They were helpful . They are also very inexpensive and did not offer me anything more than I need it. update..... Went back and again was so pleased with he bill argument and mostly care of my dog . Now u am dealing with ear infection. Possibly alregy to puppy found think I can as he has only small amount left. I must say I went and used a non vet given cleaning supplies for him he seems better then after vet.

Brought our puppy in last week end. Staffs are super welcoming and patient with my little Hero. He is on leash but was so excited to see other people so he’s just trying to lick everyone but they are all very nice and gave him a hug. They offered some other stuffs that Hero needs besides the regular vaccine (ie. deworming and meds to avoid ticks and puppy cough) They also recommended new dry dog food that is not grain free as grain free foods typically results to heart condition to some dogs. They gave him some samples of the dog food and gave him a complimentary nail cut as I was still scared to cut his nails. They provided a name of a trainer in case I want to enrol Hero in a class. So far experience was great, price is reasonable. ????????

Was told my dog was rude even though at the time he was a puppy. Surprisingly too my dog has been scared of any vet ever since. Hmmm. Wouldn’t recommend them at all :) next time keep your opinions to yourself.

I had an emergency with my dog Sunday morning after a hit and run and he had life threatening injuries. I automatically called the emergency line for the vet Clinic I deal with. They had no vet on call and they referred me to you guys. It was very hard to get ahold of you. I had to call multiple times for someone to actually answer. By the time I finally got of someone, he was already near death. Not too long after finally getting a hold of someone, my dog ended up dying in my front yard as I was petting him trying to keep him calm, from lung bleeding. His injuries were so severe, we couldn't even get him in the car. I will never forget the image of him trying to fight to survive, even when he couldn't breathe because his lungs were filling up so fast. This was a very traumatic experience for me. I definitely won't reccomend anybody to you guys, especially when it comes to emergencies.

We are very happy with this vet clinic. We have dealt with them on several occasions over the last 2 years with our cats and they have been wonderful. We've attended with both elderly cats and our young kitten. Dr. Lisa Thompson is very knowledgeable and we feel confident in the course of treatment she recommends. She and the staff are very helpful and kind. We have also dealt with Dr. Andrew Thompson and very much appreciated his expert diagnostic skills and experience. We highly recommend this clinic and these two vets. Their advice and guidance has been greatly appreciated and their rates are reasonable. Our pets are an important part of our family and we fully trust Miltonvale Park Veterinary Clinic with their care.

Our family has had a number of cats and dogs over the past 20 years, all of which have gone to Miltonvale Vet Clinic for just about everything. We have never had any issues! Everyone there is very friendly and so accommodating. One of my favourite things is the location - the clinic is situated on a very quiet property - very different from the chaos of clinics situation downtown or in a busy urban area. Perfect for nervous or sick buddies. Highly recommend!

In my opinion my 2 year old dog almost died after going here to be neutered. He bled for 11 days after the operation and the Atlantic veterinary college had to do a second surgery. I would not recommend them for a nail trimming. Feel free to message me on Facebook where we can talk more openly.

I really wish that my experience with Miltonvale Clinic was half as great as some of these reviews! I left during my last appointment because a business like this does not deserve my money. I'd consider taking your pet somewhere else if you want honesty and consistency. I took my new kittens there 3 times and: -The vet and their assistants misgendered my kittens during 3 appointments (I corrected them each time) -They handled my kittens very roughly multiple times -Each vet and assistant gave me contradicting information regarding vaccines, neutering, and payments (I understood everything they said so it wasn't a misunderstanding). I called another Vet clinic today for a second opinion and found out that Miltonvale is blatantly lying to me. This place almost charged me an extra $100 that was not needed. Sad...

Came home from ON. Our dog needed dental work done. In ON it would have cost us $1500. Here it cost us $227. They were also able to get him in the day after we called for an appt. It is worth our while to bring our dog to PEI for check-ups. We'll definitely be bring him next summer.

We have been attending this clinic for over 15 years. We always have found them honest and knowledgeable. Over the last few weeks are dog had a serious situation come up, Dr. Lisa Thompson is very helpful and compassionate. She goes above and beyond to make sure your animal gets the best care possible in a timely matter. My furry guy needed to see a specialist, and the specialist was not able to do surgery for 5 days. I called Dr. Lisa Thompson to inform that specialist recommended surgery and could not do it for 5 days, she said thats to long he can't wait he was in terrible pain. She offered to do the surgery in her clinic that day or make to make arrangements at the vet college. We decided because of my dogs other health concerns we should do it at the vet college in case of possible complications. I really appreciate her genuine concern for animals and her honesty in deciding when its in the animals best interest to be treated elsewhere. It is very reassuring to know when she makes a recommendation that her first priority is your animals best concern. Thank you so much Dr. Lisa Thompson for being a amazing compassionate vet and honest business lady.
