Took my puppy here christmas day very good and helped my pup to find out he had major gas but it was scary lol now 2 years old. Nice vet. Now my cat there as we speak treating him for crystals giving him the best of care they are clear and honest what is wrong . I recommend this vet.
Dr. Bathe is the best vet. I’ve been going to him for all my fur babies and he treats the pets amazing and doesn’t do anything that isn’t necessary
Not impressed, they gave me a quote that I gladly signed, and the vet reassured me as I left that it probably wouldn't even be as much as the lower end of the quote, I go to pick up my cat today and they have done a page and a half of unapproved things to him, and my bill is at max quote. When I complained they took 80$ off out of 1300$ I brought my cat there because they were open late and we came home after working late and he was having difficulty peeing. Not really satisfied with how things were dealt with. Will not return. I got a quote from my normal vet for my cat, the comparable treatments were 500$ less.
Dr Bath is excellent.
They have great after care service for your pets.
Very knowledgable staff and a brilliant doctor who are all true animal lovers. Open till midnight so you can bring in emergencies without having to pay an after hours fee.
I highly recommend this place. They always show our fur babies compassion and care. And they are available 24/7
Will post about my negative experience when I am not as frustrated.
Was good. Dr bath is awesome. Very realistic and caring with your animals. I woulda say tho that little check ups after a sergury should be no charge tho. But I really did enjoy that atmosphere! Will be back :)
Took our pup here when he was sick and couldn’t stop vomiting. The vet said he would need to do all these testings on our dog for the full day otherwise he’d go in shock. We obviously accepted, being filled with worry and we felt rushed to come to a decision. Later that day we got a fat bill nearly $700. Turns out they did blood work, X-rays, and a lot of other things we weren’t aware of. They said our dog had pancreatitis. Why would you do all testing at once without informing us? We felt this vet was a money grab so we checked out a new vet. Turns out our dog didn’t have pancreatitis :/ They also won’t answer any basic questions over the phone because they want you to come in so they could charge you for it.
We have used Willowbrook Animal hospital for over 7 years. We always receive prompt, courteous & informative attention. We especially thank them for their urgency our last visit as our new puppy had eaten a pack of gum containing xylitol (extremely toxic to dogs). They addressed the issue promptly & our sweet pup is a-okay! Thank you!!!
Staff was very accommodating and understanding
Josie was very talkative on the ride down. When she came out she told me how nice Everyone from reception to nurse to doctor and back were. I am happy and pleased they are keeping MY Josie safe !
Brought my dog Marlie in with a skin issue they found the issue that day and prescribed medicine and cream that helped Tremendously. Both doctors and all techs and assistance or very helpful and very caring when dealing with my puppy. Highly recommend bringing your animal to this vet
very helpful
Caring, reasonable pricing and awesome hours. Dr. Bath is excellent and the staff are amazing.
The vets here are good
I brought my Cat for exam yesterday.Dr. Passi was absolutely amazing. He is professional and knowledgeable.I would highly recommend Dr. Passi.
PLEASE READ!!! Dr bath was very rude to my mom and I. Didn’t care what we had to say one bit. I took my three kittens there to get spayed and nurtured and came home with two. He told me that they had gotten 9 other cats sick when my cats were never infected before then went there. They were healthy. Tried to shame me for having sick pets and not being able to take care of them. Yes they did have fleas because I rescued them from a barn but what animal has never had fleas once in there life. Brought my cat home to wake up to him bleeding from his nose the next day. Took him back and he did nothing but send me home with medicine. Never took any tests or anything. Was very rude in the consultation room and exstreamly pushy and overrode what I wanted or had to say. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK. I would recommend Coverdale animal hospital if your pet is very sick as they care about getting the pet healthy and not just making money.
They were in my good books up till I referred my friend to bring the dog there and it died over the night bad timing or maybe it had help... I’ll never know but the dog was healthy they said they saw the dog start to seizure and they held it to die but why didn’t anyone get a phone call through the night ....they called in the morning and said your dogs dead and starting to get stiff what do you want to do with the body .... I was like what the **** after that they have no heart no business let’s see what happens when your animal you love goes threw this... dr bath is a bad doctor
Very polite..Doc knows his stuff...just saying..
