En plus, j'avais consulté une clinique à Québec, et le prix était très cher (on parle de 4000.00$ de plus que HVT), et c'est cette même clinique de Québec (en faite la vétérinaire) qui m'a dit d'appeler au Trifluvien, car elle n'avait que des bons commentaires autant au niveau du service que du coût. Je suis très reconnaissante qu'ils aient sauvé la vie de mon bébé chien.

Don't Go there it's all about money and not about caring for the Animals. I had to spend over 950$ in one month because they ADVICE me to get an urgent appointment twice for 165$ because they did not had any vet available for basic appointment and yet BOTH TIME I went no one was there and no urgent matter were taken care of. I talked with the vet after all this and ask them "If I bring a dog who got hit by a car and need to be saved even if it's not mine and I cannot pay they simply wont take care of the dog" What kind of place tell you first you should get some credit or a way to pay before doing the right thing SAVING A LIFE! Apparently they wont be able to pay their groceries if not. I'm on disability and I can't get credit because this his own the system work now a day. And it seem to be more important to fill their pocket than to save a life first then take arrangement. I swear if these vets were the animal in pain or on the verge of death they would beg to be saved, helped if they could but nope what's important is money especially in 2020 during such a rough time people should be more understanding. What a shame... Not to mention how there is barely any communication, understanding and it's a cold environment. You will only find a warm welcome at the reception then it's a whole other world behind it. They are suppose to be my pet family vet in my heart and they don't even make you feel they care unless they know you can pay. **Note how other reviews also say how pricey it is. And I can't say how many time the vets tried to sell me their food over and over or their own product like anti-probiotic they spend less time with the animal than offering you a vast choice of products.

