Overcharged for radiographs (x-ray).... told that we needed multiple angles for reasons of better seeing the break, but the first one shows a clear break (a $ 45 extra charge for the second x-ray)... unnecessary injections for pain that our friend vet said was not necessary at all... almost paid 200 for things i didnt need. i feel scammed. 0 stars if i could

Today we had to put down my best friend due to cancer. I was not very happy with my current vet as he was totally $ oriented and I was desperately looking for a good vet to do this procedure. I looked all over but couldn’t make up my mind. Finally, based on my dog’s Groomer’s recommendation, I decided to give this task to the King Road Animal Hospital. Dr. Ahmad was in charge of the procedure and he did a phenomenal job. He is a sweet heart of a doctor and very compassionate. My only regret is that I wish I had known about this clinic when I had my dog. They are truly animal lovers, very compassionate and accommodating. Reasonable prices, great Doctors and staff. I definitely recommend this clinic to everyone!

Treated my previous cat with dignity and was really understanding. Was honest with me even though I asked to try treatment and went ahead with treatmemt they were honest. They did not take advantage of me and my situation. The doctors truly care which is why I when we adopted our second cat we continue to come to this vet even after moving away.

Dr issan is a fantastic vet, kind, caring and a master with his skills. I take my dog no where else. He loves his Dr and we travel an hour just for his expertise and the expenses are very reasonable, he does not advocate or push unnecessary tests, medicines or procedures. His first priority is your pet, their well being and comfort not padding your bill. If you love your pet go see this doctor, you will never regret it. I love my dog and he gets only the best, that includes the nurses as well, top notch.

They’re really nice and caring. My dog got spade and honestly it was a really easy surgery. There were no complications with the surgery. I would refer this vet to family and friends.

(Original) 家里猫咪4天不吃东西 又吐又拉的 我急坏了 到处找医生 都要预约好多天 朋友介绍的这家 第二天就可以看 医生人很好 做了些简单的物理检查 量了体温 和我说体温升高有炎症 但是炎症引起的可能性有太多太多了 一般情况下消炎后自然就会痊愈 如果打消炎针后一天内依然不吃饭再来做详细化验 价格清清楚楚写下来 确定没问题才开始操作 第二天下午猫咪没有好 依然不吃饭 医生接了电话和我说可以明天去验血啥的因为今天他马上下班了 但是更建议直接去24小时的医院 不要拖 没想到 到了晚上药物估计是完全起效了 猫咪精神好起来了 在家皮的窜来窜去还有心思玩玩具而且开始吃饭了 很感谢医生 避免了不必要的测试 价格也很合理 特别耐心 三番四次问我有没有问题 我英语不好有些不是特别明白他就一遍遍慢慢解释 点赞????

Excelent place to bring your pet, I scheduled a check up appoinment for my cat and was due for vaccines boosters.......no nonsense , no upsell of useless services, the doctor checked the cat, weigh it, did the shots, gave some suggestions and thats it, the bill was affordable including stool sample test. So far I like this place and doctor, I am a 3 year customer so my review is not an one off.

We have been using Dr. Ullah for years. Our dog has had recurring medical issues over the last 6 years and they have been nothing but supportive and helpful. They go above and beyond for their patients and will go to any length for the sake of the animal. After visits, he has gone as far as calling us to check up on how our pet was doing and works with his patients to meet all needs. We will continue to use Dr. Ullah for the commitment and service he provides.

Probably one of the least sympathetic staff I’ve ever been around. You would think offering euthanasia services would bring out a more delicate side to staff but it was absolutely a horrible experience. The whole point of health care is to be understanding and have love for animals or humans but there’s absolutely none at this office. I don’t often write reviews and I’ve only gone once because it’s the vet closest to our home but I would never go there again and feel strongly enough to have others reconsider a new vet before going here to a vet who might actually care. It felt like the most rushed job and we were left alone and with questions in between others. You aren’t allowed to be with your pet and the tech will ignore you from the front desk when you have very reasonable questions the only time they care about you is when it’s time to pay. There’s no smiles in the staff it’s very one note and not in the confident professional way in a very burnt out no love for animals kind of way. If this review even helps one person I’ll feel happy about posting this.

They saved my dog. He was bit on the neck bad and I rushed him to an emergency animal hospital where they charged $2500 for care and an immediate surgery but ended up COMPLETELY MISSING a spot where a tooth made a hole in his neck. This spot got infected and caused an abscess under his skin. King Road re did the surgery properly and helped me with post surgery care to ensure it would all heal so he wouldn't have to get ANOTHER surgery in the future due to the emergency hospitals mistake. They took all my phone calls, last minute visits, late appointments and helped me to ensure my dog healed properly at home. I honestly believe my dog would not have been okay if it wasn't for the vets hard work and dedication to the full recovery of my dog. Very grateful to them and their services.