I really like this animal hospital. All the staff truly care about animals. They were there for me last year when my older male cat had pancreatitis, they did Evy they could to keep him comfortable and alive. He passed away at home with me. I take my dog there for all her shots etc, been taking her there for 6 years I have another cat. Took him to Willowbrook animal hospital last week to be neutered. They were kind and gentle with him while examining him prior to surgery. When I picked him up later that day, Dr Bath said everything bwent well. If I have any concerns I can call them anytime. My cat is doing great, really active again. His surgery site has healed good. I will continue to use this clinic for my pets and will tell people how good they are. That is how I feel Cheryl
Best vet in the lower mainland.
Angel is really nice. She’s professional and experienced. It is good value and you can trust them.
Rescued an injured Seagull that we found in the White Spot parking lot in Guildford. We're instructed to capture it and bring to this place. After the vet examined it in a back room, the assistant came out and we were told the vet put it down, without giving us a chance to save it from being euthanized. Second time this has happened at this vet.
I've had problems with this vet before but decided to give him another chance...Big mistake. My dog has now lost his hearing due to meds prescribed that weren't necessary according to the emergency clinic. I visited the emerg after Dr. Bath at Willowbrook turned me away dismissing my concerns about the meds and told me to continue using them without even examining my dog to confirm my statement of his hearing loss. Hopefully since I stopped the meds quickly his hearing will return but there's no guarantee. I will be filing a complaint about Dr. Bath with the College of vets. I could not be more disappointed with the way we were treated at this clinic. Do not bring your pets here under any circumstance.
Great vet patient and knowledgeable helped me out lots with proper information about my mastiff thanks see you again
Great service and very quick. Almost every time I call for an appointment I get one same day. Very friendly staff.
Dr. Bath is great! He is always gentle with my cats and he takes his time to explain everything very well. I drive to Langley from Coquitlam when my cats need to see him.
Love this animal hospital super helpful overall great experience will bring iyla and kizzy there any time ???? and my cat!definitely recommend them to everyone thank willowbrook animal hospital
They take great care of our pet - it was nice being able to talk directly to the vet on the phone if we had any questions.
Dr. Bath is amazing. He's friendly, gentle, and very knowledgeable. He's a bit quiet and reserved, so you really need to listen to hear what he's saying. His ability to calmly address issues or assist in taking preventative measures for your pets is simply the best I've encountered. I would very much recommend Dr. Bath to anyone looking for a vet for any pet. I've heard they can also deal with reptiles, but I haven't confirmed that with the staff.
Ive been going to Willowbrook Animal Hospital for years and i truly could not be happier. When my now 11 year old cat broke her leg and needed surgery the staff was very informative and sincere. I really felt like my hairy baby was in good hands and shes been doing great ever since! My sister takes her 7 year old long hair here as well with no issues. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are always happy to answer any and all of my questions, even the smallest ones over the phone!

Love the immediate service, the vet was kind and knowledgeable. Our little puppy was brought in to establish she had not swallowed a missing ring. Visit, exam, three x-rays later...under $300. Good service and good cost, thank doc, Sophie is not a diamond eater.
Been taking our high maintenance Ginger, a 6 yo bulldog, for quite some time. We have had worked with other vets but Dr. Bath seems to be the best vet for her. Most importantly, he was always honest about what's crucial and what's superficial (like when she had seasonal alopecia). Ginger had TPLO surgery performed years ago at the clinic by his colleague and it was a success! From our experience, Dr. Bath is an amazing vet.
Dr Baath is a very good vet, a good consultant and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Willowbrook Animal Hospital 100%.
The honesty and integrity reflects so highly on the staff and doctors at this hospital. They were so incredibly kind and considerate of us, regardless of how busy they were, and gave us an effective treatment plan for our pet without optioning expensive unnecessary treatments like we've encountered in the past. I will never not go to another clinic. They took care of our pet like he was their own. A happy accident that we found them in such a time of desperation that ended in the best possible scenario. Myself and Slayer can't thank you enough.
Dr.Passi and every single staff member is very kind and compassionate. They are fast, efficient and explain everything in depth. I appreciate the professionalism.