Usually he easily jumps from the floor to the kitchen counter, but there seems to not have enough strength in his hind legs to jump from the floor to bed. He has become lethargic in the last 24 hours, which worries me and my partner. The earliest appointment we managed to get at our regular vet clinic (calling 2 weeks ago) is September 16th. We spent the day calling all the veterinary clinics open and offering emergency services (the one we usually do business with is closed and refers us to an emergency center in Laval), without success. So, at 2:45 pm this afternoon my partner and I went in person to the Trifluvien Veterinary Hospital at 420 rue Vachon, in the hope of obtaining an emergency consultation. The customer service agent was ready to offer us a consultation on the spot ... until she learned that we usually deal with the Three Rivers West Veterinary Hospital. From that moment on, she told us that it would be impossible for us to consult because they do not take clients who do business with the three rivers west veterinary hospital since this clinic does not refer clients to them! !! His only solution was to direct us to a center in Saint-Hyacinthe !!! We were willing to pay for our cat to receive the care he needed quickly but due to a discriminatory corporate culture our ailing cat was unable to receive care despite the availability of a veterinarian !!! They made a clear decision not to treat the animal despite its critical condition. We had to resign ourselves to waiting for our usual clinic to open or for our cat's health to deteriorate to such an extent that driving for an hour and a half to get him treated was justified. " The reality is that the services at this establishment are FOR THEIR EXISTING CUSTOMERS ONLY and not for the entire population. And what about their supposed values displayed on their website! I can assure you that the staff did not show any understanding, listening, empathy or respect for the animal !!! Luckily, emergencies for humans don't work that way and treat humans regardless of their family doctor! (Original) Dimanche le 5 septembre 2021. Méfiez-vous !!! L’Hôpital Vétérinaire Trifluvien n’est pas une vraie urgence animale !!! Un animal souffrant ne recevra aucun soin à moins que son propriétaire soit déjà client !!! Notre chat d’environ 3 ans a beaucoup maigri dans le dernier mois. Depuis une semaine il a de plus en plus de difficulté à sauter. D’habitude il saute aisément du sol au comptoir de cuisine mais là il semble ne pas avoir assez de force dans ses pattes arrière pour sauter du sol au lit. Il est devenu léthargique dans les dernières 24h, ce qui inquiète mon conjoint et moi. Le rendez-vous le plus tôt que nous avons réussi à avoir à notre clinique vétérinaire habituelle (en appelant il y a 2 semaines) est le 16 septembre. Nous avons passé la journée à appeler toutes les cliniques vétérinaires ouvertes et offrant un service d’urgence (celle avec laquelle nous faisons affaire d’habitude est fermée et nous réfère à un centre d’urgence à Laval), sans succès. Donc, à 14h45 cet après-midi mon conjoint et moi sommes allés en personne à l’Hôpital Vétérinaire Trifluvien au 420 rue Vachon, dans l’espoir d’obtenir une consultation en urgence. L’agente au service à la clientèle était prête à nous offrir une consultation sur-le-champ… jusqu’à ce qu’elle apprenne que nous faisons d’habitude affaire avec la l’hôpital vétérinaire de trois rivières ouest. À partir de ce moment, elle nous a dit qu’il serait impossible pour nous de consulter car ils ne prennent pas de clients qui font affaire avec l’hôpital vétérinaire de trois rivières ouest étant donné que cette clinique ne leur réfère pas de clients !!! Sa seule solution était de nous diriger vers un centre à Saint-Hyacinthe !!! Nous étions prêts à payer pour que notre chat reçoive rapidement les soins dont il a besoin mais en raison d’une culture d’entreprise discriminatoire, notre chat souffrant n’a pas été en mesure de recevoir des soins et ce malgré la disponibilité d’un vétérinaire !!! Ils ont pris une décision claire de ne pas soigner l’animal et ce en dépit de sont état de santé critique. Nous avons dû nous résigner à attendre que notre clinique habituelle ouvre ou que la santé de notre chat se dégrade à un point tel que de faire 1h30 de route pour le faire soigner soit justifié. C’est honteux pour une entreprise dont la mission est la suivante (copié-collé de leur site internet) : « L’Hôpital Vétérinaire Trifluvien s’est donné pour mission d’offrir à la population de la Mauricie et des environs une facilité d’accès à des soins vétérinaires et services connexes au domaine animalier de haute qualité dans le plus grand respect des propriétaires et du bien-être animal. Étant totalement conscient de la place spéciale qu’occupe votre animal dans votre vie, c’est dans cette optique que les compétences individuelles et collectives de notre équipe sont mises de l’avant afin que celle-ci œuvre quotidiennement à répondre à vos besoins tout en s’assurant d’administrer des soins appropriés à chaque animal. » La réalité est que les services de cet établissement sont POUR LEURS CLIENTS EXISTANTS UNIQUEMENT et non pour toute la population. Et que dire de leurs supposés valeurs affichées sur leur site internet ! Je peux vous assurer que le personnel n’a aucunement fait preuve de compréhension, d’écoute, d’empathie ou de respect de l’animal !!! Par chance, les urgences pour les humains ne fonctionnent pas ainsi et soignent les humains peu importe leur médecin de famille !

I understand when the vet has details to give maos just to say that everything is fine, it could have been there technician. I am going to look for a clinic with human values to treat my dogs who are living beings and not paying numbers as I feel at this clinic! Mais je vais changer de clinique. Au début de leur existence les vétérinaires et techniciennes prenaient vraiment le temps pour nos animaux et nous étions traiter avec gentillesse. Maintenant que c est encore plus gros le service c est grandement détériorée. Mon chien à des otites le rendez vous va dans 1 mois ! Les vétérinaires sont toujours presser. Quand ont attends des résultats important pour notre chien au lieu de faire dire par là technicienne que tout est beau finalement et nous évité du stress la vet tarde durant 2 jours à appeller car trop occuper, la technicienne aurait bien pu nous donner la bonne nouvelle . Je comprends quand le vétérinaire à des précisions à donner maos juste pour dire que tout est beau ça aurait pu être là technicienne. Je vais chercher une clinique au valeurs humaine pour traiter mes chiens qui son des être vivant et non pas des numéros payant comme je le sent à cette clinique !

Je suis allé voir un autre vétérinaire et dès le premier contact, il a trouvé le problème. Je suis extrêmement déçu. Je ne recommande pas leurs services.
