I transferred to this clinic recently and the vet found a serious condition in my dog and I am so grateful that it was caught early. Our previous vet said my dog was well and healthy and clearly did not do a thorough enough exam. I am glad that Dr.Z was able to support me and provide me with the best next steps. Also, the pet groomer is fantastic! My dog is very nervous when it comes to his grooming, but the groomer was able to handle my dog with gentle care and made the experience for my dog less stressful. We love it there. Dr Z and her staff are wonderful. My precious baby Tchichi (Shih Tzu and Bichon Frise) always has a great time visiting the vet. I also do her grooming there. My dog is very sensitive and emotional and usually feels depressed if not handled with care. Previous grooming sessions or vet visits would leave her depressed for a few days after. Now, I don't have to worry about that. Thank you Dr Z and team for your kindness, compassion and great job at keeping your patients and their parents happy. Keep up the great job!

My kitten was sick, malnourished, and underweight when we first got her, and Dr Zeena took such good care of her and was a huge help to us and her health. 2 people I know took their dogs here. The vet said both dogs needed surgery. 1 owner did it and her dog died. The other owner got a 2nd opinion and said there was nothing wrong w the dog. This vet just wants your money it seems. Beware and always get a 2nd opinion.

Stunningly good service. The care for our two dogs (one a lifetime patient) has been compassionate, prompt, and effective. There have been a couple of times we relied on Dr. Z and her people to treat our animals for tricky conditions and they came through. We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

This veterinarian is absolutely one of the best in town. She is so incredibly caring, and knows what is best for their client’s pets. It’s almost like she cares for each animal like her own. My dog has had severe itching due to his allergies for years. We were easily able to get a telemedicine appointment to discuss my concerns about him. We were given a ton of different options with pills or shampoos and even topicals that she recommended! She supported and went ahead with the drug plan that I was most comfortable with. My dog is now no longer itching which gives so much relief off my shoulders!! This place is absolutely amazing and I’d recommend Dr Z to anybody!

My cat went in for a procedure. I had to go back in 2 weeks and get him checked out to make sure he heeled well. He had a cone on and was taking medication so I was hoping we could take off the cone and stop the needs. The day of our pre-booked check in with the vet I had to leave work early because that's the only time the vet had for me to come. I raced home got my cat and started driving to the vet. I get a call 2 minutes before my appointment time and I am litterly pulling into the parking lot and they tell me sorry we have to cancel. There was no care about my cat about me about the service NOTHING. Did you know their policy is if you cancel with less than 24 hour notice you get charged. But they can do it to someone? I will 100% never go back. If I could rate a 0 I would.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! We took one of our dogs there for a simple ear cleaning. When we picked him up he was doped up beyond belief and we were charged over $700 dollars. Our other dog became very ill and according to the "Vet" (and I use quotes because I still can't believe she is a vet) and they said they needed to keep him over night. No call the next morning....and when I called they said he JUST died. They charged us almost $1,000 dollars to have our poor little boy diie alone. $300 for the overnight stay with no supervision. Our current vet is only charging us $28 for our dog's overnight stay for his upcoming procedure. Furthermore when we came to see our deceased dog the receptionist asked us to not cry in the lobby as "not to upset the other customers". REALLY? The vet bragged the whole time about her family vacation (that we likely paid at least one of her kids trip through inflated and likely unnecessary procedures). I don't usually rate any business badly instead trying to find some positive (please read my other reviews), but in this case I have nothing good to say, only that I'm positive we will never darken her door again. PET OWNERS BEWARE.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Zubaidy for the 2nd time (more to follow about that). My mom who is a senior and suffers from dementia recently acquired my brother & his family's dog "Bailey" due to their schedules. My mother is OVER THE MOON in love with Bailey but the downside is that due to her medical issues tends to stress unnecessarily over routine doggy issues. I offered to my mom that I would accompany her to the vet and she could put my name on the file and I could be the go between. I've had dogs all my life. Our last beloved, Misty, a lab/sheppard mix, passed away almost 3 yrs ago now due to cancer (bone). It took 2 years before my husband would agree to a new dog. We have 3 boys (13, 15 & 20) and not only got 1 but got 2 "Ori-Pei's" who go to a vet we love in our neighborhood. I accompanied my mom with Bailey to see Dr. Zubaidy ... she is a WONDERFUL lady and vet. She took TIME and didn't get upset when dealing with my mom and re-answering her questions. Her "bedside manner" is impeccable. It was at the end of the visit when the subject of my beloved Misty came up Dr. Zubaidy asked who my vet was and I told her and it was then that both Dr. Zubaidy & I looked at each other in shock/awe. Dr. Zubaidy was just starting out when I first met her and she was the one who diagnosed Misty's cancer via an X-Ray. Such a small world. But I'm very glad to see that Dr. Zubaidy has her own practice now and highly recommend anyone in Oakville or surrounding areas to visit Joshua Creed Animal Hospital