I love this animal hospital! It is so hard to find a good vet these days but willowbrook animal hospital goes beyond my expectations. We have been taking our cats here for about three years and the vets and staff are always very helpful and friendly. They try and make your pet as comfortable as possible in a stressful situation. They always make time for us and are affordable. I would give them more than five stars if I could!! ☺☺????????
Great staff!
Professional, friendly and advanced technology.
Dr. Passi is patient, explains the procedures with details and is great with my little dog. Cookie damaged her cornea, was in pain, and we needed to visit the vet pretty often for almost three weeks to see if the treatment was working and the cornea was healing. She fully recovered and it was not afraid of returning to the vet, what tells me she was really well treated.
i had a very good experience with dr. passi
We miss you! Dr.Passi Caring and compassionate vet. Worked with him for 4 years . He moved to Langley now.
Brought my 11 mo kitten in, excellent staff. Dealt with day and evening vet assistants, both super friendly and knowledgeable. There was a bit of delay and I was promptly given information with no beating around the bush. I would recommend this vet 100%
Reasonably priced and friendly staff
Great staff. Doctors are knowledgeable and always go an extra mile ( or two ). Highly recommend. Prices are pretty reasonable as well.
Dr. Passi, Honestly was an angel sent from above for my dog and for me. I was going to give up on my dog due to her age and the medical problems. He did not give up on my dog no matter what type of condition my dog was in or my financial problems, he made it work for me. I do not usually meet many vets with hearts like this man. He is absolutely incredible, I highly recommend him and this vets office for your pets. All the staff is friendly, my dog usually gets nervous in vet rooms but she was calm. I seriously thought I was going to have to say goodbye to my best friend this week, but because of this man I still have her. This Veterinary clinic has changed my vet experiences for life. I still cant thank him enough <3 Including the rest of the staff <33 Thankyou
Very competent vet, also very good tech named Connie. Have had more than one emergency and Dr.Bath has pulled each dog through.. I thank you for that.
Dr. Bath is the One of the best veterinarians in the lower mainland it’s easy for people to blame somebody else for their own actions one about a dog That was attacked by two other dogs been his fault why was that dog attacked where was the owner and why was the dog not properly protected it’s the owners fault not the vets.
Soxy says: Thank you Dr. Passi, Dr. Bath, and all the wonderful staff for helping me feel better numerous times over the past months! I just turned 18 and this year I had two serious emergencies. The first was a severe UTI and we discovered I have chronic kidney disease, Dr. Bath saw me right away and he told me lots of funny stories while he treated me. I felt better by the evening and I was not scared coming back for subcutaneous fluids. Then, a few months later, suddenly I couldn't walk and was showing signs of neurological damage. My family was so scared and sad. Dr. Passi examined me. He took my furry face in his hands, looked me in the eyes, and right away he knew what was happening. I had an ear infection with vestibular disease. Dr. Passi knew all the latest and greatest treatments and though normally vestibular disease can take weeks to see significant improvement, I was back to walking and eating normally again within only a few days :) Now I go back every week for subcutaneous fluids (aka "spa days") and everybody gives me pets on the heated exam table. Thanks to the team @ Willowbrook, I think I might have a couple more years left!
I hate overpaying for things and at this clinic this simply does not happen! I find Dr Bath and his associates to be very fair when it comes to pricing and I love that they do not try to up sell you to things your dog really does not need. Their long hours of operation makes it so that you do not have to go to the outrageously priced emergency clinics, and he DOES NOT ask for the credit card first like those emergency clinics do. It is nice to know that vet such as Dr Bath is available and at a fair cost.
My cat gets a lot of anxiety at the vets. There are very few that work for him and when my vet sold his clinic I had high anxiety taking him somewhere else but when meeting Dr. Bath for the first time my cat was super calm. He was great with my cat and very professional!
They take good care of my pets.
Dr. Bath is a brilliant veterinarian with wonderful, caring, and extremely knowledgeable staff. This fantastic team saved our dog on short notice and stayed hours late to do so. No emergency fee, they just want to see your pet get better. I can’t thank you all enough!
Seems like a money grab vet. They don’t seem to care about the pet. Strange interactions; one vet is hard to understand, and the other speaks so quickly and rushes you to a decision. Tried calling and just asking some basic questions as our dog wasn’t feeling well but they would offer no advice and just told us to book an appointment which they charged for.
