Several times I've been there and I have to say that I wish that they had it together a bit more. In my eyes it puts pets in jeopardy .lack of vets, dropped call backs, long wait times.Not everyone has a vehicle to drive to London or Windsor. Left me feeling helpless. Hopefully on my next visit this will have changed. Mr.kitty n my Dogo hope so too. Sorry guys, Google kept bugging me. X

Saw a Tik Tok of one of your vet techs (Kara) poking fun of people who cannot afford their pets surgery, and people who end up putting their pets down. She had absolutely no empathy, and personally I find it very unprofessional and puts a bad name to this establishment. I am disappointed that this company supports such inappropriate behaviour online.

We had to take my Buddy to the vet and it turned out he was really sick. The owner had told us about his Mastiffs and what he went through. So we had to make the decision to help Buddy to the rainbow bridge and the vet was there through it all with us. . Thank you for all that yous for all yous have done for done us and for Buddy.

We recently joined Wallaceburg Animal Hospital for the care of our two dogs. Because of the pandemic, I have not been able to meet Dr. Tracey but have had an opportunity to discuss the care of one of our dogs over the phone. I find the staff I have met and spoken to to be courteous, helpful and compassionate and never seem bothered or annoyed at the questions of a concerned pet owner. I am glad that I feel confident without even a face to face meeting that my two kids are in excellent hands.

These vets almost killed my dog. I kept going in there because my dog would not eat days at a time . This went on for a few months. Kept going in and kept paying for all kind of meds. My dog is only 1 years old. On my next of many many visits she needed her shot they finally noticed she had an absit tooth and give me an estimate for 1200 dollars and also more meds. At this point I was so fed up I called another vet. They took me in right away. Her tooth was so bad, they scheduled her surgery for the next morning. Surgery went very well and the bill was 500 instead of 1200 and they did the exact procedures that wallaceburg had in their estimate. The new vet said they should have seen it way before because it was so bad, had been there months. he showed me the x rays. I called to cancel my pet plan. I later got another call saying I was still responsible for the plan because I used it too much, all their fault they didn’t know what they were doing. The whole thing about a pet plan is that you can go in as often as needed and not be charged the 95 dollar fee even though they did charge me the fee once because they said they were booked. The fee at the new vet is only 45 dollars. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND WALLACEBURG ANIMAL HOSPITAL TO ANYONE!!!! MY DOG IS GREAT NOW!!

We bought a package from the Vets when we bought our Puppy. In this package , he was entitled to a free bath and nail grooming. Took out dog today to have this FREE service that we actually paid for in the package. Picked up our dog after they called 2.5 hrs later and his nails are trimmed but he most certainly has NOT had a bath. I did call back and was “reassured” he had a bath .. not sure what with. Certainly NOT WATER OR SOAP. He’s still dirty and does not have a clean smell. Not impressed and this is the last time going to this facility.

My little dog was sick so I made an appointment with Wallaceburg Animal Hospital. The day of the appointment I put my coat on to leave to do an errand first. I saw tears of disappointment in her eyes because she thought I was taking her to her appointment. Soon later we arrived to the clinic. Both of us sighed with relief as we entered the clinic. Such professional care and personal support that is unbelievable. My dog has attended appointments there since she was a small puppy. Thank you for all the assistance over the past six years. both

I call them as I was out of town my vet was 2 hours away, My dog had not ate in 3 days , ,throwing up & my vet said take her to a vet immediately, They had no compassion,would not fit her in, What kind of a vet does that? I would never ever say go to them, They are money hungry & do not care,
