience. I have a 11-pound chihuahua who doesn't like people. I of course had him muzzled to make sure the experience went smoothly, as he had what appears to be an eye infection of sorts and I knew it would need to be inspected. The vet came in and acted scared of Leo. He didn't even look at the eye properly and carried to say "I'm pretty inexperienced", yet told us it is "probably cherry eye" and gave us a bill of $1400 for the surgery. Please? You think I would let you operate on my dog with that lack of confidence? Not only that but the place was absolutely worn down and filthy. I understand all vets smell, but this was pungent. The place looks like it is shutdown from outside, and is clearly going through a crisis. Avoid. * The only positive experience was the very friendly receptionist. I will give it that.

I was looking for a Vet that deals with exotic pets for my chinchilla in Etobicoke and a found Dr. T. Dhaliwal at this location who deals with exotic pets. I booked an appointment and was surprised at the genuine love and knowledge the staff and Dr. T. Dhaliwal provided, the vet took his time to answer all my questions and the rates are affordable, I even got some money returned because some tests werent necessary. This place is honest and isnt looking to profit off your sick pets!! After the dental procedure for my Chinchilla "Misho" is doing alot better and im glad I found this place. If you have an exotic pet and live in the Etobicoke area, I strongly recommend this place , great rates, great service A+++

My neighbors loved him a lot and made me fall in love with him too. But Zoey lost his life with this doctor when he was only seeing the doctor for his wound dressing. My sister had a cat named Jax, he was stressed out and ate plastic and they wanted to do surgery on him for 2,000$ and when they did the surgery they didn't want Jax to stay over night and the next day he is dead due to dehydration. This vet is very irresponsible for pets and i will never take my pembroke welsh corgi there ever again! There price for examination and shots are ridiculous too. Never go there!

Regardless of his indiscretions I have to say Dr. Tej Dhaliwal is a very knowledgeable man. That being said this clinic has to be the worst clinic out there. Small dirty dingy but that’s not even the main issue. Call and book specifically for dr Tej and show up for the appointment and some random walks in who appears to have zero experience in the field and will tell you himself he isn’t experienced which I praise for being upfront about but no thank you. My pets life matters. Also note the receptionists can be extremely loud and too many damn people walking back and forth and the sound triggers an immediate stressful response in my pet.

DEAD? I brought my cat in to have a lump on his neck removed. They seemed to be caring and competent. I was very concerned about my cat and I was nervous. The had me sign some forms, just normal procedure. I left my beloved cat there. Later that day they called me and told me my cat was DEAD... I live alone. My cat was my best and dearest companion. Three weeks later and I regret ever hearing about this place. Maybe if I hadn't been so trusting I wouldn't have lost my best friend. Maybe if I had brought him somewhere else... LET ME BE PERFECTLY CLEAR. NOBODY EVEN MENTIONED THE WORD "RISK". NOT ONE SINGLE WORD INDICATING THAT THERE WAS ANY POSSIBILITY THAT ANYTHING COULD GO WRONG. They acted like I was bringing him in to have his nails trimmed. No problem, we'll call you and let you know when you can pick him up. Instead they called me and asked me if I wanted to see his dead body. I don't know what else to say...

Dr.Taj Dhailwal is unprofessional, irresponsible, money minded doctor who does not cares about their pets just trying to making money. My 9 months old dog was killed by him on Aug 24th due to his negligence as we just went there was bandage change only, he took my zeoy inside the clinic at 1:00 pm and after 4 hours he said zoey was passed away and don’t know the cause or facts of the death . Being a vet doctor he knows what happen to his patients but he has no answer for the MURDER he did. Also, he admitted that after given him revearsal dose of sedation he went to see other pets in his clinic and once he came back my son was died, we have videos where he admitted that. I am fighting now my son Zeoy justice so that what happens to my son he will not do the same thing with the innocent pets. So i am humble request to everyone who sees my review please save your pet do not visit his clinic.

Do not go here! I went here looking for an affordable vet and the first couple appointments were a decent price, but then the quality and care in each appointment kept dropping (from some already pretty subpar service), with a different vet everytime, none of whom took the time to get to know anything about my dog or comfort him to gain my dogs trust before touching him for exams. There was never any effort to get to the bottom of any thing that would be going in with my dog. The receptionist and staff are great, but the vets don't seem like dog lovers. I was also informed that the owner is a raw feeding vet when I was thinking of changing my dog over to raw from kibble, all he did was charge me more for an appointment where he knew nothing about raw feeding and told me raw food isn't good for dogs. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Find a vet that cares about animals and not just your money!

You can tell the vets here care about the animal and aren't just trying to get money. They go through and explain everything theyre doing and everything I need to do in great detail. They never seemed rushed and they're very thorough. My dog sucks with needles. This is the only place he can get a needle without even noticing. They distract him while they're doing it so hes busy having fun while he gets his needle. They just go above and beyond to not only make sure your animal is healthy, but comfortable and happy during the scary checkup too. I'll only bring my dog here from now on.

