My cat was fixed here a few years ago the vet was amazing! Due to moving i ended up using another vet for a period of time, although i was given a bit of confusing info while trying to pick up his special food recently that he requires due to surgery at the other place, i still support these guys! I may need to be reminded on information because i dont use them that often anymore, hope thats still ok. Its convienent at times because i work right next door!! Thank you.

Place is very busy every time I go, but I've yet to have any problems and the receptionist seems to be very kind in my opinion she's just tired because she's always handling alot of work and calls. I've only gone to get shots for my cat, not any emergencies.

Amazing doctors! So honest and reasonably priced. For the first time in 11 years I actually feel good bringing my dogs here. I’ve been to 5+ other vet clinics in Vaughan and they don’t even compare to these Veterinarians... Fair Prices. Great Staff. I love the Veterinarians in this office, they are extremely professional and friendly, they genuinely care about your pet. They always took amazing care of my pup. I have never had any issues. The operations my dog has had have always gone off successfully, with no side effects or issues. This is a good team. Small office. 1 patient room. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait time.but its not too bad.

Excellent Doctor Great value walk in-clinic. My regular vet told me they were booked up and after calling around many other clinics in Toronto and being told that nothing was available for weeks, I was relieved to hear they accept walk-ins. Doctor saw us within 10minutes of getting there and was caring, attentive and helpful in diagnosing and treating my dog. Strongly recommend especially if you're in a pinch and need to get your pet some quality care stat.

My dog Rosie was just spayed here and we had a great experience. Rosie is almost 3 years old and was hit by a car a few years ago when she was just a young pup. Due to her injuries we put off spaying her but felt it was time to do it. When I booked the appointment I was very nervous about the procedure and how Rosie would handle the anesthetic but the staff over the phone were extremely helpful and explained everything to me. Today when we brought her in she was very nervous but the staff member went out of her way to make Rosie feel comfortable even giving her pets/kisses. They obviously love animals here and truly care for each individual case. It’s a busy clinic and yes sometimes the wait for appointments is long but the great service makes up for it. It’s just like going to a doctor, sometimes you just have to wait because their day is unpredictable. Anyways, overall the experience was great and really helped calm my nerves. The vet came out and chatted with us about the procedure and after surgery care as did the lovely staff members. Also the prices are a lot more reasonable here. Thank you :)

Really great and accommodating. I had to get my dogs shots done in a flash and my regular vet didn't have an opening for a week. They squeezed me in early and didn't charge me the crazy first fee a lot of vets charge when it's not your regular vet. I am bringing my old guy back again on Monday for a general appointment.

I wish I had better things to say since they are nice people....but my experience has been bad and cost me a lot of money, for nothing. They prescribed both my cats medication before that results from testing were back, recommending it was smart to start the meds early. The results came back in 12 hours showing everything was actually fine...and although the medication hadn't been opened, they have a no return policy. I thought the results would take a week and so starting early would be smart....they knew they'd have them in 12 hours and yet still recommended I spend $100 on meds. I've also waited over 30 minutes (once over an hour) for my appointment even though I made it a week prior, and they've told me about 5 times that the doctor would call me for a better explanation and he never has....to this day.... I even called back once and got put on hold for 30 minutes so I hung up. I've heard their pricing is on the cheaper side, but unfortunately I'll have to find a new vet.

The receptionist was not very kind at all. The first time I called, they booked me on a Sunday (they aren't open on Sunday). The second time I called they made the appointment but were very dismissive with me. The third time when I wanted to confirm the appointment she said "2:15" and then hung up on me. Day of the appointment they made us wait for 43 minutes outside while it was extremely hot out. They were extremely rough while taking my dog inside. They were very unprofessional and argued with each other once we were in the exam room. When I asked about their final decision they didn't care to answer any questions I had as a first time pet owner. I had 2 previous vets before moving to Etobicoke and they were 10 times better than this. Will NOT be coming back.

This vet has been my family vet since I was 5. My family loves them, so I thought I’d bring in my new kitten to get all her first shots one or two months ago. I booked an appointment, brought her in, waited for about 30 mins but that’s okay, and all went well. As we were leaving, the vet said to bring my kitten back exactly 4 weeks later for her rabies shot and a stool sample. If I made it any later than 4 weeks, we’d have to get all her first round of shots again. I booked my appointment for exactly 4 weeks later, then they called me only an hour before our appointment to tell me they had to cancel. I asked to reschedule and they said they couldn’t at that moment, but would call me when they can. A week later and I still didn’t receive a call back, so I called. I asked if I had to get the first round of shots again and asked for confirmation that I wouldn’t have to pay for them again since THEY were the ones that cancelled on me on such short notice. They said I’d still have to pay full price for first round of shots and then again for the rabies shot. Anyways, I won’t be going back there. But on a positive note, their staff are very friendly and nice, and their prices are good as long as they don’t try charging you twice for something that’s their own fault lol

Everyone seems frustrated here, the vet cut my 7months old puppies paws. Disgusted. My puppy was crying sooo much and I was called in . And they blamed my puppy for moving . I asked the vet is there cuts he said No. After I came home all his paws are cut . Deep cuts too. I called to let them know how upset I am they said the vet will call and he never did. I should be compensated. Never going back. Be aware of this cheap vet . Few girls at the front are nice and generous. Vet is not proffessional.