I took my sick dog to this vet and this Indian lady doctor seems don't care at all. All she did was thouch my dog's neck and said dog is dehydrated but don't know what's wrong with her. When I had banch of question she said this is not fair and she is too busy. She is unprofessional and cold and too strong accent that I could not understand. I will never use this vet.
Excellent service. Dr.Pasi was very gentle to my dog.
Such a friendly staff, I would recommend this animal hospital to all my friends and family.
Took our new puppy there. Friendly staff and well informed vet. We will be taking him there for all his visits.
Dexter loved dr.bath we wouldn't take him anywhere else. Plus the staff was amazing!
Dr. Bath was the best.. had a different vet this trip. Gave my cat medication without a phone call. Didn’t keep me in the loop with what was going on. Very unimpressed with this visit.
Brought my 9.5 month old kitten here one afternoon due to lethargy and poor intake of fluids and solids after 2 prior visit for other GI issues (i do take that into consideration). The doctor who saw my kitten was clueless. Looked completely dumbfounded. It was not Dr. Bath, but the other "doctor". He said all my kitten needed was IV with dextrose to help with his blood sugars and to be force fed a bit. They kept him for about 8 hours. I called the vet that evening and he said my kitten was doing very well and he could come home. My kitten came home late Sunday night and he died during the night and we found him Monday morning. I brought his body in the next day for cremation and I was shocked that they were still expecting me to pay the vet bill from the day before after they wrongfully or neglected adequate "treatment" for my baby leading to his death. I have been coming here for years with my senior dog and was always skeptical but i never listened to my gut as my dog was doing so well. Dr. Bath is better than the idiot who saw my kitten but the downside to him is his lack of compassion and note taking. He relies on his memory for continuity of care and it's awful because whenever he isn't there, no one covering knows what's going on! He didn't even have notes on my dogs medications and why she needed them the last time i went in for a refill. I am urging my family to all take our pets elsewhere and i urge you to do the same.
(Translated) Five years ago, when my dog was very sick in a car accident, she is very kind and well treated, so she is still living in good health. The doctor is very friendly and the service is good. The medicine given by the hospital is also very good. Dr.Bath is a very good veterinarian. The place where the animals are located is also separated, so it is hygienic and clean. It's nice that the hospital stays open late. It is not expensive compared to other prices. Dr.Bath is a great doctor, and the nurses adore him. I am so grateful to them. I am so happy that my dog is still healthy. This was our first time coming to this Vet and as someone who also works in the Pet industry I will say I was very impressed with Dr.Passi’s care for our cat. She is usually timid but he was so gentle and sweet towards her it made the experience for both me and her much better then previous vets. He was also amazing at finding out the issues she was having and working with me to find a solution with no financial pressure or guilt. I also found the level of communication and professionalism to be great!
Wonderful clinic, Kind and Supportive staff! Last but not least Dr. Passi, seems like he can talk to animals, always know their problem. Highly recommended. 3
Good veterinary hospital. Late night vet Dr.Passi was kind and compassionate. Worth visiting this place. No emergency fees.
I recently brought my mini schnauzer to Willowbrook Animal Hospital to get her checked out. My dog has previously had problems with her skin. For the past couple of years I’ve taken her to multiple vets to get her looked at and to get some answers. A month prior to bringing her here I took her to another clinic to to run some tests hoping I would find out what was causing her all these issues. They did blood work and an urinalysis but did not help me in understand what was wrong. So I decided to bring her to Willowbrook and see if the vets here could help me. Dr.Passi was the vet who examined my dog and did a excellent job in thoroughly explaining all the test results. He and his team have helped me understand what my options are to help my pet. I appreciate their hard work and dedication, thanks again!
Very caring staff
This is the best Veterinarian Clinic I have ever been to! Everyone is extremely friendly and the Doctor Passi was kind and super knowledgeable! Not over priced either which is nice! Thanks for taking care of my Princess
Amazing clinic, wonderful staff! Highly recommended.
The hrs this vet is open was perfect and the fact that the cost was lower. They were fast and didn't beat around the bush about what was going on with my pet. This place has late hours without the high costs of an emergency or after hours vet.
