This is a good place to take your animal so I've taken my kitten here in the last week and all my other animals as well they are wonderful with your fur babies and explain things to you well answer any questions that you might have in a professional way

Excellent people to deal with. Cheaper than most vet,s. Even has mobile services. Wallaceburg an Dresden area I believe. Unfortunately not open Saturday's. Regular hours that.

We have been going to Dresden Veterinary Clinic for well over 14 years. Last week came the time put our beloved family dog down, and they told us they WOULD NOT get her into the office as they "didn't have time." Our dog was suffering, and we told them this - we just wanted her to be at peace. They didn't even try to move any appointments around, they were not sympathetic, very short with us and very unprofessional. However, they had no problem taking our money for the last 14 years for annual appointments, shots, flea and heart worm prevention, or anything else that arose. Extremely angry as this is just unacceptable. As a vet office, you are supposed to be there in the time of the animal's needs, ESPECIALLY when it's time to say goodbye. If you want an office to take your money until you need to say goodbye to your pet, where they will not help you, then go to these guys. Otherwise, find an office that is in it for your animal's well being and not the money.

Most of Dr. Malls office staff are courteous and demonstrate professionalism. However there is one staff member lacking in these pertinent areas. I felt Christine handled my very old cat roughly. It was visible that a particular area of her frail body was tender and swollen. I cautioned her regarding the procedure she was about to perform. I felt Christine spoke to me in a demeaning manner during the whole time. Dr. Mall seemed to be unfamiliar with medical conditions and treatments characterized for this breed of cat. Valuable lesson i learned today is just because examination fees are less money than some of Dr. Malls fellow competition doesn't mean he gives the same quality of care. christine
