Staff were friendly, knowlagable, and took exellent care of cat when he needed surgury for a stomach blockage. They were also willing to stay late in order to preform the surgury after x ray results indicating a blockage came back latter in the evening. We were greeted by Aneta and the most adorable chatty Bengal cat! They immediately made us feel comfortable. The service was very affordable (the visit was less than $50!) Certainly worth the drive from downtown. The affordable price did equate to poor quality of care. My little guy was taken care of very well and he had a fun time playing with the other cats. We will certainly be back and will recommend to our other furry friends.

Update: we had an appointment for Saturday 10th but when I came home from work Friday 9th and saw Pickles eye, in my heart I couldn’t make her wait any longer. I called Eatonville and spoke with Alex again and without hesitation they said to bring her in and that I can get in for 6 o’clock. I was emotional when I got there because I felt upset for my baby, but they assured me it’s totally okay and understandable. They were so caring with her and not to mention the rates are actually reasonable and doesn’t leave you feeling anxious about possibly having a sky rocket vet bill. Pickles loves her new vet ! :) I have yet to visit the vet, but I wanted to drop in from just my phone conversation alone with (please forgive me if incorrect on the name m) Alex. She was so quick to answer and address my concerns and work out a time so we can get our fur daughter in as quick as possible for an issue with her eye. The clinic without hesitation offered to see her the earliest they can before a neuter appointment so we wouldn’t have to wait to have our baby Pickles seen and taken care of. I already know that that she will be on good hands. As a pet parent this brings a sigh of relief when our babies are sick !

I was very concerned with my adopted fury daughter's leg (sorry but I DON'T call her "my dog"). Anyhow the Doctor IMMEDIATELY understood how I felt and addressed my concerns. Suggested ONLY the necessary tests and made them affordable. She then immediately contacted me by phone, not the receptionist-the doctor PERSONALLY contacted me-upon receiving the results. The diagnosis was not the kind of information someone wanted to receive, but she provided her professional opinion and the options available and did not interfere with whatever option I chose. She and her staff were absolutely amazing, they kept me informed throughout the day as to how surgery was going and then the recovery from anesthesia, as I was overly concerned. The results of the surgery and removal of the mass and subsequent follow up to remove the stitches were all to perfection. The quality of love, care compassion and understanding can probably be found at other clinics, but I challenge anyone to find another DVM that can even remotely compare to Dr. Rizwana's prices. AFFORDABLE surgery and health care in a loving care center that can be found NOWHERE ELSE! We love you Dr. Riz....don't ever change! BTW Bella and Chia send you their hugs and kisses. I most definitely and VERY HIGHLY recommend Eatonville Animal Hospital and their staff. REGARDLESS of where you live, if you love your adopted fury baby you will take them to be treated at only the absolute best!

This is a very special place. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the support my sister and I have received from the Eatonville Animal hospital team. Only a day after welcoming home our new kittens, we discovered that they were extremely ill, and we were not informed of their condition from the seller. They required more medical attention than we had anticipated. The good people at this animal hospital did everything they could to inform us, provide our kittens with their best medical attention, and support us through the entire process. They helped restore their health, and we now have 2 happy, HYPER, but super healthy kittens. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is searching for a home clinic for their pet. Very disappointed with the attitude of dr rizwana She was quick to examine our older dog who is 7 years old (we just moved into the area - our old vet is 1hr away). Quicker to charge for her time and quicker to over charge for Medicine and faster to charge for a stool sample. Then tried to sell dog food and other items off her shelf. Then when the medicine did not solve the issue she wanted to do another round of testing. So we did. Then 2 weeks Later we went back in. Same problem and then suggest a $250 exam and more medicine. Why would she not just offer that from the beginning to help us. She does not want to give any price breaks when the $250 test should have been done. Just because we live in area she wants to over charge not everyone can afford this. I am an older man from Europe and miss the days of honest customer service. Now it’s about running the bill and rush rush. Slow down and ask questions. Don’t run to test and give medicine just hoping/guessing it will fix The problem. I have had to go to the same clinic 3x and at my age it’s not easy. I am sure the vet team will reply with test are done step by step or a long reply.

