Dr. Lissa and Aunty Jenny (vet technician) were so nice and kind with me today. This was my first time coming here after my mom called 30+ places all over montreal, they gave us an appointment very quick and took my moms worries away. They gave me so much love and treats and even let me check out the whole office all by myself! My mom and dad will take me here always now and I will recommend this place to all my furry friends at the park. ❤️ P.s. this veterinary office is super clean and really modern! And the prices are some of the best in montreal!! Trust me I called a thousand places. So happy to have found this clinic in Montreal, now that we moved here from New York. Great job to both of you! Dr Lissa's straight shooter, empathetic style saved my dog Lola from Cancer. She did the tests she needed to do to determine the issue and quickly referred me to other professionals. She didn't try to sell me on any pricey treatments either. She understood time was of the essence and clearly communicated that to me. Lola is losing the second fight this time around nothing can be done to save her but due to Dr Lissa's approach last time I had six additional months with my Lolita ????. In this terminal phase, she has prescribed meds that are making Lola's final moments as comfortable as possible. Her and her staff are one of a kind! Thank you Vetspress. Dr Lissa is a real gem and a true lifesaver, as she helped bring back a rescue stray with multiple issues from a terrible end and is now thriving. She even does house calls! We had to bring our two cats in for their shots and a check-up, but had been told at our (now former) vet clinic that we would need to wait over a month for an appointment. Vetspress gave us an appointment within a week. They were all super friendly and Dr. Lisa is a very attentive, caring and thorough Vet. It was also very reasonably priced, and they didn’t try to ‘milk’ us for extras. (My Fiancée has had issues in the past where vet clinics try and force you into unnecessary tests and excessive booster shots when not needed). This was our first visit but they’ll be our vet forever!

I completely recommend Dr. Lissa and the clinic. It's clean, the staff are knowledgeable and incredibly affectionate to my dog, and are very helpful both over the phone and in person. I have seen one other vet (in Ottawa, I live between the two cities) who is just awful. I thought he was fine until my dog got her second booster with Dr. Lisa and the contrast was stark! She is attentive, gave my dog a thorough look-over and provided me with a lot of useful information. The clinic isn't cautious but practical, I really don't feel like they're after my money, but are looking out for the best interest of my dog.

Dr. Lissa and Jen were so sweet and gentle with Ginger that her passing went very peacefully. As unpleasant as euthanasia are, this had to be my best experience. Great first experience. The staff is very responsive and we got our appointment quickly. There was a misunderstanding in which they did not register our appointment but they squeezed us in anyways, which was really appreciated. It was a rough day for our puppy -- vaccines and microchipping. But Dr. Lissa and Jenny (vet assistant) were so kind to her. She loved all the treats she got and even got to roam the office by herself (sorry again about the poop). Prices are very fair. I had a fairly long list of questions and Dr. Lissa made sure to answer to every single one of them. We will be back again for sure! Thank you.

This vet was associated with Urban Felines where I adopted my cat about a year ago. Within the two week trial period I had with my cat, I had to take my cat in for upper respiratory infection (kennel cough), within these two weeks Urban felines was taking care of the vet bill. While I was there they told me my cat seemed young due to the health of her teeth, a month later my cat became very itchy and when I took her in this vet then told me not only is she autoimmune despite suggesting it might be a chicken allergy after calling my aunt who lives three provinces away with her symptoms but I would need to get all of her teeth pulled within the next year. They put her on pred to stop the itching for a couple months, but within those few months i started gaining doubt of the diagnosis of my cat. I had an appointment today with another vet and was told that she indeed has a chicken allergy, not autoimmune and only one or two teeth aren't great, also suggesting my cat might be older than I was told. Not only was I misled to during the trial period about the health of my cat, I was misled to again when told ALL of her teeth have to be pulled and given the wrong diagnosis. My boyfriend seems to think it's a money grab.
