So, I am not a professional Vet critic. I haven't been to enough of them to truely compare but, if there are any vets out there better than this place you should most probably still go here. The venue was cleaner than a hospital quarantine room (certainly cleaner than one in Quebec) and more welcoming than a hug from your mum. The reception staff were friendly and both of the vets that I dealt with were professional and cleary loved their job (and my cats). While I am sure that my cats would disagree, we will be coming back gere for all of our feline health needs.

Je lui ai alors mentionné avoir eu des informations à l’encontre de cela sur mes groupes de goldens. J’ai dû moi-même convaincre ma vétérinaire de donner le vaccin contre ce virus à mes chiens alors qu’elle me le déconseillait! J’ai appelé plusieurs vétérinaires par la suite et je ne comprends toujours pas pourquoi cette vétérinaire a agit ainsi considérant que ce virus est extrêmement contagieux et s’attrape au parc à chien! J’ai aussi annulé la strérilisation de mon golden mâle qu’elle m’a recommandée de faire dès l’âge de 3 mois alors que partout ailleurs ce n’est pas recommandé avant 12 mois! Un vétérinaire à éviter malgré ses prix parfois moindres.

Le 16 décembre, mon chat avait du sang dans les urines, je suis donc allée voire cette clinique. J'ai amené un échantillon d'urine pour le faire analyser. Ensuite, ils ont vu mon chat et ils ont fait des radiographies. Il m'ont dit que les radiographies étaient belles puisqu'il n'y avait pas de cristaux présent. Ils m'ont aussi dit que l'urine ne comportait pas de bactéries. Je suis repartie avec des antidouleurs et du prazosin à administrer pour 7 jours. Le problème c'est réglé, sauf que 1 semaine après c'est revenu. J'ai décidé de retourner les voir sauf qu'il n'y avait pas de place sur Hamel donc je suis allée à la clinique Cimon de Loretteville. Là-bas, le vétérinaire m'a souligné que l'analyse d'urine fait a à la clinique sur Hamel comportait des 'celulles bizarre' et qu'il serait peut-etre envisageable de penser à faire des échographies dans une clinique externe parce qu'il pourrait s'agir d'un cancer. C'est tout de même bizarre que ce soit à l'autre clinique qu'on me parle de ça. Quelques jours plus tard, j'appelle à la clinique de Loretteville pour demander qu'on me réfère pour les échographies, la dame au téléphone me dit qu'elle me rappellera jeudi ou vendredi ( j'avais appelé le lundi). Ensuite je vais voir la clinique sur Hamel pour leur demander mon renouvellement de d'antidouleurs. Ils me disent qu'il vont me rappeler le lendemain pour venir les chercher. Finalement, mon chat est devenu très malade et j'ai décidé de l'amener à l'urgence Daubigny ( jeudi). Mon chat a fait un blocage urinaire, j'ai dû débourser 1800$ pour le faire débloquer, prise de sang et radiographies. À Daubigny, je leur avait montré les radiographies faites à la clinique vétérinaire Cimon de Hamel, et la dame était surprise qu'ils ne m'ait pas parlé que mon chat avait des selles durs très visible sur les radios! Quelques jour plus tard, j'ai fait euthanasier mon chat à Daubigny. ET bien imaginez vous donc, que LES DEUX CLINIQUES CIMON m'ont appelé 1 semaine plus tard pour le référencement des échographies et pour les médicaments. Malheureusement, il était trop tard, mon chat est décédé. Je suis frustrée parce qu'ils te disent des choses et ne le font pas. C'est le minimum d'appeler ses clients si le service ne peut pas être rendu au bon moment. DÉJÀ, la clinique à Loretteville est beaucoup mieux que celle de Hamel. Gros manque de professionnalisme!!!!!!! PLUS JAMAIS!!!!!!! FUYEZ CETTE ENDROIT CROYEZ MOI. Ils pensent qu'à l'argent et se foutent royalement de leur clientèle. Merci. Repose en paix Maya ❤️
