Receptionist staff were friendly when I booked and Dr. Klein was informative, kind, and very generous with his time. Our dog Milo came in for a soft-tissue injury. We were worried we would have to have X-rays, but Dr. Klein did a thorough examination and recommended instead more rest and an anti-inflammatory. Milo is responding well. Happy this place has opened in Fernwood!

This staff is beyond incredible! They are very accommodating and understanding. My dog, Burger was very dog aggressive and they made sure he would be the only dog in the clinic for all his appointments. When it came to his surgery, they gave me all the information needed and lots of options. When he passed, I received a lovely card signed by all the staff that I still have. That gesture really showed me that they go above and beyond to make their clients (human and animal) feel appreciated and supported at all times. Thank you so much! Chelsea

I have only great things to say about the Fernwood Vet Clinic. Everyone is super friendly, the place is so pretty and clean. We felt so welcome! They all take their time to provide excellent service and gave me very detailed information on the best way to get started with my new rescue’s health program. Thank you so much to the entire team who helped me and my 16 year old dog out last Wednesday when I was in town and felt my dog had an emergency. Everything ended up being okay with her but Dr. Klein helped keep me calm and was so nice to my dog who is definitely very scared being at a vets office. I wish I had writtten this sooner. It's been more than a year since we've moved to another province and unfortunately changed vets. I'm still reaping the benefits of Dr.Klein's detailed work and thorough notes. He was beyond generous with his time and always addressed all of our concerns, giving practical options. All vets prior and since cannot compare in quality. We were truly blessed to have found Fernwood Vet and to see Dr.Klein.

I have nothing but good things to say about the folks at the clinic. we’ve been taking our two cats for a few years and most recently had our older cat in for dental surgery. the staff is always lovely, incredibly kind and patient, and happy to help. the doctors have always been great as well, and they make things incredibly easy. cant imagine taking my cats anywhere else!

First visit to this clinic last week and I will not be returning. In my opinion, I felt this appointment was a waste of money. I went in because my cat has been sneezing and congested for a few weeks now. And I told him that - eye discharge, nose discharge and sneezing. I even mentioned that his symptoms were progressing. After the checkup, the veterinarian comes out and tells me that my cat was clear and that he did not want to interfere with him. ? It was frustrating because I knew something was wrong. But he mentions if it continued, to return. So then I guess I would return for another appointment and pay another $90 for the original reason I went in the first place? Nope. That's a scam in my eyes.