Came in with a 10 week old puppy ????, with glassy eyes, lethargic and extremely quiet and outside his normal behaviors. Upon speaking with his normal vet, as I was outside his vets office area they recommended this emergency hospital. Was told that there was nothing they could do to help and receptionist held the door open so I could leave. Was forced to drive all the way back to Abbotsford so he could be seen by a vet there. Owner requested I take this post down, but I will keep it online, as per their own admission they are an hospital, and refused any kind of care.
Unprofessional and incapable of communication with pet owners. After a concern was expressed, failed to resolve the issue and took the easy way out. Would not recommend this vet to anyone. No surprise that I am not the first one to be giving this clinic such a poor review.
Such a good place they are fair and do a good job.
We took our cat there to get a lion cut for summer weather and all hell broke loose. They over medicated him (took 3 days to leave his system) But more importantly they shaved him so close (to the skin!) they cut off his teats and cut his skin resulting in at least 3 areas. They didn't even Offer our money back!! Terrible experience and our beloved cat has been traumatized and has changed his personality for the worst. He has not been the same cat since. When confronted with this nightmare of ours we were told that "we are not groomers!" I'll say your not!! If your not groomers then why did you take him in? Shame on you!! Please do not take your pet here!! Beware !!
I went in there to check on something I was worried about. Dr Bathe leaves the room and comes back with shots, syringes and medicine. Says my dog is fine but needs updates on vaccines and starts administering all these shots and deworming without my confirmation/approval to do so and then slaps with the bill afterwards. It would have been nice to have a more clear understanding and explanation and discussion before going ahead and doing all of that. I feel like I've been had.
I recently took my 4 month old kitten to this animal hospital to have her mouth looked at due to bad breath. I usually go to another one but could not get an appointment before my vacation so decided to take her here. I was told my kitten had a mouth infection and was prescribed an antibiotic and a supplement to help take care of her mouth. After giving her the antibiotics for about a week, i decided to take her to another vet to get a second opinion as i just felt like the information i was given did not seem thorough. After getting her second check up. They told me that she should stop taking the antibiotics immediately as it is very potent and totally not necessary for her slight case of gingivitis (they told me its not an infection at all). I am very disappointed that they would prescribe my kitten antibiotics like this with little knowledge of the issue and not to mention the 160$ bill that came along with that. Overall, i feel like they pushed me to buy medication when it was not necessary to make an extra dollar, let alone the harm potent antibiotics can do to a kitten when they are not necessary.
I took my pup to get checked for him limping after he hurt himself playing at the park. The Vet said they would have to put my pup to sleep to get xray done. Xray(primary) view was showed to me which clearly showed no broken bones or any dislocation. While getting charged they charged me for extra xrays which was not required and was not showed to me. The extra xray taken just by itself was $100+ . When I asked why did they take extra ones without consulting me, they did not answer. By the time i picked my pup up after xrays, he had already started to use his feet and started to walk normal. The Vet then said there could be more problems, maybe arthritis ( it was explained that my pup had hurt while playing)and so just to make sure come again to check up in 5 days. The Vet was asked to check something and he told me to get it checked when I come for the follow up in 5 days. I ended up paying close to $400. Its all business and dont think the Vet knows what they are doing, I asked for the Vet’s report and the copy of xrays taken and was said they would email it. They did not email it until couple days later when I called them. Stay away from this place if you want to save some money.
My dog, Zoey, loves the vets here. They are the best vet she has seen.
I am very grateful for this clinic. I think they do an amazing job for taking care of our pets. Thank you, dr. Passi, dr. Bath and all the incredible staff for the excellent service.
