Good vets but poor front end staff. They forgot to charge me for a vaccine. We questioned it later on and were told my dog didn’t receive the vaccine but months later got a bill in the mail with interest. Very rude when I asked them to remove the interest and called me a liar. Told them they would lose me as a customer and it didn’t matter.

The vet tech who assisted with my cat's spay was a gem! A week later when I wasn't sure if the incision was healing right, they suggested I take her in for a little checkup and my cat was seen by a vet within the hour. They suggested some things to speed up the healing process and all I ended up paying for that day was the extra dosed of medicine! Will always come here as I have never had a bad experience.

I absolutely love this veterinarian practice, and how they provide for every animal's need, no matter how big or small. Their 24 hr emergency service line after-hours is a GOD send, and I gave personally used it 3 times within the last few years. It doesn't even matter to them if your animal is under their care or not - they will help you, direct you, and answer any call, at any time, for FREE. And my goodness the staff are lovely - they truly love your pet or animal as if it were their own, and the Dr. takes as much time with you as you need. I will never be able to thank them enough for all their help!

We've been taking our dog here for the last 3 years and we've been very pleased with the service and treatment we've been provided!! All the veterinarians are personable, they genuinely care about your pet and want to help! When my dog got into dangerous foods over Christmas, the vet was so good to come into the clinic after hours to treat my dog. She sat on the floor comforting my dog until he was feeling better and went above and beyond what was needed. All the staff are friendly and kind! My dog loves going to the clinic, he gets excited before we even enter the building!

Simply the best vet we’ve ever experienced. We had a couple of great ones in Toronto and Ottawa, but the staff at Charlottetown Vet Clinic are superhuman. The care, attention to detail, understanding, and patience they have is just unreal. Their constant generosity of time, talent, energy, empathy… it’s really quite amazing. I was just on the phone with the front desk around 12:45pm on January 30th and was trying to make an appointment for my little boy Lunar. The receptionist was very rude and short with me. She did not seem like she wanted to help me or set up an appointment. So I will be taking my boy elsewhere.

My baby boy, Charlie, saw Dr. Jody Mokler for the first time yesterday evening. Not only did CVC make sure we got in last minute to see someone but they gave us an AWESOME someone!! Dr. Mokler is possibly the most friendly person I have ever met in my life and was absolutely incredible with Charlie!! Thank you guys so much for everything!

We take all three of our pups here and have since we got them. We never ask for a specific vet because everyone is so wonderful and kind to them. All three have also gotten spayed and neutered here and the treatment was outstanding. I could tell that they were well cared for and the home care instructions were very well laid out and easy to understand. They truly care about the animals there. Highly recommended.

Visiting PEI on vacation & dog got sick. The office staff made it easy to make an urgent appointment. Vet was good with our anxious dog and thorough in her exam, treatment and recommendations. The price was not cheap but quite reasonable. Pooch is now on the mend.

Our dogs have required some medical care over the years, most recently my 11 year old fella needed a 10lb tumor removed from his abdomen. They did a bang up job and now he's feeling a lot younger. They were very clear about our options and the approximate price of service, they did follow ups with him and treated us very kindly. I can't say enough nice things about the people here.

Great vets with good bedside manner (for the pups). They are always happy to see you here. I have a greyhound and they can require different care with greys. They have a vet on staff with ample experience with greyhounds so they were an easy choice for me. They are also really good at fitting you in when you're in a tight spot. They will make time for you. They can get you in within 24-48 hours.

My dog got into a wasp nest and ran inside, there were hundreds of hornets in my house like a big swarm, I carried my dog to the shower put him in it and combed them out as fast as I could, my dog was very red in the eyes and couldn't walk, he also pooped himself, myself getting stung bad, I rushed him here and they made him their priority and helped me get the remaining wasps and stingers out of him and saved him, they also saw my condition and gave me a bennedryi as I was having an allergic reaction and was in shock also, my family arrived right after myself and I wasn't fit to drive anymore. They rushed me to the hospital, I could barely breathe on my way there, if I didn't have any allergy medication things would have gone very badly for me too, thank you so much

The clinic was able to squeeze us in short notice on a Saturday to treat a hot spot on our pups neck, we then called Monday to come in and get it shaved to help it heal quicker since it was less sore and they did so for no additional charge. Extremely impressed with everyone at the clinic and their great work. 100% would recommend this clinic to anyone trying to decide where to take their animals. Thanks to everyone who helped take care of Tucker the past few days!

Brought our two dogs in after they ingested something outdoors that made them ill. They took the dogs in immediately and gave the dogs great care and reassured us that our dogs were in good hands. We dropped the dogs off at 4 pm and we recieved updates on their condition at 7pm 1030pm and the following morning when were told to come and pick up our dogs. Nice vet, good service. Noisy place, even in the exam room. My cat was overwhelmed by the four large dogs in the tiny waiting room. I feel that they should have taken up less space for the merchandise they're selling and made the waiting room more conducive to their patients' nerves.

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. One of the ladies working the front desk is very rude and called me a liar. I said my dog received a certain vaccine and she said I was lying. 3 months later I received a bill in the mail for that vaccine. Turns out when she checked in with the vet my dog had received the vaccine in question. Instead of calling me to say “sorry, please come pay for this vaccine that we forgot to charge you for”, they sent me a bill in the mail and had the nerve to charge me interest. My husband went to pay the bill and she called me a liar for the second time. She said that she had already told me all about this situation which was untrue. I am going to find a new vet because of her rudeness.