This was the worst vet experience my husband and I have ever had with one of our animals. We adopted our kitten from a local petsmart and they referred us to get her spayed at this animal hospital. I have had two other cats and both have been spayed without problems. My poor kitten however had the worst spaying experince. The stiches were extremely loose to the point of seeing gaps, she had to be taken back in to have it repaired - but still there were huge gaps and the stiches ended up breaking despite our kitten basically being immobile and ultimately an infection. The vet was consistently uncaring of our kitten and eventually prescribed medication for the infection. We were so upset we quickly came and picked up the prescription and payed, vowing never to return. But then when we were home we noticed they gave us two pills instead of 10! It was a fight to convince them to give us the rest. Absolutely unacceptable and I am so sorry I put my kitten through this. Ultimately my kitten was ok as we took her to another vet who fixed the stiches but we ended up paying almost three times than I ever have to have her spayed at Joshua Creek Animal Hospital. I would highly recommend you avoid this vet!

Very disappointed in the service, made us wait 30 minutes!!! Vet was grooming her own dog made us wait that's rude and very unprofessional, had the vet technician to give our dog the drops for kennel cough never seen a vet technician give medication before usually the vet dose medical treatments in my opinion the vet is above her staff is her staff to serve her that's how I see it very very very desatisfied as a client! Charged way to much for terrible service dose not deserve one star a ZERO STAR! The technician dog was there told us the dog was dying of cancer, that's was not up building! should of left dog at home if it's not well! The technician talked way to much, very Nerve racking???? What a weird place!!!!???? Vet did not wear the proper clothing she had way to much jewelry on, ???? I felt she only wants money! WE DO NOT BELIEVE THE VET IS A QUALIFIED REAL VETERAN AT ALL BOTH MY HUSBAND I FEEL THIS WAY! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

I do not recommend this clinic. After taking my money for a virtual assessment on my dog they left me in limbo. They did not respond to several of my emails and phone calls to answer a follow up question. A professional and compassionate clinic would have at least acknowledged the messages and responded in some form but this clinic thought ignoring me was the easiest way. I was simply looking for some feedback or answer to a question but since no more money for them was involved they couldn't be bothered. I am sure there are much more caring and compassionate veterinarians in Oakville to take our family members.

Dr. Zeena cares only about your pets well being. I did my practicum with her last summer and she was knowledgeable and and encouraging; she wants what is best for the furbaby ❤️ If you have the opportunity to work for her or take your furbabies here, do it!! Plus its a great fit for a lot of people who struggle with language barriers! Dr. Z and some of her staff speak multiple languages making it more comfortable visit for you and your furbaby to make sure they're able to get the right details to provide the best care.

This is not even my dog's vet. Never been here until one of my daughter's guinea pigs became very ill. We called so many offices and not one would or could fit him in as an emergency. We were shocked when they said they would see him as an emergency. My daughter took him. She said she was so upset and crying & she felt embarrassed. They made her feel so comfortable despite her emotions. She helped Leonard and sent them on their way with medication & a regimen. The following day we couldn't get something the vet said he needed to get better. We were desperate again and called their office 15 minutes before close. They made several calls for us and called us back a few times until resolved. We could only pick up the stuff within a small timeframe so they actually drove to petsmart with the vet's prescription & picked it up for us so that we could pick up from them. Who does that ????? Talk about going the extra mile. I couldn't believe all the extra steps they took to save this little piggy!! Customer service on a whole other level! Leonard also says THANK YOU

Also her staff are fabulous...They always get back to me and check on my dog which is very important for us owners to feel safe. Dr. Zeena is an incredible doctor who puts the health of the pet first and foremost. Out of all the vets I’ve been to, I can truly say she cares the most. My cat was given a second chance at life after my first vet essentially told me she’s dying of cancer and euthanasia would be the only option. Dr. Zeena was able to diagnose the true cause and treat my cat back to full health. I trust her and her technicians with everything and they truly are the best!