We have been coming to Willowbrook Animal Hospital ever since we got our pug in 2011. We have always found Willowbrook Animal Hospital to be very accomodating and inviting even during late hours. This vet clinic has often been open 7 days a week until midnight in some cases, and Dr. Bath has sometimes even stayed later just to accomodate us. We have found that Dr. Bath has always acted in a polite and courteous manner, and only provides and suggests services that are necessary. In addition to that he has always taken care to be very gentle while providing care, and I have found his bills to be very reasonable, especially when compared to vet clinics I have used in the past. We live in Chilliwack (which is a 45 minute drive away from Langley), but we are so happy with the service and care from Willowbrook Animal Hospital, that we are happy to commute the distance. We give Willowbrook Animal Hospital a big Thumbs Up :)
Worst vet ever. To not take your animals here. Dr bath doesn't care about the animals. We brought our healthy dog in with a cut on his paw. He wanted to do X-rays and all this stuff to get more money. He proscribed a drug that killed our little dog. Dr bath now says he had all these issues. Dr bath killed our dog and will not even say sorry but get out. Again if you value your pets life do not go here.
Please avoid this clinic. I brought my dog that collapsed and unresponsive and not breathing in to the clinic a month ago. He was the closest clinic or I would have driven father to another clinic. Half way to the clinic he was breathing again to my relief. Brought him in told them it was an emergency he stopped breathing etc. they took their sweet time and after Dr. Bath checked him out he said he was fine. Maybe he tweaked something and to take him home. He said lungs were fine, heart had a faint murmur which I knew about and was assured no other care was needed. He got worse so I brought him to a Vancouver emergency clinic where they rushed him to an oxygen box. He was so lacking in oxygen my poor boy. Story short he had to be put on a ventilator and subsequently died. Now I have a huge vet bill and just his ashes left. BEWARE
New to the area n i was looking for a bag of food to feed my 2 cats and since we don't have a vet we stop at the first place on our way home. Walked in n ask if they carried a certain brand of cat food and first question we were asked, was if we were customer. The receptionist proceeded to say NO they don't sell food to none customers...???? ???? great service not. Well definitely won't be using this place as my vet clinic.
Clean ..friendly staff..
Nice people
A pomchi was viciously attacked by two larger dogs we did not think he would make it by the time we had Gotton him to willowbrook vet I had asked if there was a chance of saving our little guy, of course I was going to want the dog to make it!!!! that night I got a call back from the vet the x-ray showed a small punctured lung and two broken ribs and they were going to go ahead with Surgery I had called them numerous times and didn't get a call back until 10Am with the horrible news that our little guy didn't make it through post surgery. Obviously we were all devastated by this news I was trying my best to keep it together on my daughters birthday while I got a call from the vet stating that I needed to make a payment I had told them numerous times that I was at my daughters birthday and I would gladly return their call at a better time the man refused to let me get off the phone with him and was super arrogant and unsympathetic towards the family who had just lost this loving pup. I would not recommend taking your animal to these people. I certainly wouldn't take mine there.
Dr Bath is amazing totally goes out of his way to help people and their pets
Dr Bath is a great vet. No pressure.
Great experience with the staff and vet. Very helpful and caring of our pet. Would highly recommend.
Dr gave me pain med for my cat that had to be given in his mouth even though I have to put all meds in cats food. That med doesn’t work in the stomach. My cat was in a lot of bladder pain! Also did IV fluids when subcutaneous fluids would have been less stress and less money
Dr Bell was great.
The doctor explained my cat's advancing illness very clearly (even used a white board)! I was happy to have that kind of detail about the progression.
I went to Willowbrook Animal Hospital at 10:00PM on a friday night with no appointment, but Dr.Passi made time to see my dog and gave me an excellent explanation and took his time even though it was close to closing time. My dog is in great shape now, and I feel they went above-and-beyond. Thanks to Dr.Passi and the very nice staff, I will be moving my Vet services to Willowbrook.
Good service but comparatively expensive
Good service but comparatively expensive
Nice knowledge vet, reasonable fees
Excellent pet hospital. Remarkable vet Passi. Very competent , Knowledgeable and down to earth. Hospital was open till midnight but Dr. Stayed later than that just for our pet. Hospital staff especially Tracy was very caring.
I am very unhappy! Very rude and disorganized!
Very busy, but very good. Took great care with my puppy
Super pleasant staff & a smooth transition with how well they treat your pet. I had my cat Spayed here, couldn't make it back the same night, so they let her stay free of charge until the next day. The Vet assistant was very kind. Zero hassle dealing with this Animal Hospital. My cat is healing well and couldn't be more thankful for their great work!
Very caring , I would recommend any time .
