Although the first office visit is the most affordable in Cambridge, the diagnostics are not. So they get you in the end. What's unfortunate was the language barrier between the doctor and myself. I had trouble understanding what he was saying added to this fact he doesn't make eye contact which added to this challenge. So, when it comes to this clinic---buyer beware. Do your research before choosing a vet to take your beloved pet to.

Have been going for years to Bishops with my Aussie. We purchased a purebred Yorkie and he was suffering with allergies. Bishops gave us every med under the moon...flea, heart worm, eye meds..etc.. our puppy was suffering for 2 months at a cost of $500 +. My husband turned down additional testing for $300.00 plus. Went to a second vet for a second option and he helped my dog recover for $60.00.

These people charged me soooooo much money when I told them I think he’s leg hurts, they didn’t bother to check his leg or hip Had to take him to another vet & pay again to find out his hip is the problem and he’s in serious pain because their “exam” they didn’t bother to even look at it By far worst vet, would never trust these people with my animals

What can I say about this place.... Their prices are fair, the girls are amazing and vets genuinely care about the animals. My girl sustained an injury today by stepping on a nail, I rushed her to the clinic and they immediately started taking care of her.... I wish I could give clinic more stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you girls for taking such good care of Queen, all while reassuring me she would be ok.... And thank you to the Doctor for acting quickly and making sure I left with everything I needed to help my girl mend.. you guys are amazing ❤️❤️❤️

Always had good experiences there. When I brought my cat there I thought we were going to have to put her down. She was very sick, not using her litter box at all. She is back to her normal spunky self today thanks to the doctor and staff at the clinic. I will always be very greatful.

This clinic is absolutely amazing. They have answered all my questions when my malamute gets sick with a stomach infection. They have taken care of my dog and the vet has also done overnight observations to make sure my dog was ok after his surgery. I absolutely love this clinic and would tell all my friends about it.

Prices are pretty good - but you get what you pay for. The girls were good but the 2 vets left me wondering if they knew what was going on .. maybe language issue. For pet health check ups like ie yearly vaccinations etc go here, but for anything more complicated go somewhere else where they know more and can actually help your pet get well.

They were quick, they were patient & AFFORDABLE. My cat was became sick on the 20th - by the 29th, we were saying good bye. The cost being affordable made it a little less stressful.

We use Bishop gate for all our animals, Our poor baby cat was having problems delivering her kittens, and they got her in right away for a c-section and spaying, great price, very friendly, and our girl and kittens is doing great thanks to them... Very happy with there service and will continue to use them. Thanks for saving our kittens

The doctor didn’t solve the problem with my Doberman Pincher. i got a bill for almost 600 dollars for 3 medications that didnt help. After bargaining with them they reduced the bill in half for the same subscriptions. he seems just to guess without any research i will never go to them again. This is my second time going there with the dog and will never go there again. I had to take my dog to a well-known vet in town and got the issue solved. This is a honest review I would totally not recommend this place.

We took our 10lb dog to this clinic for dental cleaning. We were instructed for her not to eat or drink from 10pm the night before. She had an appt at 10am. they said it would take a couple of hours. I called at 12:30pm and the receptionist said they didnt start on her yet because they were too busy! That means my poor baby was sitting in a cage all morning. Starving, thirsty and scared! We drove there at 1pm and they said they were Just about to start! We asked why make the appt if they will torture her all morning? If we knew this would happen no way would we take our baby to such inconsiderate people who only care about money and not the well being of our dear pet. The receptionist said to us She is just a dog! If thats the kind of people employed there no wonder she was treating like an animal! \Once we picked her up her rear end was all wet because she was not taken out to pee or poop and mustve made a mess which they cleaned up to hide the evidence. NEVER EVER GOING BACK here. All they care about is money and not the well being of my pet.

Not impressed, the middle aged blonde lady at the reception desk with cheap Tattoos was very rude and refused to answer my questions me and the wife will never be returning here and don’t recommend it to anyone. Unless you want to be treated poorly and overcharged on every product do not waste your time here. Please consider alternatives vets

Awful practice terrible how people go to torturous hospitals like this just to save a few bucks. They have no clue what they are doing and traumatized my dog! Do not take your pet here!!!! Just pay the extra few dollars and go to a respectable veterinary hospital who will actually help your pet!!!

Brought my dog here to get fixed a few years ago. When I got my dog back, he was shaken up, and looked terrified. A few weeks go by, and my dog all of a sudden couldn't put pressure on one of his back legs. So I take him to a reliable vet and they said his ACL was torn. It really makes me wonder how my dog was treated while in their care.
