In the spirit of forgiveness and understanding that these times can be difficult, I have decided to remove the previous review and increase the star rating to 3 stars. I don’t believe that stressful times can justify such inappropriate treatment to a customer or lack of concern for the wellbeing of animals, but I can understand it does make people do unusual things. I have heard some good things regarding the veterinarian himself and therefore do not want him to be blamed for the behavior from one of his workers. I would still caution those with an emergency situation to be prepared to contact another veterinarian as I cannot confirm the situation was dealt with.

Dr. Pothier saved my dogs life and is always on the ball. He correctly diagnosed and treated two of my dogs over the years when other vets didn't... I think he is fantastic. Plus it's nice that he speaks French too.

Called to pick up urinary so food for the boys and it was so easy and the staff is very friendly

Called to take my cat in because of an emergency - she had either gotten into gasoline or been doused with it and wasn't eating. Was told they prefer to keep emergency open for their own patients and to go to my vet half an hour away compared to the 5 minutes away they were. Don't waste your time calling this vet in case of emergency.
