I have never had my dogs run into the vets excited to see someone before and it doesn't matter which doctor or is they run tails wagging with kisses to all of them. Also great bedside manner with diagnosing and talks of what options are. Went in this week and discovered our male has tumors and we were given all the potential outcomes as well as treatment options and they said what they would do if it was their pet. After my female was spayed I was notified of how she was doing and their aftercare is great as well on the phone and in person. Well with the hour drive to see them. Their cost is much nicer than in the city as well for certain things.

I have been a client of Graham Animal Hospital since 2019 and I have had nothing but amazing care from all of the vets, techs and receptionists. One of my dogs is very nervous, but they are always very patient with her and take the time to make her feel comfortable. Last night I was very fortunate for the emergency hours as my other dog needed a few stitches. Dr. Malatestinic was fabulous and I was pleased with the care my boy received, even though he had quite a lot to say about the sedation! My cat has also received great care from them as well. The bills are always fair and if you have pet insurance, they make it all very easy to submit claims. I am so happy with Graham Animal Hospital and if you are looking for a new vet, look no further!

I have been using Graham Animal Hospitals for all my breeding-related needs for about 2 years. I have a couple of large breed female dogs. One of my females is in heat and the clinic refused to breed her. Apparently their new policy is that large breed females need to be 2 years of age before being bred. My female is 24 days short of being 2 years and even though I talked to the clinic, they would not make an exception. What I have an issue with is that I bred my other female at Graham when she was 23.5 months of age, after she's had enough heat cycles and was deemed fit to breed by the vets at Graham. Their new policy was not communicated to their customers and it was certainly inconsistent with what they've allowed in the past. I'm a responsible breeder. I waited till my female had 3 heat cycles and as of today, she's 24 days away from being 2. They treated me like I was bringing them an 8-month-old puppy and asking them to breed. I must say that despite the clinic's inconsistent policies, Dr. Rasa is a professional and an expert at what she does. Her clinic's policies do not reflect her skill set.

So I have a conflict with a review because for Dr. Rasa I would give it a 10 star rating! She is amazing, treats my dog with love and genuinely shows she cares so we will continue to visit. However I decided to consult due to limping on my dogs right leg and xrays for hip & elbows were recommended & so we did it, this turned out not such a great experience Dr., Graham is not so friendly, we actually found her a. It rude, did not quite explain anything on his result of the radiograph only that he wouldn’t pass for certification which is not what I was really caring about! It got me a bit angry though I sort of understand the radiograph it would be nice to get a proper explanation of what all of it means. Very disappointed since I’ve had such a great experience with Dr Rasa.

This clinic is so amazing. I have never written a google review before because I have never really had such a continuous amazing experience. The staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating. They make you feel like family. Wherever I live in Ontario, Graham will be my clinic for any and all my reproductive needs. I currently live 3 hours away and I never hesitate to make the drive because I know it’s going to be worth it. I cannot say enough good things about the specialists there and the care they take when dealing with my babies. If you’re looking for a sign to go to this clinic, this is it! 10000/10 recommend!!

Genuinely nice people with great intentions, but poorly operated when push comes to shove with a bizarre ownership model leaving it unclear who is responsible for making descsions and managing complex issues. Poor policies and processes leads to poor consistency and communication between vets. This turns into a lot a chaos / errors and conflicting opinions / suggestions during complex clinical cases; sometimes unclear who is ultimately accountable for care as everyone and noone is taking the lead. Individual vets are very nice and very competent but the clinic management and coordination needs a lot of work. Too chaotic and disorganized for our sick dog.

They used to be great but now they do not respect their clients or the buisness they bring. They're very greedy, money hungry and will lie about the prices of their services. I asked for a break down of what my bill would be before going into the appointment, and once finished my bill was almost double. They said they raised the prices and some services were no longer included and were a separate charge. I was very upset. My bill should have been 258$ but instead I was charged just over 350$. It's unfortunate that this clinic changed. I used them for all my pets reproductive needs.

My German Pointer, Greta, is a timid little angel who does not enjoy a vet’s visit. After Dr. Rasa saved her life through a complicated surgery, she made sure Greta was comfortable and not alone. She has even treated her complicated ears time after time. I now drive over an hour to see the vet technicians for them to trim Greta’s nails because my family and I trust them so much. Every single employee is loving towards Greta and every furry angel that comes in. I’m very grateful for the attention and affection that is shown throughout the entire visit. Wonderful staff!

if i could give them zero stars i would! absolutely disgusted with the care my senior cat received. we have been taking my two dogs and cat here for 4 years and after receiving a 3k estimate on getting 2 teeth pulled i had many questions and concerns. the estimate was just given to me with zero explanation from the vet she walked away with extremely limited commentary or empathy towards myself or my cat. the vet tech was not gentle with my cats carrier as she was swung around. after writing an email to their head office as directed by their receptionist to handle any concerns i was sent a notice saying starting February 1st the vets were permanently denying my animals care. they did not address a single concern i had nor reply to anything related to my email. I was completely dismissed just for sending an email (after being told to email concerns!) there was no discussion, follow up, or questions asked. The only reply was to disclose that they were now refusing our animals care. i was shocked and disgusted. the turn over of staff since covid has turned this establishment into a money hungry trap for people who genuinely love their animals like family. would not recommend to anyone!!!! p.s. i’ve seen countless bad reviews about the same issues that have been deleted! don’t believe the positive reviews that are outdated! DO BETTER GRAHAM ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!!!