They cause my dog infection because dirty equipment ..!!!!!.THEY SENT ME SPCA!!!!!. Because i didnt go back ...i took my dog straight from them to other place .vet said not first time he sees infection after going to this place ..
I’m sure they’re great at what they do, but, when I bring my dog in for a $30-$40 annual shot - why do they charge an additional $72 for an ‘exam’? An exam which literally consisted of touching my dog in 3 or 4 places along it’s rib cage and listening to their heart with a stethoscope. $72 for 5 seconds. Tell people about these charges ahead of time!
I brought my dog in on Sunday and i was very impressed with the service. The staff is very caring and professional i would recommend this hospital to everyone.
Vet is not really interested in pet...just money!
Excellent service. Thanks Dr.Passi for seeing my fur baby at last minute when my regular vet was close. Reasonable price.
Honestly everyone don't go here. Dr Bath murdered our dog. When I went to talk to him, he threaten me. Go somewhere where they care about your pet. Read the reviews, I heard from allot of people that have had the same thing happen to them from this vet. I would never recommend this vet to anyone, if you go here please be warned.
My heart broke today, so I am writing this review at 3am. My dog had visited this hospital a month ago due to persistent vomiting. The vet suggested that it could be one of three factors: 1. Most common type - can be treated with shot 2. Pancreatis - he will need blood work $350 3. Foreign body obstruction - he will need a x-ray He suggested to proceed with shots and blood work to move things along. Taking consideration of what he reasonably needs and cost, I asked if I could take the shot, see if it resolves itself, and if not follow through with both tests. He said yes, but in the interest of time that’s why he suggested both. On the same day, my dog got home and begin having massive diarrhea and vomiting so I assumed the shots didn’t work and brought him to animal emergency clinic. We waited for 2 hours so by the time he had gone in, 2 hours had passed and there were no more symptoms. The vet then suggested it was not unreasonable to head home to monitor - with this, did not charge a dime. Here is the disheartening part. Before I left Willoughbrooke, I bought cans of hydrolyzed protein diet from them. I specifically asked how much to feed to which they said something around “1000kal”, I didn’t understand how much that meant in quantity so I looked at the label which said it’s contents had 1000kcal, so I asked, confirming on multiple occasion that it is equivalent to 1 can. My dog has been eating poop and gobbling down food. Today he was sick with a cough and seemed very weak. I felt his ribs and he was anerexic skinny so I checked up the feeding portion on royal canine website (not on can itself) and shockingly found out that he should be eating 2 and 3/4 cans. I blame myself for not double checking. But as you can see in comparison to the emergency hospital vet, their decision and suggestion seemed motivated by money. Their lack of detail cost my dog to be on 1/3 of his required diet for a whole month. This is completely NOT ACCEPTABLE. Do not ever trust a vet who when they hear you are not accepting all their suggested services , does not put in an effort to ensure you have accurate information.
Very expensive
I brought Peggy here for urinary concerns. This visit we had Dr Passi. He was very helpful and he explained thinks so I could understand. I have also had Dr Bath on other visits. I would recommend them both.
Excellent little hospital with truly caring staff. Friendly, highly skilled staff and quick service. Highly recommended.
The front end staff lacks communication with each other and it was frustrating repeating myself to different staff all the time.
I brought my cat in after she was throwing up for more than 24 hours. Dr.Passi was amazing and helped my baby feel better in no time at all. Would highly recommend this vet to anyone!
Never been there!
Amazing Dr and Wonderful stuff I had a great experience with this professional group today .????????
there's a cat here
my cat had crystals, and we had to rush him to the hospital. the doctor was very knowledgable, didn't overcharge me for a lot of things that weren't necessary, and my cat healed quickly. I was impressed with the doctor, the assistants and the overal clinic.
Nice Experience. Dr. Passi is very knowledgeable and compassionate person. Highly recommended...
