From first calling in my guinea pig emergency to our last follow-up appointment, the staff at Cross Roads were amazing. Compassionate, friendly and welcoming. They fit us in even though only one vet was working that day and we actually witnessed how much our emergency threw the rest of the afternoon off the tracks. Yet Dr. Pringle never made us feel like an inconvenience or even let on that she was in a rush. She took her time looking after our little guy and talking us through the after care. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone. ( Side note: if you have phone anxiety like me, don't. They are SO nice on the phone. Shout out to Joyce, you are a gem! )

They took the time to answer all my questions and I had a lot since I am first time puppy owner . Very knowledgeable and friendly staff . There is a very nice atmosphere and especially my puppy “Price” was pleased , loved and treated so nicely . I definitely recommend!!

Lilith had some hind end lameness. We booked an appointment and we were so pleased with our experience! Even Lilith didn’t mind ????The team went above and beyond my expectations. After some mild sedation, blood work and x rays. We went home with some pain management and piece of mind knowing she would be ok after some rest. We are happy to have a spot to take our pet pig for her annual exams and any other issues that may come up! Thank you Crossroads team!

We had such an amazing experience with this vet clinic! We were visiting from France and we needed a certificat of good health for our little pup to return home with us.. so we contacted and we’re able to get an appointment before our flight home very easily. They were very fourth coming and even gave us the necessary links to double check everything before we even left France for our trip! Unfortunately our little pup had stomach issues upon arrival … we called them and they gave us everything we needed! Then the best part… our actually visit for the health check and it was an amazing experience! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. We will absolutely make them our vet when we visit PEI from now on. Sad we live so far away ???? but hope to see you soon! Thanks again for the amazing service!

Top Notch service. Very professional and caring. They take the time to talk to you, not at you. Even though because of Covid we could not go inside with our pet, the staff took the time to go over everything with us so it was like we were in there. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
