Have been to other vets before and always felt it was first and foremost a for-profit business, which obviously it is, but what I like about this place is that I felt it was truly about the health of my cat and it felt cozy and familiar! Bry outlined everything to me and explained the results in a way that I fully understood. I felt everything was fair and they're genuinely passionate about what they do. Went here for my cat's neutering procedure and wish I had gone here when my cat needed surgery back in December. 10/10 recommend.

J’ai fait vacciner 2 chatons cette semaine. Au retour à la maison, un des deux n’allait pas bien (fièvre, pleur, douleur à la patte). J’ai téléphoné à la clinique, la vétérinaire m’a dit qu’elle ne pouvait rien faire pour moi car ils allaient fermer et que si j’étais inquiète, je pouvais amener le chaton à l’hôpital vétérinaire en urgence. Elle ne m’a pas du tout rassurée, ne me donnant aucune information sur les malaises du chaton. J’ai obtenu quelques renseignements avec une dame qui tient un refuge pour chat.

Beware. I started using Hill's metabolic diet August 2014 since my cat needed to lose weight. As a promotion for this expensive product, I was told by the vet clinic that if I buy 3 bags, I would get 1 free. Well, when I went to pick up my free bag, the vet did not have any in stock but they said they would put one aside for me. I was unable to come to the clinic the next week. When I went there the following week, I was told someone else had picked up my free bag, claiming it was for my cat. I asked the vet if that person had signed for it and she said no. I asked for the person's name but the vet said she had not asked since the person knew my cat's name. Now the vet refuses to give me my free bag. This is unfair. Why should I have to pay for the vet's mistake? If they leave information lying around their clinic that an immoral person can read and use to their advantage, why should I suffer for it? I am not a liar and I believe this vet should do the right thing and give me the free bag that I am entitled to receive instead of treating me like some kind of con artist.

I cannot Express my gratitude enough for the care and empathy that everyone at the clinic provided me and my furbaby. Dr. Spooner was incredible and walked me through every step and option that was available to me, so I could make the best decisions for my cat. Not an easy task given the current health crisis. If you are looking for a vet that will show your furbaby the same love and devotion that you do, I highly recommend here.

Overpriced, over confident with very limited results. I understand she runs for-profit clinic, but she showed deep commitment to this cause. After 6 visits, I really felt useless spending money and time there. My cat had some issues, but I only felt stressed (maybe with no real reason) and desperate along treatments. And we are still stocked liked day one. Not easy to communicate and several times she blamed other professionals like breeder, groomer. I’m leaving the clinic.

High praise for Dr.Spooner and her kind and caring staff. Our cats have been patients for many years and have always received exceptional treatment. Dr. Spooner recently had a brilliant suggestion to encourage our cats to drink more water - place glass bowls of water not only where they eat … guess what ? They are drinking water frequently now in more than 1 location ???? Thank you for your continued care and compassion.

I can't praise this clinic enough. I've been a client at this clinic ever since it opened. Dr. Spooner and her staff work hard for every patient and deserve to be commended for their compassion and dedication. You never feel like you're just a number here. It bothers me to see negative reviews over petty issues because it could potentially deprive somebody from getting great care. The fact that it's a a feline-only clinic is definitely an asset. Not being in the presence of barking dogs sure takes the edge off the patients (and their owners). Thanks, Dr. Spooner! Thanks also to Hope and Brianna who go above and beyond the call of duty.

If you need to take your cat out for a check up, this place is quite lovely. They have designed the place to bring the least amount of stress to your animal, and they genuinely care about the animals physical and emotional well being, so I would recommend them. I took my cat for a check up and they did their best to equip me with as much information as I needed to take care of her, and they also gave me options for how I could go about treatment. The pricing is also fairly reasonable. The only thing I would advise for others is to be very clear about what you want in order to feel 100% satisfied. I had hoped to get my cats nails clipped and had asked for this, but at the end of the consultation I found that they had not given me this service. Their reasoning was in the interest of what they thought was best for my cat, but *if* you are a person that will be upset at a surprise like that I advise you to be very clear about what you want out of the consultation. My last piece of advice is to make sure to find out how long they consider a consultation to be. This was my first time going to the vet in my life so I did not know that there was a "cut-off" time and thus I was charged 1 & 1/2 consultations because my consultation ran long, which wasn't my favourite, but I take it as a lesson learned. In conclusion- these people really care about the animals they see, and they are professionally and educationally equipped to give you good care for your cat. Hope this helps! ADDITION TO MY REVIEW AFTER A FEW FOLLOW UPS WITH THIS VET: Really truly these people love cats and care very much about putting their health and needs first (as it should be since cats are animals deserving of care before they are pets within someone's schedule. ) I reiterate that the pricing is very reasonable. And I want to add that these people go above and beyond for their clients. The secretary has allowed continual correspondence between her and I for the sake of my cat's health- and remember, checking emails is unpaid work since they do not get paid unless a cat comes in! You can trust this clinic to have the best interests for your cat and yourself.

We have two cats and have been going to this clinic for several years. Dr. Spooner takes the time to listen to our concerns and doesn't rush us when we have questions. Her assistant Geneviève is very knowledgeable, and we always feel at ease when we speak with her. Since there is only one vet, the clinic's hours may not be as flexible as other places, but it is great to know that our cats are well followed.

Wow horrible place, and so wierd and cheap, asked to buy a couple cans of food for a cat I have before they even asked what type they said if you don't have an account with that animal we won't sell you anything. Please don't waist your time coming here you'll just be disappointed. Also looks really grungy and dirty. I definatly will never return or recommend this place to anyone, your animals deserve better don't come here!

Dr.Spooner has help me with my multiple cats.She helped me with my old cat before he passed with compassion.She looks to find out what's wrong when my cat is sick and goes beyond to find the answer.I highly recommend her for your cat.
