Love Alison. She actually listens to you and your concerns. Will explain what's going on. Had my kitten spayed and incision was so tiny and well done kitten didn't bother it once.

Great little gem .Found this place while visiting Rockwood for a vet visit and we were pleasantly surprised. You have a bit of everything. From lake to bathe and canoe to nice trails o walk or bike .

My 8 weeks old puppy was seen for minor surgery and without consent Dr. J decided to cut her nails during anesthetic. They were cut "so" short that now 4 months later they still do not touch the floor and 2 nails grow upward. We are now being followed by a specialist.

I arrived a bit early and I was admitted right away. Wonderful polite staff are extremely good with new client dogs. Prep and procedure thoroughly explained before. Afterwards, very clear instructions for post op care and follow up. Dr. Alison and Vet Tech Michelle are phenomenal.

The staff were very good and friendly. They took my dog and myself right away. Angel my Golden retriever had an eye infection which I got eye drops and it cleared up with in the week. The only draw back to Alma street Animal hospital is that it is on the expensive side. We had the same problem a year ago and we took her to our regular Vet it was HALF THE PRICE. We thought we would try this Vet as it is close to home, in the future we will go to our regular vet unless it's an emergency

Took my new pup to Alma St Animal Hospital today, first time going to this clinic. CoVid procedures stopped me going inside, however it didn’t feel strange while my pup went inside. A staff member came out and greeted us, very polite and welcoming, another staff member came out after to take all my info and pup inside, again very polite and welcoming. After everything was said and done the Vet came out to speak with me. Very polite listened and answered my questions. Very happy with our experience and worth the 25 minute drive. Pup went in wagging her tail and came out wagging her tail. That’s all I needed to see. Thanks -Si.

I drive a long way to see Dr. Alison Jones. Why? Because I love my animals that much. I want someone that has nothing but their best interest in mind. Dr. Jones, gives us our options and then lets us decide. She is so knowledgeable, not only in traditional veterinarian medicine but alternatives as well. She answers my questions and concerns and I feel that I can trust her. When you find someone like that, you make the drive. My only regret is I didn't find her sooner.