UPDATE 11/05/2021 This evening our puppy got sick, throwing up allot, and then started foaming at the mouth. We were concerned about him so Reluctantly we called Willowbrook animal Hospital as I knew they are a 24 hour clinic. We had provided my name and the puppies name, and his symptoms on the phone call and they said come down. I proceeded to drive 5 min to the vet, we go inside and the receptionist asks us to put him on the scale, and then lead us to the exam room where I waited about a minute. The vet entered the room and said that I had trust issues with them and recommended me to go to another vet. This place let me bring my sick puppy in, take his weight, sit in a waiting room to then tell me to go to a different vet. 100% I hope no one ever goes here. I do not recommend this vet. You will get horrible customer service, absolutely no communication during the pets visit as to what they are doing etc. just come back to pick your puppy up with a outrageous $700 bill. and you might even get hung up on by the vet like I did! I will definitely never return here with my Dog & 2 Cats.
Excellent veterinary care, excellent surgeon, C-section and newborn puppy care!
These guys are amazing ! Took us in super randomly last minute on a Saturday, didn't cost us too much super affordable and extremely kind receptionists and vets. Best place, we will be driving from Delta to Langley just for this spot.
My daughter brought our cat for nail bed infection from few months. Went due to few hospitals for same issue but no improvement. Dr.Basi did some test and found the cause and even told us name of condition that no body told us-Paronychia. He makes sure client understand condition and does not rush in making money. God bless this doctor
Thank you for taking such good care of our boy Blu. Staff and Dr are always professional but easy to talk to and take the time to answer questions.
Terrible. I went for our cat's second vaccine and leukaemia vac (supposed to be $60-70), the lady from reception convinced us that they needed to apply urgently eat mite medicine, agreed (another $50). We went to pay, they had no service for debit or credit cards at the moment, so the lady said The invoice is $130 taxes included, but we'll charge it on your card later because there is an issue right now. Few days later, We got the charge of almost $190 for "physical examination", but we never saw the doctor or asked for that service. We called and they said that is a base cost. Every time that you get close to this place they charge you whatever they can just because. Check out the invoice
Very friendly staff, and my dog LILO loves it there. The were professional and affordable, I would highly recommend Willowbrook Animal Hospital to all of my family and friends!!
Best vet I have met in BC. I live in Mapleridge and I made the mistake to simply go the closest vet for my cat Rani to be seen for her vaccines & to open up a file. But a few days ago, my cat scratched her own eye somehow and her left eye was completely bloody and I was in a panic. It was late in the evening and my regular vet was only open till 5pm. Therefore I called around hoping to find a vet that could see me right away. All vets were fully booked and kept referring me to an emergency vet hospital. But upon calling Willowbrook, my call was answered by the sweetest receptionist named Tracey that asked me a few questions and said: though we are fully booked, Dr. Bath will be happy to see you between his patients and to come over right away. She was so kind & caring. Upon arrival, Dr. Bhat was definitely a doctor of a few words, yet you can see immediately that he is very professional & knowledgeable. He reassured me that her eye would heal on its's own and gave me eyedrops to speed up the process. He also said that if at any point her eye did not seem okay, to please bring her back immediately. The very next day, Rani was again not looking herself, she was sluggish and looking very weak.. I called after work & another delightful receptionist Jaqueline answered the call, she informed me that Dr. Bhat was preparing for surgery ... and to my surprise, Dr. Bhat came to the phone & asked me a few questions and again said that I could bring her in immediately after his surgery. He managed to squeeze us in 2 days in a row. Upon arrival, he realized that she had a fever and he gave her a shot of "internal hydration"(I'm ignorant to what exactly it was) and he also prescribed Rani some antibiotics. Within 1 hour of that liquid he injected in her, she was almost back to normal!!!!! I also found that there prices were not gouging prices like so many unethical vets. This is lesson has thought me that it is not always the nearest vet that you should choose to take care of your dear pets. Driving to Langley to have the RIGHT vet is the right choice rather than to go to the nearest vet. This goes for whatever doctor you choose in life, for even ones self. It's one thing to have a degree, but in the end, doctors are all simply humans. You have to find the professional that is a humanist that is always in the mood of SERVITUDE aka "Seva" and has a strong desire to help. I want to thank the Willoughbrook team for all that you have done for Rani in the past 2 days. I will forever be grateful. Thank you Dr. Bath for having accepted Rani as your patient. God Bless.
Staff were friendly and professional
Very caring and helpful facility! Been taking my to precious pups there and every time they are amazing!
Amazing vet, took care of my old cat and made sure I understood what I needed to do to keep her healthy.