Was referred by my vet to Dr. Dhaliwal to do a surgery on my cat. He was in a very bad accident and I couldn't afford the procedure. I thought I would have to put him to sleep but Dr. Dhaliwal was very compassionate and he went out of his way to give me a greatly reduced price. My cat is now in recovery and I will be forever grateful. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have my baby with me today.

I am not satisfied with Dr. Tej Dhaliwal. Twice he gave my cat expired medication. He charged us $225 to neuter my kitty and gavr expired medication and when i had sent him text about the expired medication hr told me to stop giving the medication and i told him the kitty is not feeling well can I pick up medication and told me that dont worry about the medication. It shows how much they care about animals. And i never got the invoice although i has sent emails and texts asking for invoice and never received it. Please people find a vet who actually cares about your animals well being.

I had dr tej dhaliwal come to my home and take a look at my cat. He said my cat was perfectly fine. After a few days I called dr dhaliwal but hasn't returned my calls I had to go elsewhere to receive the services I needed to find out a few days later that I had to put him down. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the services I received from this clinic.

This clinic has a very friendly receptionist and a Vet who listened to my concerns and validated them with her very thorough exam of my dog. They were able to get me in quickly and the Vet spent a lot of time discussing possible diagnoses and possible treatment options.

I brought my 3 month old puppy here for his second round of vaccinations. I wasn't told in advance that I wouldn't be able to accompany my dog into the clinic due to COVID restrictions (which I don't disagree with but would have appreciated some advance warning). They were quite busy at my appointment time and I waited on the sidewalk for 30 minutes for them to take my dog in. I was told that the vet would call me during the exam and giving the vaccinations, so I wouldn't miss anything and I could ask some questions. 30 minutes passed and my dog was returned to me with an "all good". I never got to speak to the vet (even though when I said I had questions for the vet they said they'd get them to come out to talk to me - but they never appeared). They also gave my dog the rabies vaccine, which I didn't consent to (I live in another province so was planning on getting it done by my regular vet). Despite me giving his birthday on the phone when I called to make the appointment, writing it on the form they gave me to complete and telling them as I handed him over, they had written on all his documents (clinic file, rabies shot certificate and vaccine passport) that he was 1 year old (I'm glad I caught this as he is clearly not 1 year old and I am flying in a couple weeks - and need accurate paperwork to get on the plane). I cannot speak to the quality of care my dog received as I was barely involved in the process. I'm not sure I've ever encountered such terrible customer service. I'm glad I don't live in this province and will never have to worry about coming back to this vet clinic. I chose to come here as the location was convenient but I would strongly recommend anyone else thinking about coming to this clinic to choose another vet, hopefully where pet owners are actually involved in their animals' care decisions.

Had a new doctor there came to my house trim my dog's nails cut it too short and made it excessively bleed and came on supplied with merchandise from the vet hospital and then had to leave my home twice to get products that he did not have on hand

Yikes. Out of desperation I brought my dying cat in to see if anything could be done. As a broke student barely able to feed myself it was imperative that I don't go over my budget but I was desperate for help. Doubted every symptom I presented and when the cat finally ate for the first time in a week- "Well he's eating now, isn't he??" After confirming the total price would be in my price range I agreed to the suggested treatment- but couldn't board with them overnight as I'd go into debt if I did. EXTREME guilt ensued. As I was leaving the vet handed me Nutrical (normally about $10, I ended up paying $75 for it??) and told me it was included in the charge. I payed about three times the amount they promised me I'd be paying. Cat died six days later and I suffered major financial damages. When I called to inform the vet of my cats passing he only told me 'make sure the body doesn't stink' during the animal's wake. I've never been so insulted; you can bet I'll never be back. Their only saving grace is the wonderful receptionist. Everything else about this place is a disaster.

Tried this clinic after extremely expensive one. I have a cattery and these doctors are dedicated, I can say for sure. Previous clinic didn't even follow up the treatment. But in Dr. Taj clinic doctor said they will be treating my pet until we give a result. No matter how many courses would be needed Then I had accident with my other cat . He was bitten and his paw was swallen and these guys accepted me same day and made surgery after hours. And knowing prices in other clinics for such job it was very reasonable. All thanks to the team of doctors and their amazing lovely assistants! ???? Girls , sending you special hi and hugs from my cat Hug

Over a month ago, we took our female yorkie to get spayed at this clinic. We met Dr. Tej Dhaliwal who is very nice to talk with and he explained the procedure in detail to us with diagrams. Our yorkie recovered well after the operation and the incisions dissolved on their own and stitches disappeared gradually. You wouldn't have known she got spayed after 14 days. We had follow up calls from the vet tech the next day and also the vet. Dr. Tej Dhaliwal is a very experienced vet surgeon and it shows. His hospital is well run with experienced staff, friendly and very organized and helpful. Although the clinic is small looking in space from the outside, what goes on inside is a well run animal hospital. We highly recommend if you care about your loving pets!

