Amazing experience, every time, all the time - from the reception to the doctors and techs. The receptionists are always smiley and pleasant, even over the phone they remain patient and attentive. The vets and technicians seem like they care about the animals and their well being. They took great care of my pup after his surgery, and were very responsive to my needs and concerns. Compare to other clinics I visited, the prices were reasonable and fair, and I appreciated that they didn't push the clinic's product like any other vet, but rather give you an honest advice.

Receptionist Natalie is friendly, informative and extremely patient. Not many spaces to park but has never been an issue. Vets are bilingual, friendly, very professional. When our cat had to be put down they were very gentle with us and were sweet to send us a sympathy card.

Professional and amazing staff! very honest and don't push for extra service like some other clinic in the same area. I only realized the difference after comparison with the other clinic we visited before. They charged lower fees but performed a much more detailed check on my cat.

Dr. Laurent and Dr Katz as well as all technicians are extremely knowledgeable, caring and conpasionate and know many of the clients ( human and furry) by name. An amazing place to have your pets cared for. We have been with them for over 25 years and they have never let us down in any. Very caring, accommodating and compassionate. Unfortunately yesterday we had to euthanize our 13 year old companion (Demon). He will be forever missed! Demon loved coming here and getting to see all the staff. Also the cookies that he receives.
