My two dogs, Sophia and North, absolutely love coming to the vet! All of the staff members - from the Receptionists, the Veterinary Nurses and Dr.Lori, are all very patient and compassionate with the dogs. In addition, they are all extremely personable and informative with us, as the owners. It's a wonderful experience knowing that our dogs enjoy having their health looked after by this wonderful clinic. We always leave feeling taken care of. Our dogs get treated like the princesses they are! My husband, Blythe, and I highly recommend Willow Park Animal Clinic????

Very predatory, played off my fear of losing my cat. Would not recommend to anyone. Seemed like vet didnt even know what she was talking about. Pushed things on me that I didnt ask or want and they seemed to be confused with my appointment reason. Kept saying she was in for a physical and vaccinations even though I never asked for or mentioned that. Very weird clinic.

My friend told me about here as I needed to get my dog in for an emergency as he broke his du claw and thank goodness Willow Park Animal Hospital got my puppy Luie in the same day and took good care of him. My two year old Cocker Pom Poo was sick with diharea and vomiting. I just walked in and they saw my pup within a few minutes. The doctor spent a good amount of time with her and we discussed many things. The doctor gave me a clear diet plan for my pup. I am low income and the bill was steep but they worked with me to make it affordable. I will take my pup there again... If we didn't overstay our welcome. ????

The team here is awesome. I had my dog's teeth cleaned and 8 of them pulled here. She was barking for attention when I wasn't there... when I arrived... they were cuddling her and making her feel so loved! They actually care about your pets, as they would treat their own. My dog has recovered amazingly and has more energy for a 10yr old.

Not only were we treated like family but they listened to all concerns and our puppy LOVES them all :-) If you are looking for a clinic that honestly cares this is the place for you. Just days after we brought our puppy home she was hospitalized for 6 days at another 24hr hospital due to the Parvo Virus. During this very stressful time I called Dr. Lori and Megan many times with questions and concerns due to the lack of communication from hospital my pup was staying at. They were both always avalible to answer my questions and helped put me at ease. They even went above and beyond calling the hospital to collect information about my sick pup and called me multiple times to give me updates and check in on how we were doing. I look forward to the next 14+ years knowing my little pup will be in great hands. Thank you Chinook Animal Clinic you are all wonderful.

This vet is awesome! My old dog's vet moved here after years of being at a clinic by my house and we followed her here to the other side of the city but man was it worth it! The previous clinic was much larger and it felt much less personable. This clinic is smaller and more personal and just a much better place. We ended up having our dog who was almost 18 years old put down there and could not have asked for a better place to have to go through that. They were all so sympathic and caring and gave us all the time we needed before and after, without ever having been made to feel like we were taking up space they needed. Thank you guys! We look forward to many years of bringing in our kittens for care.

Went here once for an initial check up and it was fine, nothing to write home about. Went in for a second time because my dog had been vomiting several times throughout the day. Took her in, they did an overall check, basically told me she was fine, but they were worried she may have a blockage in her stomach. They recommended an x-ray for peace of mind. I agreed, obviously I would do anything to make sure my dog was okay. Vet takes 3 images, comes back and says “Well, it kind of looks like there’s something there, but not really. I don’t know. It might be something that’s like 1cm but we don’t know, she may just vomit it up if there is something there.” I was confused. I ended up paying $535.00 for 3 X-Rays that were useless, and medication that wasn’t even explained to me. I was told to “come back” the next day to do more x-rays - clearly so I could come back, they find nothing again, and I pay another $200+ dollars for their incompetence. The next day, my dog was feeling better. Called the vet to ask when I should give her this “medication” they gave me (before or after her food) the receptionist told me if she was feeling better to not give it to her, as it will make her throw up. What!? So I paid almost $40 for a medication I didn’t need? I took my dog in to help her stop vomiting, and they send me home with a medication that will make her do so? Seems logical. Needless to say we will not be bringing any of our pets back to this vet, they are clearly in it for the money, and enjoy taking advantage of those people who worry for their pets.

Everyone at the clinic were kind and took their time to really listen. I finally made the decision to switch my dog's care to this clinic because it's close to home and convenient for me. I was also impressed with their staff as I had called the clinic once before, in a panic, as my dog had torn off her dew claw and was bleeding. They calmed me down and suggested I did not need to bring her in if the bleeding had stopped and if she didn't seem to show signs of discomfort. They also offered practical advice on how to care for the wound. The staff were very comforting and my dog wasn't shaking like a leaf, in fear like she had at the other vet clinic I had taken her to. I would highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for a compassionate place for your animal companion.

I have a cat and I have a kitten. Brought kitten in and he was treated for ear mites. Didn’t work. Paid for 2 more treatments still didn’t work. Then my adult gets extremely sick and I spent $2000 trying to figure out what was wrong and almost had to put him down, turns out he ate earmites from grooming the kitten which cause an infection. Altogether I have now paid for 6 treatments of earmites and my adult cat is showing infection symptoms again. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to throw away your money, if they had treated my kitten right the first time, my cat wouldn’t have suffered and almost died.

We recently took my sons dog, Atayohkan, to Dr. Keeler to remove an excessively large and loose dewclaw on her twisted paw. Surgery went well. Had some unexpected swelling the following morning. Took her back in and they fixed it up. I received a call on the weekend to check up on her and how she was doing. It was unexpected but so great to know they were concerned about her. Stitches removal was great. Would definitely recommend Dr. Keeler and the gals at WPAC. 10/10

I had heard a few comments that they might be a bit more expensive .... I dont think so ... but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend taking your animals here to be well cared for.

I recently got a rescue dog from my cousin who had a dog dropped off on the side of the highway and couldn't keep. I took him into the vet for a check up. I'm low income and in university and the vet get us an amazing deal on medication, advice and helped us out so much! We found out our new rescue had lice and worms so we brought in our adult husky for a check up. We were quoted for the boosters and medication he needed. When the vet realized she didn't quote us for a lice medication she let us leave and return later to pay. This has become the only vet in the city I will be using and would recommend to all my friends and family.