This year I had a lot health issues with my Doberman and this vet office was very accommodating and helpful during a very stressful time for me.. my boy is finally recovering and doing a lot better.. just wanted to thank this vet for being so helpful with my dobie and also I would like to mention Stephanie as she’s an amazing vet tech and was also super kind through out many stressful days I had.. she would talk to me on the phone and throughly go through everything with me and answer all my questions I had .. Dr. Tej Dhaliwal saved my dogs life. We have a 10 yr old German Shepherd who apparently swallowed something. On Monday afternoon he had puked out a large knot with his food. I thought the worst was over and he only drank water that evening. The next morning he again only drank a bit of water and refused to eat. We got an x-ray done on Tuesday night at another clinic in town and that did not reveal anything. The next morning we took him to our vet and he got a bunch of stuff done on him to hydrate him and left there with medication for a week. Later that morning we got an ultrasound done at the the south Etobicoke animal hospital.( Our first visit ever to that clinic)...that too did not show any blockage. However Dr. Tej Dhaliwal did tell my daughter that you should get an exploratory surgery done. On Thursday morning he did eat a few spoons of special canned food that our vet had provided and we thought he probably was sore after throwing up that pretty large knot. All along he did drink water and pass urine. By Friday he just wanted too sleep and I had to carry him out for his pee. I got desperate and my daughter called up a bunch of clinics and hospitals ...in the end it was only after speaking with Dr. Tej who took time over the phone to explain what he felt was going on and agreed to perform the surgery that same day.... We took him in Friday at 11 am.. I got to meet Dr. Tej. Who explained in detail with drawings of how the GI track was possible blocked. He called us up in an hour with the blood report and was spot on... He clearly said that Roman has an upper track blockage and would have to perform the surgery right away without delay as his Oxygen levels were very low. Surgery was successful . Praise God . We were all praying very hard as we have had him since he was a pup. My daughter took him in on Saturday. They ran a blood test on him and there was a huge improvement in his levels.. so no need to be hospitalized... It's Monday morning now and I'll be taking him once again for another round of blood work to make sure all is well. Roman has got back his appetite and has eaten well this morning. Our heart felt Thanks to Dr. Tej and his entire team who made us feel at ease and showed a lot of genuine care and concern for Roman... A big thank you and God bless... from Leo Reis and family PS... I have been taking my puppy here since we got him. Dr.Sharma has always given us great advice and never tries to up-sell for things we do not need. We recently got our puppy neutered here. They had lots of appointments available and we were able to get a fast Saturday appointment. We took our dog in and they gave us a waiver with an estimate where you can opt-out of non-mandatory options which have the pricing right on the paperwork. When we went to pick up our dog we were told he was unhappy in the cage they put him after surgery and one of the vet-techs had been holding him and looking after him while he woke up from surgery. We also got a call a few days after surgery to follow up to ensure he was doing well. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty and will have Charlie as a life-long patient.

Dr. Tej Dhaliwal is registered sex offender. He didnt disclose this to me before he came into my house for a house call. He told me my reptile didnt need a uvb bulb projecting on the tank when infact she does. He also missinformed me that i should keep the temps at 80F for a baby bearded dragon tank. I found out later through a different vet and much research that the temps should be at 95 to 110F. By having the temps so cold.. my beardie could have died , have induced unnecessary stress and could have developed an illness. Dr. Dhaliwal gave my reptile expired medication not once not twice but 3 times. She gave my reptile a dosage without putting my reptile on a scale to view her weight first. I found out from a different dr that my reptile was 7x under dosed. In 2 stool samples (that i had to damand be done) Dr Dhaliwal only diagnosed my dragon with 1 parasite. Not the 2 she actually has and failed to disclose she had a respitpry infection too. Dr. Dhaliwal did not handle my reptile properly AT ALL. He dropped my bearded dragon on the floor from counter level TWICE while handling. Never coming back again.

My dog was showing symptoms of sickness and due to my regular vet being unavailable, I brought my dog to the South Etobicoke Animal Hospital because they were the only veterinary that could accept her that day. I will definitely be switching vets after my experience. The vet was extremely informative, took his time and obviously is a genuine animal lover. He was also honest and did not take advantage of a very worried dog mom. In addition, the receptionist was very kind and welcoming.

i heard about the death of that poor puppy and was horrified. decided to share my own expirience. my own dog was killed here a few years back when he was in for a teeth cleaning. not even a few hours after drop off said my dog was dead. he was healthy and only 3 years. do not trust this place with your dogs. looks like theyre faking reviews. i see two of the same review posted under two different names but exact same words. this place is disgusting. when i came upset to see my dog all they said was u signed forms saying we are not responsible. seriously???
