We are in March 2021, I have just received the file and after having had everything analyzed by my new veterinarian we noticed that before the surgery my dog had a problem with his reims and therefore that a special protocol should have been put in place and a different medication should have been used for the pain, which unfortunately was not done ... Hoping that no one else will experience this nightmare ... (Original) Malheureusement, je ne recommande pas cette clinique. Avant la stérilisation de mon chien en septembre 2019 fait faire un bilan sanguin afin de voir s'il n'y avait pas de problèmes. Aucune nouvelle donc bonne nouvelle comme on dit.... mais dans mon cas non... Quelques mois après la chirurgie mon chien a développer une insuffisance rénale grade 3/3 diagnostiquer à une autre clinique qui malheureusement lui a coûter la vie le 09 mars 2020.... En février 2020 lorsque j'ai décidé d'aller consulter ailleurs, je leur ai demandé le dossier médical de mon chien, je ne l'ai jamais eu. Nous sommes en mars 2021, je viens tout juste de recevoir le dossier et après avoir fsit analyser le tout par ma nouvelle vétérinaire on a constaté qu'avant la chirurgie mon chien avait un problème au niveau de ses reims et donc qu'un protocole spécial aurait dû être mis en place et une médication différente aurait du etre utilisé pour la douleur, ce qui malheureusement n'a pas été fait... En espérant que personne d'autre ne vivra ce cauchemard...

Finally, the discussion drifts completely on the supposing fact that our dog is obese and it starts to become the main subject of the consultation, it lasts 10 minutes, we are informed about foods for diet etc. Honestly, our dog is plump, but far from obese. It was a little ridiculous. Fast forward 5 days later. We did the treatment without significant changes. Anecdote: We had visitors last night, and the dog in its excitement descended the steps to go outside and climbed them super quickly ... Explosion of cries of hellish pain, everyone was completely frozen so it was atrocious. So we paid almost $ 180 in a vacuum, back to square one. If my dog had a vague neurological disorder, I could understand that it is difficult to find, but it hurts in a paw, there is not 36 possibility all the same, right? And since it is a pug, we suspect a problem with the hip or the start of arthritis. I will still give a star because the technician on site was really fine and competent. Ma copine et moi décidons de consulter, car notre chien souffre d'une douleur aigu à une patte seulement lorsqu'il monte des marches ou un lit/divan. Lors de notre première consultation à cette clinique, la vétérinaire avait l'air pressée et avait un air assez moyen. Elle tourne notre chien sur le côté pour vérifier ses articulations; il a eu peur un peu et à vidé ses glandes. Sur le coup, j'ai été le seul à m'en rendre compte. Quand la vétérinaire s'en est rendue compte aussi, elle à arrêtée de travailler, à reculée et elle à dit: oookkkk... je dois en avoir eu dans les cheveux (qu'elle avait long et détachés ?!), et elle se taponne les cheveux. Après, il y a eu une forte odeur et elle à froncée le nez avec un air de dégoût. Nous avons trouvé ça vraiment ordinaire comme attitude. Bref, elle nous dis que tout semble ok au niveau articulaire, nous conseilles de tester pour la maladie de lyme (qui revient négatif, merci seigneur!) et quand je demande: mais il a quoi notre chien, il souffre énormément, de nous répondre: c'est dur à dire; il (le chien) ne peut pas nous parler. Sérieusement? Bref, elle nous donnes des anti-inflammatoire pour 5 cinq jours. Finalement, la discussion dérive complètement sur le supposer fait que notre chien est obèse et ça se met à devenir le principal sujet de la consultation, ça dure 10 minutes, on nous informe sur les nourritures pour régime etc. Honnêtement, notre chien est bien en chair, mais loin d'être obèse. C'était un peu ridicule. Fast forward 5 jours plus tard. Nous avons fait le traitement sans changements notables. Anecdote: Nous avons reçu de la visite hier soir, et le chien dans son excitation à descendu les marches pour aller dehors et les a remontées super rapidement... Explosion de cris de douleurs infernaux, tout le monde à carrément figé tellement c'était atroce. Donc, nous avons payé 180 dollars pratiquement dans le vide, revenu à la case départ. Si mon chien avait un trouble neurologique vague, je pourrais comprendre que c'est difficile à trouver, mais il a mal dans une patte, y'a pas 36 possibilité quand même, non? Et comme c'est un carlin, nous soupçonnons un problème au niveau de la hanche ou un début d'arthrite. Je vais quand même donner une étoile car la technicienne sur place était vraiment fine et compétente. Signé, deux parents d'un p'tit gars qu'on aime de tout notre cœur qui sont VRAIMENT déçus.
