Recois le résultat, puis nous affirme qu’il faut aller d’urgence a l’hôpital Vétérinaire puisque la clinique Hamel n’offre aucun outil qui est nécessaire à diagnostiquer ce que notre chienne pourrait avoir. Nous payons donc pres de 400$ pour se faire dire d’aller voir ailleur, qu’ils n’ont ni les compétences, ni l’equipement pour nous confirmer l’etat de santé de notre chienne. Pris de panique, puisque tout le monde sait que les vétérinaires jouent avec notre conscience et notre amour envers nos animaux, nous avons donc fait exactement ce que la vétérinaire de la clinique Hamel nous a dit de faire en urgence. Nous sommes aller d’urgence a l’hôpital Vétérinaire. 800$ plus tard, apres avoir analysé le sang de ma chienne 2 fois de suite et d’avoir passer une échographie. Ils nous annoncent qu’il n’y avait absolument rien s’inquiéter, que tout les résultats sanguin étaient beau et qu’elle était en parfaite santé, puis que son manque d’appétit était du a des nausées.... 1200$ pour me faire dire que mon chien a des nausées de gestation.... exactement la première chose que nous avons soupçonné et avons dit a votre supposé professionnel de la santé animal qui ne nous croyait pas... Bravo équipe Hamel pour votre manque de jugement et votre incompétence. Plus jamais, et je continuerais a parler de ma mauvaise expérience avec vous...

Je connais mon chien, je sais ce qui est le mieux pour lui. D'ailleurs, ils m'ont dit de venir faire un ''examen'' avant l'opération. 115$ pour 5 minutes et je n'ai pas aimé l'ambiance. Bref, j'ai appelé à ma clinique habituelle (Clinique vétérinaire Vieux Limoilou) et ils ont été à l'écoute! J'ai annulé mon rendez-vous et je suis très contente de ma décision. Si vous savez ce qu'il faut pour votre chien, écoutez votre instinct et ne vous laissez pas faire!
