They have always been very nice to us. We had to put our dog, Bailey, down a few years ago and they were very good with helping us through it, as it was very hard for the whole family. Now we have a new dog, Scrappy, who they are always very patient with, even when he pees on the floor.

Good service except for the 1 time when I took my dog who has allergies and sensitivities for a nail.trim and had to ask the person at the desk multiple times what kind of treat she was trying to give my dog until the vet came out. I deal with dr. Andrea and shes very knowledgeable and is excellent with animals. All of the dogs I've had over the years love and had loved her

I had a very serious emergency with one of my kittys, as she magically ate a needle and long thread. I was full on panic mode. I was having a panic attack. The two women I talked to were super kind. Offered to talk to the vet for me And call me back. 10 minutes later, the vet herself called me back, and explained all the issues that might arise and advised me to take her in ASAP. I get there and the staff is showing so much empathy the vet cared so much about getting her better and once she found that the needle and Thread could be removed via sedation. Everyone was super kind and kept giving me updates on my kitty and 45 minutes later I had my sweet girl in my arms and she was groggy. They expressed their relief and happiness that she was going to be fine. They also didn't charge me my first born child and then some. They made me so comfortable and calmed me down. I will never take my animals anywhere else.

All of the doctors are very knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Andrea found out what was wrong with our Beagle, Bella, when other vet centers missed the signs. Thanks to her and the medication she prescribed, we got 2 more years with our Booboo, when we were led to believe by somewhere else that she only had days or weeks left. Forever thankful <3

The staff (technicians and Dr Katie MacDonald) we’re nothing but supportive through a seemingly routine neutering …. I had a lot of concerns and questions following the castration as my k9 needed sedation for the 10 days following the surgery. The phone calls I received as check ins and the quick response to emails was so assuring that I wasn’t in this alone. I have had several dogs and this one was problematic behaviourally. The validation and assurance of normalcy gave me huge peace of mind! To me, that’s what makes the difference… the staff show they care for you, and your pet!

While I unfortunately had to visit them to but my cat down, they were nothing but excellent. The vet came in and examined him, and gave me all the options. Let me know that any treatments would cost some money and didn't try to push anything as none of it was guaranteed. They definitely care for the animals and were right beside me petting my buddy and letting him know he was so good. They even offered to do up some pawprints oh him for my daughter who was very close to him. Will definitely return for anything my other cat needs medical wise!

We had a very poor experience. We waited in the vehicle for an hour (55 minutes in total with the animal). I understand with COVID things can be difficult but, this was unacceptable. I would have understood if there was care put into the appointment but, it was an EXTREMELY negative experience. There was no time/effort put into the meeting nor caring about the animal. Animal was in and out in five minutes and we had to wait another 25-30 minutes. This animal is a rescue and therefore shy but, warms up within 2-4 minutes when TREATED WELL. It was expressed it was a rescue (when I was able to speak as the veterinarian only wanted to vent how “bad” they were), they didn’t care to listen nor allow me to ask any questions. All that was said was that my hands were full and implied there was no hope. This is not what a veterinarian should be expressing in any manner. I will not be returning and I will be advising friends and family to attend other vegetarians for CARE for an animal in need.

Best place to take your pet cause the staff pays attention to the patient when you walk in an calls them by name. The veterinarians are wonderful people as well. I highly recommend this vet clinic. I travel from Summerside to take my dogs there absolutely love it.

My dog Bauer had a fast growing growth on his hip.We could not get into our regular clinic for weeks, we were recommended to go here ,They immediately saw us ,did tests to confirm cancer and a plan of surgery and treatment was done within days.Less than a week later ,our Dog was cancer free and healing,he is still doing wonderful and we continue to receive high quality care for our special member of our family. So appreciate their compassion for everyone. Thank you.

Made an appointment for my dog because of 3 large growths in his neck, we went in, they took our information then proceeded to tell us only one could go into the room for them to check them. Both my wife and I where concerned and scared that he would have to be put down, so we both wanted to be with him, but they refused to let us both go in, saying that they only permit one person in. I was very frustrated and explained to them that we both want to be with him and they said no. We where into this vet in March when my other dog had a lump removed from his head and they had no problem with us both going in. But still they refused. Very unprofessional, being a vet they should realize that we treat our dogs like out kids. Will not go back. Thankful another vet took our dog in within 5 mins of leaving cornwalls door. And guess what we both got to be in with him.
