My first review I've ever wrote as it's not my thing but I'm so annoyed and angry at this place for the wrong diagnosis of my dog! They charged me alot of money for allergy tablets which they said he had when it was so clearly RINGWORTH! which was my concern when I went in. They refused to keep him and asked my wife to keep him for 24 hours while they found the master. As soon as we got home, our dog was bitten by the dog my wife found. We had to go urgently to our vet in Lasalle and I went to report the dog to 45th Avenue which they kept under my threats to take him to the SPCA. Stéphanie the owner called me to explain how she was relieving herself of all responsibilities and could not provide me with the owner's contact details. They never wanted to accept any responsibility for the incident and the owner never inquired about our dog's condition and did not even offer to treat her. TOTAL CAREFULNESS ???? We were once a client at this clinic and we quickly changed. Don't go there (Original) Mon épouse a trouvé un chien au parc Carignan et l’a apporté chez ce vétérinaire. Ils ont dit à mon épouse qu’ils connaissent le chien et ce n’est pas la première que son maître le perd. Ils ont refusé de le garder et ont demandé à mon épouse de le garder 24 heures le temps de trouver le maître. Dès notre retour à la maison, notre chien s’est fait mordre par le chien que mon épouse a trouvé. Nous avons du nous rendre en urgence chez notre vétérinaire à Lasalle et je suis allé reporté le chien à la 45e Avenue qu’ils ont gardé sous mes menaces de l’apporter à la SPCA. Stéphanie la propriétaire m’a appelé pour m’expliquer comment elle se dégageait de toutes responsabilités et ne pouvait pas me fournir les coordonnées du propriétaire. Ils ont jamais voulu accepter une part de responsabilité pour l’incident et la propriétaire ne s’est jamais informée de l’état de notre chien et a même pas offert de la traiter. INSOUCIANCE TOTALE ???? Nous avons déjà été client à cette clinique et nous avons rapidement changé. N’allez pas là

The service we received was courteous and staff was attentive to our needs. Was told the prices were more fair/competitive compared to our local vets around and on the island (Ile-Bizard). Essentially there is no difference. Owning pets is simply expensive and vets prey on owners' love for them. Now about the industry... This industry is like weddings and funerals, you get clipped when you're vulnerable. Shame on vets in general for this approach. Will be our last pets unfortunately so as to cease encouraging this practice.

2 years ago St Louis Veterinary Clinic became part of my dog's life! On the verge of dying, after a very very expensive visit at DMV, where I was told that my dog wouldn't survive 24h if we didn't give him a blood transfusion, ran more tests and so on... I brought ''Spike'' home and schedule an appointment with Dr. Surveyer. This Vet is amazing, kind, human, loves animal but also is very conscious of her clients' budget. She understood how much I had already spent and suggested only what was necessary. It took many months for ''Spike'' to be well again but he's alive and full of joy. I'm very thankful to have found this clinic and would recommend it to anyone who needs a Vet.

Not my regular vet, however as could not contact my regular clinic, called in hopes of seeing someone last minute. Every concern and what I assumed would be needed done and papers required on hand while travelling, saved me otherwise time unnecessarily spent admist last minute preparations. The woman I spoke with when I called was wonderful! Highly knowledgeable, patient, personable and resourceful. Able to answer my long list of concerns, in additions to providing very helpful additional suggestions. Was reasurring and kind, affirming where there was no need for concern. Spent the time to help out regardless they were already fully booked! No rushing conversation, answered everything I had was of comcern. Thoughtful in further additional ressources of value, other sources with specific information and detsils I had not thought of or did not know existed. At the end of the examination the veterinarian gave us options of which most were using items that we can purchase at our local pharmacy. Didn't push any unnecessary tests or medications on us. La vétérinaire nous a laissé dans une salle pour réfléchir parce qu’il fallait lui répondre le plus vite possible ...Elle ne pouvait pas elle même faire l’opération parce que son ((mentor )) d’un autre passionimo allait l’accompagner dans sa clinique d’Outremont pour faire l’intervention .1500$ Je suis reparti avec mon vieux chat et je suis allée consulter dans une autre clinique . Résultat . Le deuxième vétérinaire m’a déconseillé de faire l’opération et de laisser une chance à mon chat qui est gériatrique et de ne pas le mettre sous anesthésie generale pour un œil amoché mais pas crevé . Alors je suis rentrée chez moi avec Mon chat et il s’est remis de sa blessure et a 2 beaux yeux parfaitement en santé... et le tout seulement pour 70 $ .un facture incluant = une consultation +des goutes pour les yeux + un sérum biologique fait avec le sang de mon chat ( uniquement le même sérum m’avait coûté 200 chez passionimo) Si je vous avais écouté j’aurais fait enlever un œil à mon chat pour rien ... Je tiens à dire qu’à la première visite chez passionimo nous avion été vu par une autre vêt qui avait proposé une solution intensive et coûteuse mais qui semble avoir été efficace. Ma plainte est en lien avec la pression de faire enlever l’œil de mon chat lors de la deuxième visite et du ton alarmiste de la vétérinaire ainsi qu’aux factures salées de cet établissement. Vous dites ne pas retrouver mon dossier .il est au nom de ma mère Monic Morin . Nous avons rien cacher ...
