This is a Veterinary Clinic that I would definitely take my pets to the people there are good to the pets as well as people. They don't pull any punches and if I ever move back into the Chatham-Kent area I will definitely take my pets to that fat no other. Clinic for my kids fur babies????????????????????????????????????

They know what they are doing. They gave the best feed back , we’ve gone to other vets but they didn’t know how to fix him and his problem got worst and worst but here the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, they also work very well with the animals they see. The prices are honest too and they won’t give you stuff that you don’t need.

Not impressed with this place at all. The staff is friendly but all they try to do is line their pockets by selling you medication and other things that are not needed. I had to get a cherry eye operation ($700+tax) for my dog and they told me that the cherry eye could come back in the future. It literally came back the very next day. They made it sound like it would be months or years before the cherry eye would return if it did at all, they never told me it could come back within days of the surgery. I would not have done the surgery if it could've come back within days. They gave me $100 store credit and told me if I ever have to get ear drops or any medication it was on them. Well a couple months later I need ear drops, they tell me if I need the drops I have to bring my dogs in and they'll look at them. Then they will take a vet visit charge out of my store credit. This will be the third time my dogs need ear drops, I know when they need drops. They don't have to look at my dogs and determine if they need drops. I know other people who feel the same way about this place. The staff was friendly towards myself and my dogs but I try to avoid this place as much as I can.

Good vet services. Waiting 5 weeks for surgery, long waiting period which says there are few Veterinarians in this area. Need incentives to attract more Veterinarians in Kent not just medical doctors.

We were incredibly anxious taking our little kitty here as we had an extremely bad experience at a DIFFERENT vet. But I can honestly say it was like night and day. The staff listened, took their time with her, talked to her, explained things clearly and were willing to answer any questions... so basically everything you would expect from a good vet haha! They were very professional, reasonably priced and super clean. They went above what we expected and we will definitely be taking her and our other babies here from now on.

Simply wanted to buy a cone for our dog as he had broken the one we were originally given after he was neutered. We were not allowed to buy a cone from this Vet as we are not typically a customer here. Not sure why you wouldn’t want to make money. Thumbs down.

Our loving and affectionate shitzu Sukki was 14 years old when she lost use of her back legs and we knew that we had to end her painful suffering.. We immediately called the Dresden office to have her euthanized. After treating her for 14 years, they told me that they were too busy to help end her pain and suffering. I was in total shock. I had to find another vet that did not know Sukki at all to end her life painlessly and gently, while I held her in my arms and cried. We are forever in their debt. I just received a reminder for her annual shots, the front has-- WE CARE FOR YOUR PETS LIKE OUR OWN. Well I can honestly say that I would never again trust them to care for my pet. I would not recommend them to anyone.
