We don't know where to begin....EVERYONE was amazing and took care of our Baby with love and affection. From Dr Caitlin, Barb, and all the staff in Blenheim (where the journey started) to Dr's Ingrid and Amanda and ALL the staff in Chatham: Donna, Chris, Michelle...we just wish we could remember everyone by name! Everyone was kind, professional, friendly, and VERY supportive. We can't thank all of you enough for what you did for our Buddha-Boy. MOST of all for making him well again, but also for loving him enough that he wasn't all freaked out being left there (as we were afraid he would be after his months in a kill "shelter" years ago). It was his first time away and he came out happy and healthy. My sister and I are thrilled with all of you and we can't thank you enough! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!! You guys are ALL rock stars to us! Boo Boo sends his love and thanks as well!

We recently had my dog's surgery at Blenheim Vet Hospital, based on a referral from our farm (large animal) vet. We got fantastic personalized care, accommodating owner and dog far beyond our expectations. We now drive out of our way (2 hrs) to this hospital to give them our small animal business.

Professional, knowledgeable and compassionate! I love that they offer the yearly pet plans, my husband and I use them for both of our dogs. Our one dog recently needed emergency surgery, the team was quick, and the follow up after care was by far the best I’ve experienced. Dr. Caitlin especially is one reason alone to go to this team. Highly recommend!

Terrible, this vet clinic is in it only for the money, $83+tax for a consultation plus on top of whatever you are going in for. WAY over priced, I'm sure there are alot of animals going untreated because of these costs. The Watford vet is $41 for a consultation, half the price of this vet and they are very helpful. I also had brought my cat in after she gave birth to one kitten because I thought there was something wrong with her, and it costed me $110 just for them to tell me it was probably hard poop inside her..... Watfords only an hour away and definitely worth the trip.

As with most clinics, its hard to get an appointment quickly. That would be my only complaint. As it turns out, my little yorkie didn't need emergency care...I was the one in need of Dr. Kaitlins calming voice of knowledge. I think I must be on the yorkie club too much...reading about all the health issues and scares. Makes me crazy. Good vet in Blenheim, though

The vets and attendents are very friendly and knowledgable. My cat has a specific problem which has caused him problems for several years. They even went out of their way to help him using a video conference with a specialist. They are a little expensive, but their individual pet insurance helps moderate expenses as it gives you free annual vaccinations and unlimited office visits for approx $35 a month.
