Good experience here. Had an exotic animal that needed care, check up was affordable, staff was friendly and not pushy when it came to follow up recommendations when needed. Will be going back if I have any other animal issues.

Over charged by a mile. 10 min visit and blog work 275. What a joke was told I would get a call back in a day or two and it took almost a week. I called them and was told the vet was off. What happened to professionalism?

Very confused ! Every one of the staff was confused .. spay aid 100s of people use them why is it so confusing ... if you don't understand them how should I.... your office has 2 people that make calls you think one of them could get the info they need .. how am I to know how much I have to pay... but thanks for charging in me FULL price It's as hard to trust a vet as it is a macanic.... day shot ! Thanks for taking my money for NOTHiN what so ever .. 1$ a pound to get a check up ??? Unreal ..

Loved this place under the previous owner. However I was not impressed with the last two visits, especially the last. My dog was being put to rest, possibly due to stomach cancer. They needed our help to sedate him. This was a very heartbreaking situation for us. This was our boy, and we were bawling, our face masks being filled with snot bubbles, when in walks a woman (I'm assuming receptionist) and thrusts the debit machine in my face without saying a word. It was so cold and rude behavior. I'm not denying payment of service, but come on, no need to act that way.

Just brought my cat, Roman, to visit with Dr. Jane Hogan. She is kind and so knowledgeable with all his care. The diagnosis is always correct and accurate, and the focus is on the animal verses the cost. Dr. Hogan is very gentle and always has the best interest of the animal at heart. I trust her services completely.
