Tanglefoot Vet is a simply fantastic vet. Their building is very tasteful, and isn't coldly decorated or white-washed like other vets. Our experiences here have always been amazing. They treat owners and their pets wtith kindness and respect. I brought my precious dog into get his vaccinations, and I could not be happier with the gentle and friendly treatment he got.

Super nice vets, come out to the creston area and will split charges for call out from cranbrook if you have a few friends that want to get your horse dentistries done at your home. Knowledgeable but efficient and reliable. Billing is reasonable.

Our dog got heat stroke when on a long hike with my husband. We are from out of town so didn’t know what clinic to go to. It was very scary for us as he was peeing blood. He got in right away, the vet and vet assistant were awesome. She even called the next day to check on our pup’s status. She suggested urine sample if we were still concerned. Very impressed with this caring clinic.

Full of questions about transporting 2 housecats to Vancouver Island north in my car over 3 days, the Staff at Tanglefoot were awesome: stress reducing cat food, and Feliway spray to keep them mellow. 1 cat 4 yrs old and Big, 1 cat 17 yrs and blind. Seoerate kennels for the drive! Thanks! My cats love the food and are settling down. ????????

Our local vet wouldn't see my dog in an emergency situation, due to shortage of staff. Tanglefoot, in Cranbrook, called me back right away. Service was quick but well organized. Wonderful to deal with. Will be going back.

My friends 6 month Pomeranian (Luna) broke her leg. We were referred to Tanglewood from the vet in Kimberley. Little Luna needed to have surgery on her leg. The staff at Tanglewood assessed her break and gave and said they just didn’t have to tools or equipment to do the surgery. They way they spoke and treated us and Luna was amazing. The Vet took the time to talk to us personally and explain the situation. Not only that the staff took the time to phone a vet in Calgary and found someone who had the proper equipment. We ended up going back to Vancouver for the surgery. Tanglewood sent all the paperwork over right away and it was a very smooth transition. Thank you Tanglewood for your high level f professionalism and communication!

After visiting Steeples Vet Clinic, our cat relapsed and we attended Tanglefoot as they were the vet on call that weekend. Tanglefoot went full throttle and took on our cats case with extreme care and knowledge as his situation had declined rapidly. They had an extensive medical plan to nurse him back to health and it worked! The staff is INCREDIBLE and their love for animals shines! Although Steeples was amazing, we decided to stick with Tanglefoot due to them knowing our cats delicate situation in depth. Thank you to everyone Tanglefoot, we appreciate you! ...Oh and Steve the office cat is lovely as well!

Been to Tanglefoot since we adopted our cat from the SPCA in 2019 : from her 1st vet check, to shots and some cat-fight-wounds needing to be taken care of. We always had great experiences, including in Covid time. All the team is always really professional, helpful and reassuring. The 5 stars go especially to Dr Jasmine Hardy, for her excellent work and for all the love she gives to her furry patients while treating them, and the patience and advices she gives to their owners. Amazing team Dr Jasmine with Assistante Charlotte. Highly recommend if you are looking for great vets in the area. Thank you to all the staff.

Amazing vet clinic. Our older Border Collie was in rough shape after being attacked by an off leash dog. This happened after hours and we were able to talk to a technician over the phone and get expert advice immediately. The vet and technicians at Tanglefoot took amazing care to clean and stitch him up a couple of times and offer advice and support any time we needed. It's only been a few weeks and our boy is almost back to normal.

Called the after-hours/on call number on a Sunday. Vet was very friendly and arranged to meet me and my sick dog at the clinic. The vet was very professional and explained everything fully. After some tests and scans doggo and I got sent home with some medications to make him feel better. I would recommend Tanglefoot for all your sick doggo needs

We took our 10 year old Bichon - poodle, Torah to Tanglefoot to update her vaccinations and check her over all health. She was all good except had 6 bad teeth that need to be removed. We booked in during February, as they have 15% discount during month of February. Torah had her bad teeth removed as well as a fatty skin extremity, non malignant, removed. Procedure and her recovery went as well as we could ask for. Torah bounced back to herself in 2 days and I believe happierwith out the bad teeth in her mouth. Thank you to to the vets and administrators. Carolyn and I are very pleased with the whole encounter. We are fully confident and happy to have Tanglefoot vet services as Torahs health care.
