Dr Luthra has been taking care of my two big baby boys (Cane Corso and Mastiff) since I got them at the age of 8 weeks. Thanks to Dr Luthra for his great services and taking good care of them. He's their only vet since day one and even my dogs personally like him too even though they are are not friendly to strangers. I highly recommend Dr Luthra.

I was looking for a mobile vet that could come to my house as soon as possible. I have 3 German Shepherds and 1 of them can't jump into my vehicle anymore it hurts him so much to be lifted.So I found Dr.Luthra a mobile vet that will come right to my door and boy am I so glad I did. Not only did he fit me into his busy schedule that very same day but he also helped me out in other ways because of my job loss of this covid crisis. He showed up on time very friendly and he truly cared for my pet, not alot of vets do these days but he did. He is professional, Reliable, honest and Trustworthy and had a smile on his face the whole time answering all my questions! I could not be happier finally finding a vet that truly takes an intrest in my animal above anything else and not just the money. I would recommend Dr.Luthra to my family, friends everyone and anyone who are looking for a person that will put the needs of your animal above everything else and is always in the best interest of your animal and is truly fair in price but also a remarkable veterinarian who takes the time to answer all your questions and doesn't rush you. We contacted Dr. Luthra to help us with a very difficult family decision with euthanasia for our beloved dog Oscar. After much research we concluded the best way to say good bye was in the contort of our own home. Prior to our appointment Dr Luthra answered all of our questions and we felt confident in choosing him. He arrived on time, fully masked and with gloves and was so sympathetic towards the situation our family was going to face. He did not rush the process and he allowed us to say our goodbyes properly. He was so gentle to Oscar during his last minutes and during the service each step was well explained. All the paper work was done before anything started. Such a caring vet / I highly recommend Dr.Luthra and his veterinarian service. He is very kind and very professional... he helped us get through the process a lot better than expected and was very warm towards us. We will definitely be using him again and will definitely recommend him and his services to our other friends and family... 5 stars all the way:)

Recently, our family brought home a Bernedoodle puppy. As it was everyone's first puppy, we didn't really know what to expect but we soon realized this pup was WAY too young (4 weeks by our estimate) to have come home with us. When we tried to contact the breeder, it turns out she was a ghost: fake email, fake parent puppy pictures (I reverse searched them), fake name, fake phone number, fake address - everything. We had been scammed. Now we don't even know the genetic history of our pup and are significantly worried about his well-being. The only thing that the pup came with were vet papers from Dr. Luthra. We contacted Dr. Luthra to confirm if the vaccinations were real and if the puppy was actually dewormed. Dr. Luthra confirmed that all of the paperwork was real and that the procedures were performed by him. When we inquired about getting the owner's information as we were worried about the puppy, he told us that he couldn't and that he had simply "trusted" the owner's story regarding the pup's age. Normally, we would respect that but in this sketchy situation, it seems to us that he is supporting puppy mills and unethical behavior. How could he, as a vet, not realize that the puppy was underage? The puppy doesn't even have back teeth! The vaccination alone can throw his immune system into overdrive and cause his body to build up improper immunity due to him being so young. We will be contacting the OSPCA and the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association as Dr. Luthra vaccinated an underage puppy stating that it was 8 weeks old when it's clearly not. We hope his license is taken under review and ultimately taken away. DO NOT TRUST THIS VET WITH YOUR PETS.

Very sketchy, came twice to check on my cats as my one cat had car anxiety, he stuck a bunch of needles in my afraid cat and she peed everywhere and ran off and hid for days which is not like her, she has had extreme anxiety now everytime someone comes over to visit and is especially afraid of males now because this vet is a male, I almost forsure knew what the problem for her was (arthiritis or bladder stones) but he INSISTED on giving her antibiotics, shots and to run a list of tests to rule EVERYTHING out first before looking at arthiritis, and each test run me over $200, after spending well over $1500 for useless tests he insisted I needed to pay for another test and asked me to send my CREDIT CARD INFO THROUGH A TEXT, I asked if there was any other way to pay for it and he said no. After that I felt extremely uneasy about the whole process and never experienced something so disheartening with any other vet I've encountered. I immediately stopped communicating with him and after that there was no follow up or anything, I think he knew I was very unhappy with everything, it's been months now and my cat has actually been slowly getting better with her anxiety and now that the anxiety has calmed down a little her health has bounced back without any medical intervention, so I basically wasted about $1500 for some guy to terrorize my cat and induce social anxiety onto her. WOULD NEVER RECOOMEND TO ANYONE, if anything stay away from this vet, there is definitely something quite off with him.

I have 3 dogs and a cat and Dr. Luthra takes care of all of them. Recently had 2 dogs fixed and he made it so easy, took care of everything. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. LUTHRA, HE HAS SUCH A GENTLE MANNER AND REALLY DOES CARE HE EVEN FOLLOWS UP FOR A WHILE. SO HAPPY I FOUND HIM!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Luthra is a truly special vet. We used the service to lay our cat, Alfie, to sleep a couple weeks ago, and though the ordeal is difficult he made it hurt much less. It was a sudden decision late in the evening to contact RMVS and after explaining our emergency he understood the situation and arrived in a few hours. Upon arrival he told us how sorry he was to be doing this, then when he saw Alfie he stopped, put his hands together, and said a little prayer. He then sat near the cat for a few moments before turning to us to reassure we were doing the right thing. Those few words helped to settle us down and gave the first sense of relief. Dr. Luthra then explained the euthanizing process and went over options for cremation. Once we brought the little guy over, he said again how sorry he was. He was very assuring. After it was over he gave us a few moments with Alfie before we placed him in the carrier. While he was leaving the good Dr. told us once more he's sorry, and he wished us to be at peace. The entire time he was over we always had a sense that he really cared about what he was doing. In a very difficult time it would be easy to be robotic - just come in, do the job, and leave, but we never felt he was in a rush. The turnaround to bring Alfie's ashes back was pretty quick, and the young gentleman who came (assuming his son?) held the little bag with two hands underneath (not by the bag handles) showing so much respect and care, and had a genuine look of empathy. Our entire experience with RMVS was positive and we will probably use Dr. Luthra for any future checks on Alfie's brother and definitely call when Tiger's time comes. We would also give the highest recommendations to any of our friends, and also to anyone reading this comment. Thank you, Dr. Luthra.

I couldnt have been more pleased to meet Dr. Luthra. He came to my home in Toronto in a snow storm one February day in 2016 to help with our dog who passed away. Dr. Luthra was compassionate not only to our dog but to us as well. Since then I have called on Dr. Luthra and he has never hesitated to provide the best care for my pets now too. My dog now has terrible allergies and Dr. Luthra works with me to try to figure them out and help her the best way possible. Dr. Luthra’s manners and interaction are very friendly and professional.