Amazing service and great staff. Kobe had to get neutured, teeth extracted and chipped and it was very affordable compared to downtown vets that quoted me over $1000 to $1500 for a small 8 lbs puppy. I would highly recommend Eatonville as they really took care of Kobe.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS VET. After being completely dishonest about the results of our cats bloodwork and X-rays - where they failed to mention the fluid buildup in our cat's abdomen and potential causes, which we confirmed with another vet - they sent us home with $100+ of food and medicine for a month that our cat will never eat as she will be gone within the week. They said we had to buy this special kidney diet food even though there was nothing wrong with our cat's kidneys but instead had major liver issues, either failure, serious disease, or cancer/tumour, none of which was mentioned to us by this vet. Money was not the issue for us, I would spend anything to save my pet, rather it was unnecessary to sell us this food and that the sale was clearly for their profit as they knew our cat would be gone well before the food would be eaten. Can't return it either, they'll give us "credit" for it, but we will never return to this vet so there is no credit. They clipped my cat's nails so short that she couldn't grab onto things and fell off our bed three times after she came home to us which resulted in injury. Her belly began bloating seriously after this which we can only say was caused by an internal rupture from the falls. A direct result of the severely clipped nails. She was recovering fine until the falls. This has made our cat all the more miserable in her final days. It is not the first time I've had a negative experience with this vet, my previous visits were with a puppy that also resulted in that animal's injury. I understand that vets are for-profit, but is this vet ever FOR PROFIT, profit above all else. And to make things even better, the most the vet could explain about the bloodwork - which a different vet was able to do with us in great detail - was to guilt us for not bringing in our pet sooner, which really would not have resulted in a different prognosis. I will never use this vet again. I can honestly say I wish I'd put my cat down before I went to this vet because the nail clipping alone has resulted in further injury and nothing but torment and pain that was avoidable and completely unnecessary.

So, where do I begin... I guess from the start. Since my very first experience with Eatonville Animal Hospital, it has been one of a kind. Dr. Rizwana Tabassum and her staff are truly wonderful and full of empathy! Everyone there is sincere, genuine, knowledgeable, pleasant, yet most of all one can rest assure every furry pet that walks trough their door is treated as their own. The hospital is modern and well equipped. I am a volunteer cat rescuer and I know many vet wouldn't consider working with 'feral' cats, but Dr. Riz and her staff do because they are fully aware that every animal deserves a chance to live life to its fullest regardless. Besides the rescue cats that I bring over, this does include my own six brats - I meant cats, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else but Eatonville Animal Hospital. Also as an incentive, they also offer discount for 'human' seniors as well as for parents with multi pets. A special thank you for Dr. Rizwana Tabassum and her vet technicians for currently looking after and caring so much for my very special companion Lily The Cat while she recuperate after her complicated surgery. This Vet is best. Great clinic, Dr Riz Tabussam and her staff Aneta and Alex are thoughtful, professional and informative. If you want a excellent affordable Veterinarian that: cares, listens, offers good service, is open minded, in a clean and fully equipped clinic plus most of all is not just thinking about the dollar bill then see Dr Riz Tabassum. She is a DVM, with a degree in micro-biology, and soon she will be offering in house blood work testing for fast bloodwork results. My Schnauzer Service Dog Jasmine and I love going there, we often pass by just to play with Mylo the Veterinarians in-house cat which is playful, affectionate, soft to pet, also known to be mischievous. I have had numerous conversations with the Vet especially involving holistic options; she has never rushed me in and out like a lot of Vets. Drop in just for a visit and a pet treat to check out the clinic, free nail trims on Saturday, so awesome. As I am holistic minded and feed raw, believe in minimal vaccines and medications, even though the Vet is allopathic which means traditional in practice she is open minded and works with me until we come to an agreeable path of treatment. Apparently, I am not her only holistic minded client. I was fortunate to follow Dr Riz Tabassum from her previous clinic which she shared and now has her own practice; this is my second dog that I have taken to see Dr Riz. This is my fourth dog (also have had cats all my life), and especially with my last JRT dog having CKD kidney disease unfortunately I met a lot of Vets, most of which I did not like their methods and greed of money. Did I mention that Dr Riz’s prices are reasonable and even then she is willing to work with you as to what is truly necessary? I love this Vet, she is special, a genuine person, a diamond in the rough. Jasmine and I now consider her our friend and doctor. I cannot say enough. If you have any problems which I doubt you will you let me know, better yet you tell the Vet she will listen. Last minute thought, I tend to worry and get a little hyper, I so like that the Doctor is always calm. She took the time to get to know me not just my dog(s) right away. Go see her, you will not be disappointed.

