Today was our 2nd time at this veterinary clinic and for the 2nd time, we're very impressed! Everyone's been really nice and accommodating. ❤️ The vet took his time to discuss our puppy's health, our next steps and answered our questions very patiently. He was also very gentle with our pup. ???? If you want your pet to be treated well, this is a must go place!! ????

Thank you for the exceptional care that was given to our puppy, Darcy. All the steps taken ,from making the appointment for surgery, to meeting the surgeon, to post -op follow up by Audrey-Ann , were professionally handled and we knew Darcy was in safe and caring hands. Going back to have the stitches removed only confirmed this , as he very happily bounded into the office with his tail wagging and a big smile on his face…a sign that he felt safe and happy here!

Thank you for taking such great care of Poppy! Her surgery went smoothly and she is recovering well. We got a follow up call to make sure she was doing ok, and the clinic was extremely responsive with follow up questions we had. My dog didn't feel good, without knowing that the clinic was closed that Friday (Thanksgiving holiday)I left a message. On Saturday, I received a call back from a nurse Marie-Lyne (if I'm not mistaken, sorry I was too nervous), she took messages remotely & gave us an appointment. For the 1st time in 13 years, we met a Veterinarian who took his time to listen to our observations, examine the animal and explain what was going on. For the 1st time, the doctor didn't push us to all kind of tests when we were asking him for, explaining why it's not necessary. All the staff is very nice and friendly. Do not hesitate to go to that clinic, your animal will be in a good, carrying hands.
