Julia is talented beyond measures and I would trust anyone else to check up on my 3 cats. They are living a very happy and healthy life thanks to this clinic. Thank you guys for all you do!

We've been taking our two dogs to Countryside Pet Hospital for a little over a year now and I am extremely satisfied with the care, communication and quality of service from Dr. Braaten and her team. Dr. Braaten is an excellent vet - she recently did surgery on my dog's cherry eye and as you can see in the photo, the results are perfect. I'm so happy to have found such great pet healthcare so close to home.

Dr. Braaten is one of the best and her staff is incredible. They take the time to listen to the problem, never rush you and are always available if you have questions and they always follow up with an email after the visit to see how your pet is doing! I have recommended Countryside Pet Hospital to a couple friends, and they have been just as happy as me!

The BEST! I am so grateful to Dr. Braaten and her team. They have provided the most amazing care to all our pets (and we have a lot!). This pet hospital has it all: friendly, attentive and helpful front desk staff and technically skilled, caring and knowledgeable technical staff. Took our sweet and VERY anxious rescue pup to this incredible place today! They were so calm and helpful with our scared boy. Even doing all the exams outside and in the back of our car because there was just no way he would go inside. We are so grateful for their calm and caring approach. Great parking lot. There is room to walk outside without a lot of traffic while you are waiting for competent staff to attend. There was a calm atmosphere.

Dr. Braaten is an extremely knowledgeable, warm and caring doctor. My cat is now a senior and has some thyroid health issues. I asked Dr. Braaten what my options were to proceed with Kylie's care and she gave me the facts and all the info I needed to make a confident decision. Today Kylie is the most spry 16 year old in the neighbourhood and we are so happy and hopeful for her future health. I feel that Dr. Braaten very honest and invested in the care of Kylie and I trust her opinion. I know some people feel pressured to perform tests that may be unnecessary etc at the vet but I did not feel that at all. Every test that was performed was explained to me and was necessary to Kylie's care. Pricing is super fair :) It is also definitely worth mentioning that the office is super nice, inviting, clean, comfortable and smells pleasant! Hannah, Chantal and the rest of the team are just wonderful as well. I left our previous care provider to come to Countryside and could not be more pleased with my choice. Honestly I don't think there is a better vet hospital in Victoria.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Braaten and her staff are great! My family and myself have been taking our animals to her for years, as well as foster dogs that we have taken care of from a local rescue. I would not take my animals anywhere else! Dr. Braaten is very knowledgeable and understanding and will go above and beyond for the care of animals. If you are looking for a great vet countryside is the place to go!

A truly great Vet ! Great diagnostician ! My old dog who hated vets and anything to do with them now gets excited when a vet visit is needed Does follow up after emergency visits to check on your pet and you It is good to know your family member ( pet ) is so well looked after March 2018 ***** stars again Dr Julia and staff rock Just made an OR day so totally non stressful for both my dog and myself WAs allowed to hold my dog while blood drawn and sedative given Then my dog was allowed to lay on her blanket beside me till her sedative had taken effect Then I was allowed to carry her and place her on the OR table . Great contact following surgery . Great post operative instructions Overall a positive experience handled with skill and dedication Thank You

Bit rude. Had a cat adopt us out of nowhere (i think it was abandoned). Called to see if I could get them to do a chip scan and make an appointment to get its eye looked at. They ignored me asking about an appointment and just told me to take it to the spca and eventually said they’d do a chip scan. They did let me drop by and checked for a chip promptly but then after when I tried to ask about making an appointment just kept saying to take it to the spca and “they’ll take care of it”. I never asked for anything for free and was looking to make a proper appointment. I get vets probably get sob stories about strays all the time but I wanted to make an appointment to try and make sure the cat isn’t suffering and kept getting brushed off. Very frustrating.