They have gone out of their way to ensure Milo gets the best care they can provide which is exceptional. Be careful with this vet, we were sent home with our cat and told to monitor his symptoms. He was no better less than an hour after we brought him home so I called the vet back. I was told he needed emergency surgery and should be brought back right away. I questioned why I was sent home and the vet was incredibly rude, "I told you so many times" "You don't understand" "You didn't want to do a test". I did the tests that were recommended and asked questions to understand what they were testing for. Apparently not blindly agreeing to tests or treatments is offensive to her. Very unprofessional vet, she called me after I left a review and once again told me I didn't understand. On the positive side the reception staff is friendly and they have a beautiful Bengal cat wandering around.

Where do I begin?!! My husband and i live just outside of the gta. We have 3 dogs, 6 cats (some barn), and chickens. Let me tell you that i will be bringing ALLLLLLL of my animals to doctor Rizwana and the team. When scheduling my appointment for one of my dogs, I was instantly mesmerized by how wonderfully informative and kind the receptionist was on the phone! Upon my arrival to the clinic, we were instantly greeted by the most amazing clinic kitties and the staff Aneta & Alex. Both girls were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable in not only helping me and my dog, but I found out that both girls own their own chickens as well!! Overall, my experience with the doctor and both Aneta and Alex was exceptional and I was really thrilled that even my shepherd was excited to be here as well! you can really feel that they all love what they do, and they love our animals almost as much as we do! 5 stars is not enough and hands down worth the 50 minute drive! We are incredibly grateful and trust me when I tell you, the visit was so thorough and comforting it really made me feel good about my dogs situation! LOVE LOVE LOVE and will be bringing my entire farm here

I called my vet and few other locations for my cat. They were all booked, I looked up other ones in my area in Etobicoke, i called Eatonville animal hospital. I spoke to Aneta and she was busy , I told her what the issue was. She was very nice and booked her in, got appointment few hours later. We left her and I got a call from the doctor, gave us options , the best for her condition. We picked her up ,we got great news and we need to change her diet. We went back and Aneta helped us out with the food options. I will definitely go back in the future. Thanks for taking care of our cat.

The team at Eatonville Hospital has treated by my dog and fur members of my rabbitry; they are professional, compassionate, and ethical. They saved my Holland Lop from a stress-related hair loss and recovered her quickly, helped with my Netherland Dwarf kit's eye infection, my doe's teeth problem, and preparing my dog for the flight. Their fees are very reasonable and worth every cent. LIFE SAVERS!! I had called about 6 different clinics in the GTA to try and get my cat into a clinic to be seen by any veterinarian at this point. When I called Eatonville, they had said that their earliest availability would be 2 days from now, my visit was urgent as my kitty at this point has stopped eating for over 24 hours and now began to vomit. I explained my situation to the receptionist and she had instantly said to come right in, they will see him between appointments and get started on treatment! Long story short Dr. Riz, Aneta and Alex saved my cats life, and despite being completely swamped already, they did not pass up on an urgent matter nor did they ship me off to another clinic and for that I will forever be greatful. My Kitty is doing great, after days of antibiotic and some diagnostic work, Dr. explained the potential causes and went through a thorough treatment plan to keep him on the right track. xoxo

