Staff and Doctor were excellent, great animal care and follow up. Facilities were clean and organized, if I had any constructive criticism to offer, it would be nice to see a designated area for people to take pets to washroom, so that a person wasn't potentially walking through areas used by sick animals to washroom and it would be nice to have more of a heads up as to additional expenses associated with surgery. Had we known prior to, we would have budgeted for surgical expenses for additional comfort. All said, I would still absolutely recommend to others.

My first time going here was for an emergency with one of my dogs. My regular vet was unable to take me in sooner then clearspring vet. My dog was VERY sick, they took him in, treated him so kindly and made him feel very comfortable. Got tested for a couple things, took xrays, and even though little pupper was sick, he still came back to me with a smile. So I know he didn’t hate his experience. Anyway, they gave him some medication and special dog food and he 100% recovered within a week. Very blessed that he’s doing so amazing & that they were able to help him as quick as they did. Booked both my dogs in for their vaccines as this is a veterinary clinic I’m definitely going back to! Thank you!

**In addition to below** Dr Trevor called me this morning to discuss this visit. He went on about how he could not do anything about the mask requirement (my issue was not with the mask requirement, my issue was with not being informed when booking the appointment. I have no issue with wearing a mask i just need to know I need to bring one.) I asked him why he could not provide me with a mask to purchase in the case of not having one (Costco has them in stock by the pallet load). He then started to argure with me over the fact that he cannot provide the public with non-regulatory masks according to the CVMA. I just spent 30 mins going through the most recent updates on the CVMA website, they recommend Non surgical masks... Trevor is using old news to cover up for his short falls instead of taking responsibility and apologizing. This business will never get another penny from me after this call. This vet has horrible customer service. When booking my appointment for my dog, I specifically said I need to talk to the vet in person(she is elderly and is starting to go down hill). The receptionist that booked the appointment did not once mention i needed a face mask to go into the office to accompany my dog. Once arrived at the office they would not provide me with a mask to accompany my dog due to their mistake so my dog could not be seen. I will not be rebooking an appointment at this office. If they demand masks they should be letting you know when booking an appointment.

My dog was bitten by a raccoon on the Saturday of a long weekend just before closing time and they made time not only to vaccinate my dog, but explain how to get the raccoon tested for rabies. On top of that, they provided all the materials I would need to collect the raccoon (at no charge). They also suggested that I store the raccoon at their facility so it wouldn't have to be in my freezer all weekend. Stellar service - thank you very much!

Brought my cat Lacy here for teeth cleaning and a few teeth needed to be pulled. I’ve also came here for other things such as ear surgery for her since she had a ruptured blood vessel and need to be drained. Each time she was treated with care, price point is very reasonable and she healed perfectly. I’m very grateful for this place. After the surgery she plays like a kitten again, gained weight and is more affectionate and social. I got my old kitty back. Thank you!

After spending a ton there this year and last year, I was so disappointed recently. Brought our rescued stray in for her spay after her litter was taken care of (after raising, health checking and vaccinating the whole litter, more $$$ to the clinic, and finding indoor responsible homes) and I brought in a microchip and implanter and asked the clinic staff to please insert the microchip while she was under anesthesia (it’s a big needle!). I’m a Kennel Club Reg’d breeder and chip my own pups, so had an extra chip. Wanted to spare my cat being awake as she’d be under anesthesia for her spay and vaccines. After being told over the phone it wouldn’t be an issue, they then tried to tell me they’d “have to” charge me for the injection and refused to do it if I didn’t pay - and they wanted more than I paid for the microchip to do it! Then they refused to do it, meaning cat had to be awake when I later did it myself (which took me all of 2 seconds). After spending $$$ in the last few years between my dogs, kittens/stray rescue, I don’t think we will be back if they make a practice of nickel and diming customers like this. All this after waiting 35+ mins after our scheduled drop off time for someone to come and take the cat from where we had to wait in the parking lot (we were there on time, with only one vehicle ahead of us) I won’t be recommending this clinic anymore to my puppy buyers or friends. Front desk staff are also usually grumpy, and never smile. Disappointing.

Knowledgeable staff and good provision of care, however; rates for diagnostic testing and exam fees are far too expensive for economic sustainability of demographic setting. (I.E. rural farming Paririe city). Pricing far more suited for larger metropolis citidel. (I.E. Toronto or Ottawa)

Brought in our dog because she had bad worms. She kept on getting worse after the initial appointments and when we called to book another follow up appointment to try to switch her medicine after a worrying episode, they basically told us in a very rude way that she was fine and it needed to run it's course. Brought her to a different vet and they immediately told us that the dewormer she was given was outdated and the worms had developed a resistance since she had now been given it too many times. On top of that the vet was cold and not very friendly to our dog. And finally, the receptionist was quite rude when we would call or ask questions. An unfortunate and very poor experience.

Dealing with the vet was good but very rude and combative reception. Ended up taking my dying pet somewhere else after being misdiagnosed. Called to ask what to do and was met with attitude, and rudeness. When you are getting paid to be nice and deal with customers I expect to get that.

I spent $4000 on knee surgery for my dog they itemized everything on the bill including follow up x-rays and visits pertaining to the knee but when I brought my dog back for follow up x-rays they charged me again and when I questioned them they got argumentative and treated me like I was from another planet even when I showed them the original itemized bill they had no answer or time for me ....very very rude I will not ever go back....just after I posted I got a call saying they're refunding me for x-rays so better but still not spoken to respectfully but I will bump my rating up as they did a great job on the surgery
