Switched to this vet clinic last year and couldn't be happier. I have a Frenchie who suffers some health issues, and Dr. Dhaliwal couldn't be nicer or more understanding. He is non-judgemental about the breed, and really cares for and makes our animals feel safe. The front desk staff is also excellent. Thank you for caring for our pets!!

Tim Andrews leads with his heart in this thoughtful, compassionate, detailed clinic. He is a highly experienced, observant vet who does everything - I brought my Bernese Lucy in with a strange, growing bump/lump on her head and he immediately extracted cells and viewed them in a microscope. The cost was 1/7 of a quote from a False Creek Vet but more importantly - this clinic goes all the way. Vet, dental and everything else and Tim take the TIME to explain everything - share x rays - check oft overlooked details that make all the difference. (at a fraction of the price of other vets - and this is appreciated deeply when professionals act with integrity) Tim Andrews ADORES animals and really relishes sharing all his medical info with considerable time gifted to explanations - it is clearly his purpose and his passion. Tim and his sidekick Micron (his own sweet, personable dog) run the clinic with a whole lot of love. The staff and the amazing receptionist Jamie are hilarious/kind/thoughtful and the cherry on top is the bowl of caramels free for the 'parents' at the front desk:)

I had to have my 16yr old dog euthanized during pandemic and my vet would not come and do it at our house. I did not want my boys last memory to be scared in a vet office so i reached out to cb vet and he was willing to come over after examining my dog. He was very compassionate and gave me the time i needed to aay goodbye in a place he was at peace. It meant everything to me so thankyou very much.

Saved both my dogs. He took us in during an emergency with my dogs very quickly and helped us. My corgis are alive because of him. The staff checked up on us and helped me over the phone when I was afraid.

It was a positive experience with this clinic, from calling in for an appointment to after the visit as well. My family brought home a new puppy, and Jaison was super helpful since the beginning with answering any questions - he was very informative. The little guy absolutely loved the vet - when he left the room after the appointment my puppy was barking trying to find his way back to the vet. It was great how he was able to make the experience a positive one for both Shadow and I. The clinic was also very clean, and all the other staff was super friendly. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Tim Andrews has been our family Vet for years now for 3 different dogs. We moved to Vancouver a few years ago and STILL make the drive all the way to Crescent Beach because that is how good he is. He is honest, genuine, and trustworthy. He is the only vet I will bring my pets to see.

If you are to visit any vet in the lower main land, Dr. J Dhaliwal is the vet to visit. Crescent Beach Veterinary Clinic is the most upstanding veterinary clinic I have every visited- and will be the only veterinary clinic I will use moving forward. The staff here are not only understanding, compassionate, and friendly- but knowledgable and understand their clients. They take the time to build a relationship with their clients and continue to accommodate those who may have more difficult animals. Dr. J Dhaliwal is the most knowledge and compassionate Veterinarian I have ever met. Not only does he take the time to listen and take an in-depth understanding of his patients (such as my dog), but takes the time to answer + explain everything to the owner. He has single handedly reassured me of anything and everything I had concerns about while taking a compassionate touch especially with some sensitive concerns. He really is there for you and your pet. Moving forward, this will be the only veterinary clinic I will use and will be recommended to all my friends and family alike. Although it may be hard for any animal to love a home away from home- this is the closest home away from home my boy has encountered. He is welcomed and enjoys his vet visits! And this is all because of how loving and caring this entire team + hospital is. Thank you Dr. Dhaliwal! Bailey and I are so thankful for you and your team.

What a wonderful experience start to finish! Right from my first phone call to the clinic to the day of our appt! I think Jaison is the nicest vet I've met in ages! Very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to and most importantly he listens! And he very obviously loves dogs! His way with the puppies gave them a fantastic first vet experience. The staff were all amazing. So friendly and helpful! Also the cost was extremely reasonable, just one more nice surprise at the end of an already great vet experience! As a breeder and owner of multiple dogs I go to and spend a lot of money at the vets each year maintaining healthy dogs and healthy puppies. I am able to compare vets and clinic experiences based on a lot of breeder experience. This was a first rate experience! I'm only sad I live 9 hours away and won't be able to use this clinic regularly! I certainly will though every time i come this way! Just want to give a long overdue shout out to Dr. Jaison Dhaliwal and his staff. We came to CVB 3 months ago on a recommendation when our rescue pup needed an amputation. It was a scary time for us having to make a decision like this with a new rescue. However Dr. Dhaliwal calmed our fears with his straight forward but gentle way and found us (on short notice I might add) a board certified surgeon who was knowledgeable with this type of amputation. The surgery was a resounding success and our sweet Cami is doing remarkably well 3 months post op. You would never know she was a tri-paw! And all the staff were so kind and loving to Cami, going above and beyond to calm her fears. Special thanks to Anisha, Fayeth and Kendra...Cami looks forward to all her visits to Crescent Beach Vet!