I applied for a job with them, and when they called they asked if I have a job and I told them yes I work at night time. The guy basically discriminated against me because u ready had a job and told me I can't have a second job. I used to work 2 full time jobs plus go to school. I feel very offended by this. I know my limits and I know if I am capable of working two jobs. My night job is 4-5 hrs per night. He would've known that if he asked me if it was full time or part time. Overall I don't think that the approach that was taken to interview me on the phone was very professional at all.

I started using this place as I heard good things and a family member brings their pet here. This last experience made me realize that they clearly don't care too much about the wellness of your pet, nor do they care about respecting their customers. I brought me dog there 2 weeks ago due to a rash he had and his lack of appetite. They were very quick to get me an appointment and prescribe medication and take my money, but nothing this vet prescribed worked! So I called yesterday to let them know that my dog hasn't eaten in 4-5 days and told that the Dr. would call me back by end of day. I never received a call, but gave them the benefit of the doubt, as he was probably very busy. I called again today and again mentioned my dog isn't eating and why the Dr never called. I was told that he was busy the day before and that he is in surgery, but will call me back in a few hours. 5 hours later and no phone call, I called to ask why he hasn't returned my call. This is where my decision was made and it was clear that this clinic does not care enough about your pet. The rudest receptionist answered the phone, mind you I knew she was as when I brought my dog in the first time, she was absolutely ignorant and was even disrespecting her fellow colleagues. I asked why the Dr hasn't returned my call and her answer was "he's busy". I get it, your busy, but you were informed that a dog hasn't eaten in 4 days and it's your client, don't you think you could make an effort to call even if it's after hours? Anyway, his receptionist definitely sealed the deal and lost this clinic a client. Be ashamed of yourselves and the way you can treat a person and an animal.

Worse vet ever!!! Theres a reason why his prices are so low!!! I brought my 7 month puppy in for check up and trim around his paws. We werent allow to go in with him because of covid. When we went to pick him up. He was crying so loud that we can hear him outside. When we got him home. We noticed he was limping and check his paws. We found multiple cuts under his paws. Call them the next day and said the vet will call us back. Never got a call. This vet is extremely unprofessional. I am questioning where he got his vet license if he has one. NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE!!!!

Visited today and can’t believe the lack of professionalism and kindness towards animals (let alone their paying customers). Seemed as though the admin and vet were scared and disliked my sweet, calm and gentle dog. This clinic does not provide a comfortable environment. No treats, no love and no kindness. Instead they put a muzzle on her and now her nose is scabbing as they scratched it putting it on and off. I was called into the examination room to hold my dog and be the vet’s tech cause he didn’t want to touch her. My dog was traumatized being there. Stay away. Will never go back and wouldn’t recommend It to anyone!!!! Read reviews on other sites (other than google) for a wholistic overview. Wish I would have read the additional reviews before I went. It could have saved me the stress and my dog from the trauma.

He said there was nothing on my cat's body and gave me shampoo, it didn't work at all. (they sell the shampoo themselves. I paid around $200). , the vet was an old Indian gentleman

Wonderful vet and vet tech. Both were incredibly caring and made me feel that our cat was well taken care of in a horrible health situation. The vet tech who also works the reception was very good at multitasking and being very caring even though it was very busy in there when I was there. Were very understanding and patient. They don’t rob you either. Very reasonable. If my cat survives her health issues, this will be our go to vet.

Dr. Sohal is an excellent doctor that did a professional job stitching up our dog after she was attacked. When he was in over his head, he referred us to Guelph for more sophisticated treatment. The Veterinary College of Ontario said he did a great job up to that point and appreciated that he knew when he was out of his league. (She needed reconstructive surgery). He has also treated our 2 other dogs since he opened in 2005 and has done a fine job!

