(Translated) I have been using Dr. Lindsay's services for 2 years, for my little dog Cavalier King Charles and his litters. It is very much appreciated a home veterinarian, it avoids me to expose my puppies to bacteria outside. I must say that Dr. Lindsay has an incredible gift with dogs, since my dogs do not bark when she arrives at home. The contact goes naturally well. She looks at them gently, and notices all sorts of things that other veterinarians had missed. She gives many simple and relevant tips. When she pricks them for vaccines they look happy, and say absolutely nothing. Side tariff is very reasonable. I recommend! (Original) J’ai recours depuis 2 ans aux services de Dre Lindsay, pour ma petite chienne Cavalier King Charles et ses portées. C’est très appréciable un vétérinaire à domicile, cela m’évite d’exposer mes chiots à des bactéries à l’extérieur. Je dois dire que Dre Lindsay a un don incroyable avec les chiens, puisque mes chiens ne jappent même pas quand elle arrive à la maison. Le contact passe naturellement bien. Elle les ausculte avec douceur, et remarque toutes sortes de choses qui avaient échappé aux autres vétérinaires. Elle donne de nombreux conseils simples et pertinents. Quand elle les pique pour les vaccins ils ont l’air contents, et ne disent absolument rien. Côté tarif c’est bien raisonnable. Je recommande!

On the other hand, I called to inquire about euthanasia at home for my suffering cat (already very difficult and emotional as a call) and all I got was an admonition from the lady on the phone telling me that my cat is too young (11 years old) that I should get him treated. I mention then that I do not want to see my animal suffer for several years and that I cannot financially afford to treat it repeatedly for very long. She then tells me that if I can't afford to pay for her treatments, surely I can't pay for home euthanasia and therefore should go to a vet clinic directly! I found this approach very hurtful and the judgment in the lyrics and the tone extremely unnecessary and inappropriate. When we think of making our companion fall asleep since he has been in pain for weeks and that the treatments do not help, this is the last thing we need in my opinion! (Original) Elle doit effectivement être une excellente vétérinaire, je ne peux en juger. Par contre, j'ai téléphoné pour m'informer pour l'euthanésie à domicile pour mon chat souffrant (déjà très difficile et émotionnel comme appel) et tout ce à quoi j'ai eu droit c'est une remontrance de la part de la dame au téléphone me disant que mon chat est trop jeune (11 ans) que je devrais le faire traiter. Je mentionne alors que je ne veux pas voir mon animal souffrir pendant plusieurs années et que je ne peux pas me permettre financièrement de la traiter à répétition pour très longtemps. Elle me dit alors que si je ne peux pas me permettre de payer pour ses traitements, je ne peux sûrement pas payer pour l'euthanésie à domicille et que je devrais donc aller dans une clinique vétérinaire directement! J'ai trouvé très blessant cette approche et le jugement dans les paroles et le ton extrêmement inutile et inaproprié. Quand on pense à faire endormir notre compagnon puisqu'il souffre depuis des semaines et que les traitements n'aident pas, c'est la dernière chose dont on a besoin à mon avis!

Par contre, le bémol ou je m'attarde est que Dr Lyndsey fait son travail procédural point à la ligne avec un très gros détachement. Donc, pour l'humanisme , l'attention et l'écoute, on repassera. En plus du sentiment ressentit de presse que go go go j'ai un autre RDV faut le faire la J'espère ,en écrivant ces lignes, d'aider les propriétaires d'animaux qui auront besoins de ce service à bien faire leur choix de vétérinaire à domicile.

I called regarding a feral kitten I found and the Vetrinarian was very rude from the beginning of the conversation until the end. She came across as judgmental and dismissive. As a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