I took my cat Stitch here with some concerns about his urinary health after my vet, and 4 other clinics I called in a panic, were unable to see him yesterday. The vet tech/recdeiptionist (Aneta?) was an absolute sweetheart on the phone and they were able to fit me in within hours. When I got there, she seemed so kind and compassionate and even though I felt like I was blabbering because I was nervous, she was so kind and listened to everything I said about my cat. The doctor was fantastic - she called me with an update and explained pricing before anything was done. I had taken him to my regular vet with a similar concern, and they didn't fully explain it to me. The other vet had told me he just ended up peeing and was fine. Dr Riz told me based on the records he had actually had urinary crystals before, treated his current problems, and gave me some changes to diet and a plan if we experience the issue again. Unfortunately I have had experiences with both other clinics and emergency clinics in the area, but I found the pricing completely reasonable. The level of communication and care made me actually feel really secure and pleased and I will definitely come back for any other concerns. Thanks for taking such good care of Stitch, even though I know he is difficult.

My first phone call was very informative that I asked for an appointment. Once the date came for my appointment I was terrified because I couldn't be with my kittens. Covid sucks! But my kittens came back to me like nothing ever happened. I was very impressed with reception and the doctor especially. Eatonville was recommended to me and it is true. Their the best. I brought my cat in to have his feet checked and was told I had to leave him there for an hour. I thought that was a long time but I also thought they were just being thorough. Despite me calling to ask what was taking so long, they did not explain. He was kept in the carrier for the better part of 2 hours and was so traumatized that he was incontinent for 2 days after we brought him home. He was far worse after the visit than before. The vet treated him without any discussion with me, she put a collar in him with out consulting me (I had one with me) and then gave me 3 cans of food that I didn't ask for and charged me $15 for food which neither of my cats would eat. Needless to say, We will not be returning.

I'm very happy to call Eatonville Animal Hospital, with Dr. Rizwana and her caring staff, our forever veterinarian clinic for our family dog, Aspen. They are professional, welcoming and caring, and their prices are very reasonable, when compared to other clinics. I took Aspen in to be neutered, and they said that he should have his hind dewclaws removed as well. He had his physical and blood work done five days before the surgery, and on the day of the surgery everything went smoothly. When there were some problems with the healing of the dewclaws (because Aspen is an active, large, flexible dog with a long snout that reached over the cone), they saw him right away. With care and compassion they took time to clean the infection, and didn't charge me for their own services, nor the larger cone they gave me. Thank you for you caring attitude.

This place was great. You are greeted immediately by the sweetest resident cats roaming around. Everyone was wearing masks and very friendly and helpful. Their prices were more than reasonable. My pug got all her shots up to date there, and they carry her special food for urinary care. They ordered a bigger bag for me and it was there within a few days, although they had a lot of stalk as well. I'm going back for dental cleaning at the end of the month with some extractions, and they price I was quoted was very reasonable also considering the amount of work. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. This is my baby Boos forever animal hospital.

The Eatonville team was incredibly responsive to an emergency issue with my cat. They brought him in and were quick to provide diagnosis and treatment to get him on the mend quickly. The doctor followed up the next day with test results and future care tips. The team was very friendly and professional.

I went to Eatonville animal hospital for the first time today and I was blown away by the sympathy and care my dog received by Dr.Riz and the team! I’ve been to many clinics in the past couple of years because my dog has had some health concerns but no clinic compares to here! Dr.Riz was very thorough when explaining everything that needed to be done and took the time to answer all my questions (I had many) without rushing even though they were busy. At the end I went into the clinic to pick up my girl and when it came to payment I was SO relieved, their prices are very reasonable compared to places in the area and the receptionist took the time to break the down the invoice for me. I will definitely be coming back here, thank you Dr.Riz and team for taking such great care of Willow!

