Poor staff. Very rude. Not child friendly!!! If you are traveling for any tournament I would suggest choosing a different hotel

The rooms and hotel itself is not bad, but the restaurant was terrible. The waitress seemed not interested in even really serving us, when she got water she didn't offer to pour it for us. Once we got our drinks she put the tray on the table left it there the whole meal and told us to pick our drinks off of it. Once I got my meal the fish and chips, the fish batter was well over cooked, the fries were freezer burnt. Three people at the table got the fries and all three tasted the same. I only ate one peice of fish, and once I brought it to their attention they just asked what was wrong and I told them. I payed 30 dollars for a peice of fish and a Pepsi essentially. They didn't offer to comp my meal or correct their mistake and I now need to spend more money on a pizza. Cheers.

Nice and warm. Great view. Be careful. The location in google map is wrong. Please drive further to be there. The entrance ramp is on the right. Hotel is located on a highland rock. Hotel face the Ferry.

When you're just off the Ferry and it is raining there is nothing like getting a nice, clean, dry room. This hotel overlooks the water and gives you a great view. When it's not raining of course. We DID have to wait in a line to check in because almost everybody coming from the Ferry was coming to the same Hotel. But it was worth it.

This hotel is in the middle of some updates. My wife and I stayed in an inundated room our first night and then 2 weeks later, we stayed in an updated room on the third floor. The appearance and odor in the updated room is much better. The bed and linens are much more comfortable. There is also a restaurant right next to the front desk with a lounge to hang out in. There are few options in this town bit I'd say this is a good one.