I am working in the medical field (Emergency Services); hence, I can evaluate an emergency management when I see one. I drove my friend to that clinic; he was highly panicked seeing his dog suffering after being hit by a car. The dog had a very proper emergency management and 3 surgical interventions in the clinic; one of them was related to his hip joint stabilization. This is not an aggressive statement but I am sure that most veterinarians and even dogs owners would rather euthanize the dog than going through such a challenge. After that I did recommend this clinic to several friends of mine, some in the Paramedic service, and they are regular visitors to that place and never heard but the good things, coincidence?? I don’t think so.

Out of the 5 vet clinics we've been to, Dr. Zeena was the first to recommend a treatment plan that we can understand and act on. Our dog had sudden back leg paralysis and my wife and I were devastated. We got x-rays and blood work done immediately and went to her for a second opinion to avoid surgery. Dr. Zeena treated our 4 year old dog with an abnormally long torso and herniated disc with 6 laser sessions along with supplement shots to increase synovial fluid for early onset arthritis. We've seen significant improvement in less than a month, your pet will be in good hands.

I had to make a Gmail account just to share my experiences ????. I just moved to Oakville and found Joshua creek, as they are within walking distance of me. I am ecstatic to have met them. My benji isn't the easiest guy, but they took their time with him and are gaining his trust slowly. Other vets I've been to were not so considerate of benji, not like Dr.Zubaidy. I highly recommend this vet! They don't sell you useless products like some vets do- they recommend what they think will be useful to your pet's needs and explain why- and you have the final say of course. I truly appreciate finding them.

This is the worst Vet I have been too. Only reason I went to her was because my dog was sick and she was the closests one by but I will never go here again. The vet made an error in taking my dogs history and I lost money because insurance refused to pay. She then would not fix her error due to the fact that I did not get my dog spayed at her clinic. Although she may be a doctor for animals, she should still have some morals and money should not be your only motive.

Being a Co-Op student and attending this vet was the best experience ever. I got to learn so much about the vet field. Dr.Z is such a great role model, and the staff there as well. Everyone is very welcoming and I will never forget this experience. While being there, not only did I get to learn about animal care but also about loving animals. Everyone here treats every patient with love and care, and I got to see it first hand. On top of this, when my rat got sick, this was the only place that would actually help me and treat my rodent. All other vets told me they couldn’t do anything. All I can say that after the visit and his treatment, he is doing so much better and I am glad to have chosen this clinic. I believe there is a difference between doctors and heroes. Doctors are taught standard care, and that is following medical guidelines to primarily ensure symptomatic relief. Heroes take what they have been taught and exhaust every diagnostic technique and every diagnostic differential until they find the root of the problem. Dr. Zeena is a hero, she is not one to suppress symptoms temporarily or to put superficial bandaids on truly existing problems. Dr zeena takes the time to really find the root of the problem and then provides the best treatment and medical care. Her clinic is highly equipped with the latest diagnostic procedure (for example; allergen skin test. which i never knew existed for animal care) she also has a highly professional, kind and equally as hard working team helping her run the show. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my baby (1 Year old, Maltese boy). From the very first interaction you witness between Dr. Z and your pet babies, i guarantee you'll feel an extreme sense of reassurance, hope and faith in the world of care for animals. Thank you Dr. Z!

This was our first time going joshua creek hospital we loved everything from beginning to end . Dr. Zeena gave us her time even though we had to talk on the phone in the parking lot due to covid 19. She did not rush us, wanted to know everything in detail which my husband and i really appreciated her concern about our Lola. Examed her and kept us up-to-date on what she was doing in regards of lola. The whole experience was pleasant and we trust her completely with the care of our baby girl. Thank you so much . I have been a client since I got my dog Rufus a year ago, and let me tell you the caring and passionate work ethic the main veterinarian has is a very good quality to insure your pet receives as much comfort during care as possible. Very clean environment, and the dogs are taken some good care of regardless of how busy the clinic seems to be. The main vet Dr. Zeena is also one of the sweetest veterinarians I’ve seen out of all the other places I’ve tested out, and you can tell she loves these animals with all her heart. She is also quite knowledgeable and helpful and always uses her time well to provide suggestions and tips to take good care of your pet and to prevent another visit in the future. Highly recommend Joshua Creek as your main go-to for caring for your animal’s health, and you won’t regret it!
