Called a few places to get pricing on dog food and they were the least expensive. I placed an order and went to pick it up today only to find out they quoted me the wrong pricing and wouldn't Honor the price that was provided. The receptionist didn't want to help me, so I left. So you lost a simple sale and now I hope you're stuck with that food. Something so simple could have been resolved in seconds and now you have negative review.

The staff has always been pleasant and professional. There is no turn over, which indicates the staff enjoy working at the clinic, which is nice, as they know their clients, treat you well; with empathy and respect. Dr. Hamilton has been there for various animals I have owned over the years. All my animals have bounced back during emergency situations, one being a baby bunny I was bottle feeding. A mild antibiotic for exotic animals was administered and my little bunny recovered overnight at approx., 3 weeks old. Some reviews commented on the fees, but you get what you pay for and with Dr. Hamilton and the staff, you get excellence! Thank you for all you have done for my “furry crew”.

Extremely friendly right off the bat. Just moved back to town and had been looking for a special brand if cat food. The lady was very helpful & knew right away what I needed. She asked my name and even held the bag for me. If I require medical services (non emergency) for my cats, this will be the place I go and I live 3 hours away. Its hard to find good service these days especially during a pandemic. Thank you!
