When Dr Nadia opened her previous clinic our daughter who was in high school submitted a resume to volunteer and was thrilled to be invited to come. That led to a Co-op placement and eventually a part time job. Dr Nadia is an amazing vet but more importantly she is a natural educator. She takes the time to make sure her employees and pet owners are properly educated and she does her own research. We moved our animals from a clinic we had used for 20 years and in the years that we were lucky enough to have Dr Nadia we certainly presented her with some challenges: broken tail and melted cornea in a Dachshund, double rooted teeth in a Pointer, frozen kitten found on the road, and most significantly a Pointer who suddenly developed seizures. Dr Nadia prescribed medications that were later confirmed to be exactly what he needed by a neurologist at OVC. She’s that good! We are thrilled that Dr Nadia has opened her Mobile Clinic because we she sold her Clinic here it was a giant loss to this community. We miss her skills, care, expertise and compassion very much and vowed that wherever she is we will be willing to drive our pets to her. Now she can drive to us! We will always seek her help with the out of the ordinary issues with our pets because she is relentless in figuring out challenges and ensuring our pets are healthy and not in pain. Nadia has a connection with animals especially our Dachshund because she is the only vet we have seen who will tackle her bad attitude and fear aggression. Thank you for the years of amazing service you have given to our pets including: Ozzy, Chase, Oakley, Holly, Ally, Leo, and Roxy. Thank you for your mentorship you have provided and continue to provide to our daughter as she applies for vet school. Thank you for your friendship because over the years you have become part of our family. Dr Nadia treats every patient like family!

Dr. Nadia's genuine love and passion for animals is undeniably at the heart of why she is such a great veterinarian. As an experienced vet, Dr. Nadia is professional and friendly; she performed tooth extractions and stitches on my dog so amazingly that he even finished his dinner happily immediately after returning from the clinic. As for the annual check-ups and regular consultations, it's so lovely to have Copenhagen Veterinary Mobile Services, where you can save all the hassles and have Dr. Nadia meet you at your own home. So far, it has been the longest time I'm staying with the same vet! I highly recommend Dr. Nadia to anyone who wants nothing but the best for their pets.

Where do I even begin... Dr.Nadia and her incredible staff saved my dog. We didn't know which steps to take next and Dr.Nadia and her staff took us in rapidly and starting aggressive treatment for our pup, Tito. I would get updates like "he sat on my lap the whole day" which is something they didn't have to do. My baby Tito got the best care and I had no worries leaving him over night with the staff. Dr. Nadia was able to see me and my dog last minute after Daisy developed severe symptoms that were persisting for days. We are not from Toronto but Dr. Nadia took the time to contact our vet back home to get Daisy's recent medical records and when we saw her it was clear she had taken the time to read through Daisy's history and was familiar with our situation. She was both professional and kind, taking the time to look at Daisy and soothe her, then giving her the appropriate interventions and walking me through the plans for her follow up in a few days. I appreciate the prompt attention and the time this team took to come prepared and be available for us when we needed it. I would recommend her services to all.

Dr. Nadia is an incredibly warm and knowledgeable veterinarian. When a different mobile vet that we had been using for almost 2 years wasn’t able to follow through with a time-sensitive issue with our senior pup, I did some research on other mobile vets available in our area. When I called her office on a Friday evening, I was completely expecting to leave a voicemail. To my surprise, Dr. Nadia answered. She not only gave me the time to fully explain the situation, including having me email her my pup’s most recent blood results, but she also scheduled a time to come to our place the very next day - a Saturday - due to the potential urgency that follow-up bloodwork would confirm. It became clear as soon as she walked into our home with her assistant that our family had been missing out on true warmth and professionalism. Both of our fur babies took to her immediately, which they don’t normally do with strangers. Dr. Nadia also managed to painlessly draw blood while keeping our pup calm, an accomplishment we didn’t know was possible based on very stressful experiences in the past. We have now had the pleasure of having Dr. Nadia and team to our home a couple of times, and we are so grateful that we found her. She is the only conventional veterinarian that we will work with moving forward. Thank you, Dr. Nadia and team for everything.

Dr. Nadia is so committed to her clients and patients. She really treats every patient like her own fur-baby. She’s attentive to details, is really friendly and easy to talk to, and is very reliable. She knows her stuff and will always go the extra mile for her clients. It’s really hard to find vets that will come to your house to provide care, and I also wouldn’t feel comfortable letting just anyone into my home. Dr Nadia is so great at what she does - and the mobile care she provides is excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend her!

