(Translated) I hated my experience in their veterinary clinic. First, parking is difficult to access, very small waiting room with 3 chairs glued to the neighbor ... then the doctor did not know what disease my cat had and tried different drugs every 2 weeks (because nothing worked). Like a lab cat. After wasting several hundred dollars on them, I changed my clinic. The other clinic immediately referred me to a specialist for animal eyes (ophthalmologist). Even at each visit, she asked us to repeat the same ulcer test, every 2 weeks (she charged us!) ... We had to change doctors 2 times in this clinic for their reasons of absence. In short, results? None and a great waste of time and money. Yes, the staff and kind and smiling, here are the positive points. I strongly recommend this clinic if you do not want to be fooled, because I have a hunch that they value more money than the health of your pet. Now my cat is undergoing chemotherapy because he has a tumor. We might have been able to discover everything after 3 weeks instead of 3 months (nice waste of time FOR HIS LIFE). Why don't they just advise a specialist when they don't know what my cat is suffering ????? Thank you for taking advantage of us. I hope my few hundred dollars wasted at home will help you hire a less competent doctor. (Original) J'ai détesté mon expérience au sein de leur clinique vétérinaire. En premier lieu, le stationnement est difficile d'accès, très petite salle d'attente avec 3 chaises collé au voisin... ensuite la docteur ne savait pas quelle maladie mon chat avait et essayait différents médicaments toutes les 2 semaines (car rien ne fonctionnait). Tel un chat de laboratoir. Après avoir gaspillé plusieurs centaines de dollars chez eux, j'ai changé de clinique. L'autre clinique m'a tout de suite référé à un spécialiste pour yeux d'animaux (ophtalmologiste). Même qu'à chaque visites, elle nous demandait de refaire le même test d'ulcère, à chaque 2 semaines (qu'elle nous chargait!)... Nous avions dû changé de docteur 2 fois dans cette clinique pour leur raisons d'abscence. Bref, résultats? Aucun et une grande perte de temps et d'argent. Oui, le personnel et gentil et souriant, voici les points positifs. Je vous déconseille fortement cette clinique si vous ne voulez pas vous faire avoir, car j'ai un pressentiment qu'ils tiennent plus à l'argent qu'à la santé de votre animal. Maintenant mon chat suit une chimiothérapie car il est atteint d'une tumeur. Nous aurions peut etre pu découvrir le tout après 3 semaines au lieu de 3 mois (belle perte de temps POUR SA VIE). Pourquoi tout simplement ils ne nous conseillent pas un spécialiste quand ils ne savent pas de ce que souffre mon chat????? Merci d'avoir bien profité de nous. J'espère que mes quelques centaines de dollars gaspillés chez vous, vous aideront à engager un docteur moindrement compétent.

I’ve been going to Dr Bonert for twenty years, for 5 different cats (and my old roomie used to bring her dogs.) She is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable, very good at diagnosing, uses simple treatments when possible, and not very expensive—and my cats respond well to her, even my one aggressive one. I’ve had good experience with Dr Cushman as well. The vet tech has been there for at least ten years as well, and the receptionists are kind and compassionate. The vets will consult over the phone too. I moved to Côte-des-Neiges and I still come here.

Very pleased with the services of this veterinary clinic in Dorval. My golden ate something she should not have and the vet told us to come in immediately even though they were about to close. Problem solved within a few minutes of arrival. Both vets gave no nonsense type of advice and were not pushing all types of tests or shots. Their rate are far more affordable as compared to other vets on the West Island. Thank you all for the great service.

I have a new puppy and my vet doesn't perform surgeries during Covid. My daughter found this clinic and I'm so happy she did! Very responsive, always answer the phone or call you back within a reasonable time, very professional team. Answer all your questions with patience and seem to care about your pet. Prices are much more reasonable than other places, lots of parking at the back of the clinic, very clean. They also offered the spring treatment against warms, tics etc. without pushing. Would definitely come back.

My dog was attacked by another not so long ago and needed to have emergency stitches. The same day as the attack, they were able to take us in with little to no notice, do the stitches, clean his ears, clip his nails and more. I will recommend this vet to as many people as I can. They had great service and my dog just loved the treats.

Absolutely amazing. Starting off with the staff, everyone is great, passionate, empathetic and will take time to explain and reassure you. They do not bulls**t you, and are not there to get your money; if you call and they don’t think you need to come in, they will tell you. It is also very well located, plenty of parking at the back, and the clinic is very clean. They take really good care of our anxious puppy every time we need to go in.
