Dr . Langlais has been my vet for all three of my dogs going on nearly 20 years. The entire staff is kind and gentle and completely understanding when you choose not to do a certain procedure due to cost. Excellent vet and staff is very friendly to both you and your pet.

I had a really good experience brining my cat in. Max was straining to pee and peeing blood, and the vet I spoke with (can’t remember her name) laid out everything we needed to do. They even had a nice package deal for his issue. He stayed over night and didn’t seem overly traumatized by the experience so that’s a great sign. Hopefully I never have to bring max back but if I do I’ll be bringing him back here.

I have been through tons of veterinary office, and found these guys one night when my puppy hurt his ankle and our regular vet wouldn't help. The veterinarians and receptionists at hespeler animal went above and beyond to see and treat my fur baby. Since then I have started bringing all my dogs to them for care, and they have guided me in much better care of my my babies than I've seen anywhere else. you can see that they truly care about the animals they treat and to me that's what's most important. not to mention the super friendly and knowledgable staff who are always ready to help.

First off, the staff genuinely love my dogs, they’re compassionate and honest. When my dog Marley very suddenly and unexpectedly while at the vet. I was devastated and they treated me with so much respect and compassion. A few days later I received a card from one of the staff, her name is Tesla. That card made me feel so good about my dogs life and she new just how much I love my animals. I’ll never throw that card away! Hespeler Animal Hospital will be my forever vet. We recently moved and chose Hespler Animal Hospital as our main veterinary clinic. The doctors and staff were great at communicating and were upfront about everything. I do like the Vets here I've been going there for a short time now. when I was younger we took our dog there too, but I don't know if their prices are fair or the same as other Veterinary places as I've only really been to this one.

Friendly and accommodating, excellent service & very knowledgeable staff. I have brought my cats here for spay services, vaccines & checkups - always greeted with a smile and feel comfortable with the care being provided. Highly recommend!

Incredible staff and great service. Curbside pickup of medication and drop off of Bearclaw (my dog) were flawless and quick. Bearclaw loves going to see them and they treat him very well. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a top notch vet.

I have been client of Hespeler Animal Hospital for several years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Yesterday was another successful trip to the vet. There are very few people I can trust to take care of my pet but Dr Harnoor Bhinder and his team are definitely in my priority list. I would definitely recommend this place.

Charges double in comparison to all other clinics in the area. I paid $600 to have my cat euthanized, I feel like I was taken advantage of. They charged me a fee for the euthanasia, a fee for a cremation AND a fee for an exam when it was clear what was going to happen. I called other clinics this morning, I got ripped off on top of being heartbroken. NEVER AGAIN!

In October 2019 we purchased one of their service packages. Due to COVID we could not get in for the ailment checkup. When we called to set up our dog's annual visit, we were told by staff we could use the visit now. When we got the bill we were charged for the visit along with a test for an ear infection that we could have told them he didn't have. The manager's response was less than professional and as a result we found a new vet. Buyer beware if you buy one of their packages as they do not honor the contract.

Ever since we moved here 7 years ago we have been bringing our fur babies to Louise and Jennifer at the Hespeler Animal Hospital These 2 ladies are by far the best, most caring 2 vets we have ever met and their staff are friendly and great. Whenever we bring our babies for an appointment they are greeted with so much love and attention our dogs just love it. I would definitely recommend this place they are amazing

This place is a complete rip off - I recently moved out to Cambridge and needed to get my dogs dental checked out. They charged me over $3000 to clean my dogs teeth and take out 3 front ones that I could have pulled if I didn't think it would be better for a professional to do it. They knocked my 12 year old dog out for 5 hours and were digging so far into his gums that he almost woke up. I got charged for the extra anaesthetic they used to keep him asleep. Talking to the vets that had seen him for the past 6 years(when I rescued him) they were astonished at how long they had him under for, "we could have taken all of his teeth out having him unconscious for 5 hours, what were they doing?" When I took my dog back to get a follow up check he was quivering in the corner when the vet came into the room. My dog doesn't typically care about other people or animals around him as long as I'm close. This gave me a very uneasy feeling considering he doesn't react that way with any other vets he's been to. They talked to him in annoying high pitched voices with "baby talk" which I thought was completely unprofessional as well. I was asked to put my dog under again to take out teeth that they "thought" there was a problem with that were showing NO SIGNS of immediate problems to the dog. Putting him under again for a suggested 5 hours again! would be senseless and dangerous at his age. Not to mention the "pre-pay plan" they tried to push on me where I pay them a monthly fee even when I don't need to take him into the office. They are grabbing for money any place they can and are doing a half-assed job too. I would suggest finding ANYWHERE else to take your pet, there are many options in the area and there is NO NEED to put up with inadequate services or dangerous procedures with a member of your family you love as dearly as your pets.