This place gets a star and a half from me. It was my first time there I even booked an appointment for 3pm and ended up waiting an extra hour. I saw the vet around 4 instead. All I needed was to get my dog's glands express which only takes 5 or less minutes to do. A vet assistant could do a simple Job like that. Anyhow I was satisfied how much they charge me, if I went to Applewood veterinary hospital I would have been charged 63$ whereas here I paid 20, so thank you

We were referred to this clinic from a family member who had amazing experiences with this clinic. Regular shots were proper and professional however the last few times we had arrived at the clinic we had horrible experience and wasted our money. We have a chihuahua and to all people who are saying that chihuahuas are terrible dogs I could say that our dog is brilliant. She's well trained and well mannered. However we recently moved apartments and our dog started to feel very emotional and developed a separation anxiety. This came over us suddenly and so quickly that we didn't know what to do, since she was clearly suffering. We had tried leaving the TV on, giving melatonin treats, turning calming music on and etc. nothing worked. We had made an appointment with the Bloor Kipling Animal Hospital to find our what that might be. After getting a $35 ish dollar check up we got to talking with the Doctor and unfortunately he had told us what we had already new like turn the TV on or get another pet (a buddy) so she could feel more calmer at home. Also, one of his suggestions was to spay her since she wasn't yet. We had agreed to try his suggestions and moved on with our lives. Low and behold, after getting a new pet, spending enormous amounts of money for crate training and gate training, more calming treats our dog worsened significantly. We had booked an appointment for a spay procedure in the end of January and a blood test 2 weeks before it. We had arrived for a blood test which was $90 and we couldn't wait for the spay day since the Doctor told us she will calm down visibly after the surgery. The weekend of the surgery comes and we get a call from the vet technician ( who is an amazing lady) that the Doctor fell ill and he wont be able to come to work for 2 to 4 weeks. We were understanding of the situation and agreed to call back 3 weeks after. Way over 4 weeks later we call in each week to touch base, but the Doctor is not at work or planning on being there anytime soon. Out dog is coming to the point of starting her next heat time and she wasn't able to come to the surgery anyways. The vet technician told us that now it was a family emergency, that's why the Doctor is not showing up to work and told me that when he is back she will squeeze us in, but we will have to go through another blood test for another $90. We were furious, they should have done it for free or refunded the previous $90 , since we didn't require the blood test and only needed it for the surgery. After a few more weeks we didn't receive a call back and decided to go to another clinic for help since our dog was afraid to even step foot in the car which she loved to go on previously. We had booked an appointment at the other clinic and when our dog saw a man in scrubs she jumped our of my husbands hands and ran as fast as she could into oncoming traffic. The other vet told us that she's heavily traumatized and wouldn't even let him touch her which she was fine in doing before the visit at Bloor Kipling. Turned out the dog was anxious from us move to a different unit and GETTING A NEW ANIMAL which the Doctor recommended us to do. Over all we spend over a thousand dollars plus our dog got prescribed Prozac ( which costs $110 for 60 pills ) to calm the nerves as the new Doctor thinks she's likely not only anxious but also traumatized from the previous clinic doing we don't even know what. So we can strongly say, we don't know how, but this clinic broke our dog... consider very wisely. Since we did get scammed on the blood test part. And still awaiting a call with a refund that rightfully belongs to us.

I stopped bringing my dog here this year after seven years. The receptionists/nurses are great but the vet pulled a stunt that left a sour taste in my mouth. If I could I would give 0 stars. My dog had an ear infection this year, which the vet told me and prescribed medication and told me to make an appointment for the following week for a check up. The following week I come back with my dog and he says he needs to prescribe a different medication because the first one is not working. The second medication is not in a box, and the label is covered up with the prescription sticker and instructions. He charged me almost double what he charged me for the first medication. When I got home I removed the prescription sticker to see what he had prescribed. Lo and behold it is the EXACT same medication he had prescribed a week earlier, same size, same everything but charged me twice as much AND deceived me. I come back one last time and it turns out that there was a piece of cotton in my dog's ear this whole entire time, which is something he would have easily seen the first time. He could have easily pulled this piece of cotton out the first time, but he thought it better to charge me more money and potentially endanger my dog's health and potentially life. I DO NOT recommend this vet at all.

Great prices and great vet service. They don't push unnecessary medications or exams on your pet. They concentrate on your pet's health and not on how they can take your money. I have been going to this pet clinic for years and would not change. If you are looking for a fancy shining lights and marble floors kind of place this is not for you. But if you want a compassionate vet to care for your animal while at the same time not going broke then this clinic is perfect.

I have gone to a couple of vets but found that they were expensive. My husband and I heard about this place and how their pricing was very reasonable. The first time we went we waited almost an hour for our appointment however, I understand that places get busy. Well, today I had an appointment for my dog to be neutered and I was told to be there at 9am. I found it weird that I never got a call to remind me of the appointment but I shrugged it off. I arrived at 9:05am this morning. I called to say that I had arrived and the receptionist tells me that they have been trying to get a hold of me to cancel my appointment. I was in shock because I never got a phone call nor did I have a voicemail. When I asked why I wasn't left a voicemail, she said, "I will have to check". I was told the doctor was away for a month due to a family emergency. I am very upset that I NEVER received a call and I wasted my time. Sorry for my rant but what I am trying to say is, you get what you pay for. I rather pay a bit more and deal with professionals. I would NEVER recommend this place.