Had an emergency pop up for my beloved Budweiser at 5:15pm last night (they close at 5:30pm) and Thalia said they would wait for me as it takes me 20 minutes to drive there. Both she and Dr. Andrews stayed late to find out what was going on with my little fellow. Dr. Andrews even gave me his home phone number just in case something happened during the night so I could call him and not have to go to the animal emergency. They love animals first and it shows. I started dealing with Dr. Tim Andrews in 2005 and was sad to hear he had retired. I was nervous starting up again with a new vet as my pet had several chronic issues and complex medical conditions. My fears were put aside rapidly after meeting Jason. He took extra special care of my pug and putting up with his grumpy personality! Kendra went far and beyond her duties to find a clinic in Vancouver that would take Gus on an emergency basis. I would highly recommend Jason and his team.

BEWARE - as noted by other reviewers the receptionist Jamie is immature, rude, judgmental and not compassionate. Very unprofessional - day after day she was going to email information making excuses and saying she was too busy but still never followed through. My experiences with her and Tim Andrews is why I would NEVER use Crescent Beach Veterinary Clinic! The apple doesn't fall to far there. Don't go just because it is cheaper - you get what you pay for and believe me you will pay for it in the end. I would NEVER take my pet there and suggest you avoid this place - too many great vets in the area that do not take you for a ride!! #disgusted #zero-stars

Dr. Jaison D This doctor acted quickly with my 16 year old cat that had developed diabetes and now my cat is in remission. He didn't give up on encouraging me to purchase the diabetic cat food and i believe that is the reason he went into remission so quickly. I highly recommend this clinic for the knowledge , experience and the willingness to be forward with there suggestions and findings. We really appreciate the kindness of the Staff and the Doctor. We brought in our Baby boy Griffen, when he started limping. Cause he is such a big boy we were worried he may have broken or torn something in his leg. The clinic took him in right away and made him feel relaxed while he was there. Normally he would get major anxiety when going to the Vet, but not this time, the doctor provided a treat to him, also petted him before the exam which allowed Griffen to calm down. We highly recommend this Doctor for all big dogs. He is very gentle and kind. GREAT Staff and Doctor with huge heart.

I ’m writing this review from my experience with Dr. Dhaliwal and his staff . My dog went for his annual teeth cleaning and check up and the experience was nothing short of caring and professional. Dr. Dhaliwal was extremely patient as he explained the sedation required and took the time to answer all my questions I had during the appointment. He went over the expectations once home and any concerning symptoms to look out for which I greatly appreciated. Immediately the difference was noticeable; all the tartar and buildup that was present was removed and all teeth were left extremely white and polished. Dr Dhaliwal is just the most genuine, caring and thoughtful vet I have known and the most important thing is very honest. Overall, I highly recommend him and his team at Crescent Beach as they took such good care of my dog and ensured that his health concerns were met and my questions were answered. I feel confident in leaving my dogs health in their hands.

I brought my hamster here last week because she had a lump on her chest. There aren't many vets that treat "exotic" animals around South Surrey but this is one of them. The doctor seemed genuinely sincere and gave me several treatment options instead of pushing the most expensive service onto me. The checkup fee is relatively lower than other clinics as well. I liked that he explained the treatment procedures very detailed and thoroughly so I understood what would be happening.

Amazing experience! Called last minute this morning for my elderly cat and was able to get in right away on a Saturday. All technicians were so friendly and gentle with my cat she looked comfortable with them. The vet was very thorough and explained everything to me very well and provided me with a treatment plan for her. My cat is already feeling much better and I feel more at ease.

I called this vet as a new patient and the receptionist was very rude and actually HUNG up on me in the middle of a question when I called back she just said she was really busy and didn't even apologize. If the staff is that rude in a phone call, I'm not going to give them the chance to be rude in person.

We were sad and nervous to see Dr. Andrews go, our shy dogs tolerated his gentle and kind nature. He saved our animals lives so many times and we are forever grateful for him. He jumped in to help us keep our 16 year old dog comfortable near the end of her life and in her final moments.