This is the best vet clinic I've been to! The staff is amazing, they treated Felix with such kind and gentle care and provided me with all the necessary information I need to care for my kitty - I've made the changes in his food that they insisted on & I've seen such a big difference already in his appetite and overall physical appearance. Took my new dog Maggie May here on Monday for our first visit. I had read good reviews and spoke to a couple of clients who recommended them. They did not disappoint. We arrived to a very clean, welcoming atmosphere, ready to help us out.. Aneta is a wonderful ambassador for the business - friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I felt completely comfortable leaving Maggie here for her first checkup. Dr. Riz gave me a call shortly after and was very professional and transparent with what all my options were. I love the staff and the positive energy and environment this clinic provides. Dr. Riz is thorough and never failed to explain every step necessary to care for my dogs and cats. My recent emergency vet visit was quickly made smooth and comforting with the help of the Dr and staff of Eatonville. I would put my own life in the hands of this doctor and therefore trust her with my own loved ones. We need more vets like this who care for the health of our animals and not the money. If anyone says otherwise then they care more about themselves than their animals.

I am shocked by the negligence and lack of care demonstrated by this clinic. I will never recommend this place or bring a pet here again. I brought my cat here because she required a time-sensitive blood test I was unable to get at my clinic. Eatonville had no issues contacting my clinic to get my cat's medical history. After they took her blood, I was told I would receive a phone call with the blood test results within 2 days and that they would forward the results to my clinic. It was more than 2 days and I had not received any results. I phoned Eatonville and when I asked about the results and whether they were sent to my clinic, the assistant responded, "Sorry, but your clinic has to call us if they want her medical history, we don't have their contact information." Excuse me? You mean my clinic you had no problems calling to request my cat's medical history? I'm sure you could have checked your inbox where they forwarded her results days before. Even worse, this clinic only emailed me the blood test results and I never received phone call. Every blood test I have ever paid for was followed up with a veterinarian call to explain the results. I paid the clinic $375, which is more expensive than my clinic, and did not receive a call to explain the blood results. This is not excusable. In addition, the date on the lab results was within 2 days of the blood collection, so why did I not receive them within 2 days? I stressed to the staff there that these results were time-sensitive. My cat was on antibiotics and the results were necessary to determine if she needed another round of them. You would expect that this would mean the results would immediately be shared with my clinic and me. My clinic received these results so late, that there was a break in my cat's antibiotics. This is negligent and a complete lack of care for my pet. My clinic remarked that it's incredibly strange for me to not get a follow up phone call for my cat's results and the need for them to request the results I was told would be forwarded. I previously had a cat with chronic kidney disease and understand the importance of hydration. My cat drinks a lot of water and eats a wet food diet. I told the clinic my cat has kidney disease, and in turn they told me she is extremely dehydrated so they "could not find her veins" and they strongly recommended subcutaneous fluids. I have a lot of experience administering subcutaneous fluids myself. They charged me $90 to administer my about 50 cc of lactated ringers fluid. My clinic charges $30 to administer the fluid. I was buying 1000 cc bags for $4 dollars each for my previous cat. It seems this clinic wanted to upcharge me knowing I was not going to be a regular client. At the end of the visit, all the vet could say to me was, "give your cat fresh water every day." As if I don't already do that? She also told me my cat has tachycardia and didn't take a minute to explain what that means or what the cause is. She brushed over this to tell me to give my cat a lot of water. I know the tachycardia (fast heart rate) was more than likely due to the stress from her visit to this clinic, because my clinic saw her 2 weeks before and her heart was fine. Lastly, my cat came out absolutely trembling and soaked. I've never had my pets given to me looking like this after a visit. Did you spill fluid all over her? I don't understand.

Staff are super friendly. Dr. Rizwana is the old fashioned type of doctor. Quiet, very quick, and doesn't bat an eyelash doing tests and asking questions, yet still remains very friendly. We brought our cat, Mochi, in due to chronic diarrhea and a failed treatment from another vet. We were told it was going to likely be an undetected parasite or IBD since a diet change didn't help. She sent us home with treatments for all of the above, and the total cost was still very reasonable. On top of that, her staff follow up free of charge and are wonderful.
