Dr. Doucette was absolutely amazing. My cat Milo was not doing well at all and was diagnosed with bladder stones and a UTI. The care by Dr. Doucette was so wonderful. She is truly an amazing vet and I cannot recommend her enough. She made us feel so comfortable and was very honest with us about Milo's condition and his future. Thanks to her, Milo is doing amazingly well and his bladder stones have dissolved and will not need surgery to remove them. Milo and I thank you so much!!

We had to make a emergency visit while on vacation. Sadly we had to say goodbye to my brothers beloved Ollie but I cannot say enough about the doctor and technician who were very kind and compassionate. We are grateful to them and for the good work they do.

We came up from louDon new hampshire. Our dog dolly was really sick coming on to island on July 16.2017. It was around 9pm. Some people gave us information how to get to clinic. They took us in right away. Every one was so helpful and very friendly to us. Unfortunately we decided it would be best for her that we put her down. They did everything for us. They were fantastic. There was no question that I wanted to get here back home. So we cremated her and they are shipping her home for us. They set everything up for us. Very professional, took my dachshund with neck pain there today, they were able to get her an emergency appointment at the time we were able to get there, told me an hour wait, was less than 20min wait, was seen, diagnosed, meds given and home care instructions all by 2 lovely ladies (vet tech and vet) receptionist was super nice and it didnt cost me a fortune. I thought it is a clinic offer convenience to university students since it is inside university,thus I brought my cat there.However,actually the doctor who offered emergency service doesn't really know how to measure temperature and after that visit things got worse,my cat started to poop blood.That emergency costed me $175.The second time I brought my cat there was to ask for any discount as we went there for nothing before,but one of the receptionist showed bad attitudes to me and even yelled at me when I asked for that day's record.One last thing is there are even some mistakes in the first day's record and I still did not get the second day's record after they said they will send it by email.Plus,they gave me a small discount on food on the second visit,but it still costed me around $200 for consulting,stool test and food.I have to say I am very disappointed and I am not gonna go there any longer.

I took my dog Mandy to the hospital for a check up and booster shots she also was favoring a hind leg. Dr .Stewart was great as was Page they did a great pre examination interview , then a thorough examination followed by an x-ray of the area. Mandy is healthy and enjoying her "chasing the ball " game

I strongly suggest you find somewhere else to take your small animals. The staff mis diagnosed our pet which happens sometimes and that's ok. But instead of waiting for more testing or improvement in the animal, the after hours vet pushed very hard for a $6000 emergency exploratory surgery to the point of actually prepping and taking a deposit without full consent. My animal ended up having gas.

Thank you so much for your professional care of my cat Baxter. He was taken to emerg on a Sat and stayed until Mon. Special thanks to Dr Marlene Desmore and Dr Sarah Fillioe and the support staff at Emerg and ICU for their compassion. Baxter came home for 4 weeks but sadly had to be remitted and thanks to Dr. Mitchell Carr and my daughter Tammy RVT .staff at AVC for putting Baxter to sleep. For the coffin with his name on it and warm blanket he was put to rest in. Also the paw print that l could pursue with the company that supplied the clay. Your loving care meant so much to me as Baxter was my late husband's ( Nov 28/2020) buddy.