I am struggling with the rating I’d like to give this vet; their compassion and willingness to help me with a home visit for my mom’s cat was commendable. When I called and explained our situation with my mom’s cat, Leo, they seemed empathetic and accommodated me quickly. However, I now struggle with the notion that veterinarians, in general, play on the emotions of pet-owners and, therefore, can essentially charge an ABSURD amount of money for anything, from bloodwork to medication. Firstly, I was told the travel and checkup would run us about $312; it’s a 10-minute drive from the clinic to my mom’s, but after spending 2 hours on Google trying to secure a mobile vet, I knew I was out of options, so we agreed to it at that point. Of course, once bloodwork was collected and subcutaneous fluids administered at the visit, this amount quickly rose to $660. Now, to be honest, I wasn’t surprised because I assumed there would be additional charges if on-site testing would be required. $300+ for a vile of blood and fluids though? Ok, we chalked that up to the fact that, our hands were tied at this point and we wanted to know what was going on with Leo. Couple of hours later when I spoke to the Doctor, she advised that there was nothing extremely alarming in the bloodwork; so, her suggestion was to provide an appetite stimulant and anti-nausea medication in hopes of increasing Leo’s appetite and perhaps deal with some issue he may be having in his abdomen that was not detected in the initial checkup. Fast-forward to the following day; I stopped in to pick up this “medication” and a couple of cans of cat food that the doctor suggested we try on Leo. Now, I am not sure if I’m alone in this but……$86 for THREE pills???? Three individual pills!! I called Ana and expressed my displeasure about this amount; how is it that “pills” for cats cost more than pills for humans?? I wanted to know how they justify charging this amount; she was going to have the doctor contact me because I told her that Leo seemed to be getting worse, and she knew I wasn’t happy with these charges. That was 2 days ago; haven’t heard from the doctor and I’m wondering now…..is this because she can’t charge me anything for this phonecall? Is this industry just a moneymaking pit on the heels of desperate pet-owners who would do anything to help their beloved pets? So, in the event that she might bother to read this, and given that I did express in my call to Ana that Leo seemed to be getting worse, I’ll mention that our beautiful Leo passed away yesterday. Again, I struggle with commending these people in acting quickly to look after our Leo, and, on the other hand, being so frustrated that these vets take full advantage of our vulnerability in such situations. I really do believe there is a need for regulations on vet services, as is done in the dental industry and general medicine. To play on the vulnerability of pet owners is distasteful at best! RIP our beloved Leo ????

A lot of people say this vet is so good, but I'm sorry to say that she is terrible. We left our dog at a pet hotel and he got sick, this vet came over and said somethings about his diarrhea and excessive drooling. When we got back we took him to another vet who found a huge bubble under my dog's tongue which cause to not even be able to drink. If we had not taken him to a real vet he would have died. This vet told us about excessive drooling and didn't even think to check his mouth. This vet may seem good with minor illnesses, but almost cause the death of my dog. DO NOT TRUST THIS VETRINARIAN.

I have had the pleasure of working alongside Dr Hirani. I can honestly say she is one of the most caring, compassionate and outstanding vets I have had the pleasure of meeting. Dr Hirani has treated my own pets as well as my sisters ferrets. So glad that I have met her and trust her 100% with the health of my pets. The amount of time and love she puts into caring for everyone's fur babies is such a hard trait to find but she is among the few vets I have met that truly devotes herself to her patients.

I can't say enough about Dr. Nadia. When our beloved Molson (who is a special needs cat) became paralyzed - we had nowhere to turn. Our clinic was unable to help out (over the weekend) and any emergency clinics would not even test further to see if there were options. Nadia came through for us. She wouldn't give up and once we went to the proper emergency clinic - they were able to save our sweet boy. We went from devastated and planning to put him down to having him home healthy and so happy. She is the most incredible vet and I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of my pets..

Dr Nadia is by far the best vet I’ve ever come across. She genuinely has a deep passion for her work and truly cares for her patients. In June of 2020 my 10 yr old German Shepherd collapsed in my backyard. I knew he needed help right away. With COVID restrictions in place I couldn’t get a vet appointment anywhere and it didn’t appear my dog was going to be moving on his own. I called all the mobile vets I could find. After explaining my situation and how my dog was suffering not one mobile vet would come to my aid, except for Dr Nadia. She recognized the severity of the situation and came right away. After a quick exam she realized he needed to be taken to emergency ASAP. She helped me carry him to my minivan then jumped in the back with him to comfort him and monitor his vitals as my wife and I drove to the clinic. I challenge you to name any other vet that would do that. Unfortunately after an X-ray and ultrasound it was determined that a tumour had burst on his spleen. The cancer was already circulating through his system. Dr Nadia very empathetically informed us he needed to be put down and suggested we do it at our home so that we could all say good bye as the clinic would not allow us in due to COVID. What a fantastic idea and once again it showed how she truly cares. She sat in our home for a few hours never rushing us in our goodbyes. I believe she was Godsent. She made a very unpleasant time for us less painful. I am sincerely grateful for all that she did that day and continue to use her extraordinary skills on my new 8 month old puppy. A better vet you will not find!

I’ve searched the moon and back for someone to help my 12 year old shihpoo. It was Dr. Hirani who opened her heart and door to my dog who was in a state of emergency during Covid, while many clinics didn’t accommodate or care to display compassion. While many vets told me dealing with multiple issues including- diabetes, cushings and glucoma is too complicated, Dr. Hirani rolled up her sleeves and attacked them with her wealth of experience. Dr. Hirani brought my dog back to a healthy and comfortable state with her expertise and patience. My dog eyes seem to glow and his ears perk when he’s in her presence. Dr. Hirani has worked to build my confidence in teaching to medicate my dog with needles and new medications that seemed so overwhelming. Having Dr Hirani in the lives of our dogs has truly blessed them. I highly recommend her to all dog owners I come across. Thank you for all that you have done, From Cuba❤️????
