I just came back from bringing my female cat with UTI. What a pleasant experience! Even amongst the pandemic, they were courteous, professional but they didn't rush the experience. Over the phone while we were in the lot they took the time to understand her habits, asked about stressors. Shortly after we received another call so they technician could bring her into the building. So kind, and quick! I highly recommend this clinic and will continue bringing my beloved furbabies for years to come.

I booked an appointment for my cat who was having a respiratory issue and when I arrived they refused to let me in the building citing lack of space and Covid-19. Despite not having any symptoms since the pandemic started, living like a hermit for over a year and wearing a mask. I was NOT told about this restriction over the phone before I went there and my cat has special needs and doesn’t trust strangers. Not to mention that I’m not about to hand over my boy, which is basically like my son, to a bunch of random people and wait in my car for who knows how long while they do who knows what to him. They were also rude to me and not at all accommodating or considerate of the fact that I had just stressed out my cat for nothing by driving him there and had to return home to find somewhere else I could take him. The person I spoke to gave me attitude and argued with me instead of acknowledging they were at fault for not advising me about their policy before I got there. “I’m busy. I don’t think about telling each client every little detail” was the response I got. Well, you should, especially when the details are important and you want to keep your clientele. I found a vet in Candiac willing to accommodate me and allow me to be inside their clinic. They even have an ultrasound machine, which no one seems to have around here. I’ve given up on vets in Mercier, both of them are awful.

I have been going to this clinic for 20 years, I have lots of animals, cats , dogs, rabbits, parrot and i love my animals, I have been extremely happy over all these years with the service and the care they have giving for my pets. The vets are very professionnal, they take their time to explain you the problem, direct you to more specialize doctors if need be . I have nothing negative to say over all these years i have been going there, When one of my animals has an operation and comes home after, i will always receive a phone call from the vet herself or a technican to see if my animal is o.k, and if i have any questions for them... I am truly satifstied and i like every vet that works there, they are all good and caring. the secretaries are super nice and have a smile to greet you and are sad for you when you have to put your animal " down "... . I love this place , and thanks to Dr. Obrien for all the patience she has had with me and my little zoo. She's the best vet ever.

i regret taking my pets there. they are only there to take your money. bad staff. the vet doesn't even care to call back when massage is left with emergency questions. will never go there again.
