In general I always went to Cimon sur Seigneuriale, now called "Frontenac Veterinary Group" if I remember correctly, and it is day and night on the personal side whereas those at Cimon / Frontenac they are extremely warm and seem really care about you and your pet. This is where I would have been but they taught me that for that I had to go to their clinic in Ste-Foy (The very friendly receptionist took the time to show me that she understood my pain.) and I was absolutely in no condition to drive so far as it is quite far from home. The locals and what comes around I have nothing to say but if necessary because I do not expect to have any animals anytime soon, I will not go back there again and I advise you to do the same. (In addition that, even if I did not care completely, they are a little more expensive than the norm without being at the level of Dauvigny.) Finalement elle vous en parle comme si de rien était devant d'autres clients juste à côté ce qui m'a déplu au plus haut point. Dans ce cas-ci la discrétion aurait été de mise ou un endroit séparé un peu des autres... Bien qu'au final je me moquais totalement que les autres me voient aussi triste. En général j'allais toujours au Cimon sur Seigneuriale, maintenant appelé "Groupe Vétérinaire Frontenac" si je me rappelle bien, et c'est le jour et la nuit côté personnel alors que ceux chez Cimon/Frontenac ils sont extrêmement chaleureux et semblent vraiment se préoccuper de vous et votre animal. C'est là que j'aurais été mais ils m'ont appris que pour cela il fallait je me rende à leur clinique de Ste-Foy (La réceptionniste très sympathique a pris le temps de me montrer qu'elle comprenait ma douleur.) et je n'étais absolument pas en état de conduire jusque là comme c'est assez loin de chez moi. Les locaux et ce qui vient autour je n'ai rien à dire mais s'il y a lieu car je ne compte pas ravoir d'animal de si tôt, je ne retournerai plus là et je vous conseille de faire de même. (En plus que, même si je m'en foutais complètement, ils sont un peu plus cher que la norme sans être au niveau de Dauvigny.)
