I enjoyed my visit at this location. They handled my shy and skiddish bunnies very well. We went for a tooth trim. Fairly well priced. Very nice and very professional staff. Also a very adorable chubby cat. Recommend.

Our vet for many years moved so as new Burlington residents we thought this was the best time to find someone local. We called around and Angel was very resourceful in directing us to Aldershot Animal Hospital. We had our first visit, which was some vaccinations and a physical and the customer service was terrific! Dr. Rafuse was very personable and so was her staff. Everything was very quick and reasonably priced. Looks like we found our new vet:)

Very friendly and caring! My dog is very hesitant and nervous when making a trip to the vet, however the team always encourages us to stop by when we can for my pup to become acquainted and enjoy a nice treat! The team are very informative and helpful in answering any questions, especially after my dogs Neutering; they have been checking in and responding to my emails in a timely manner of all my concerns and questions post op. Highly recommend!

Aldershot Animal Hospital has provided wonderful care to my two giant rabbits. The staff is caring and professional, and I never feel rushed or pressured while there. I had previously been to this clinic for a 4DX (tick/lyme) test and they were great, however another incident came up a few weeks ago and I need a 4DX, which they claim isn’t “essential”. I didn’t realize my dog had to be suffering from possible Lyme symptoms/illness before any action would be taken. The whole point of the 4DX is to prevent that. It’s not like I’m asking for them to clip his nails... Thankfully another local clinic is providing the test with no issue. Quite disappointed in this lack of “service” regardless of covid. Protect your pets ????????

Got my bunny spayed here a few months ago. The staff were incredibly accommodating and so thoughtful. The pricing was fair and reasonable and my bunny recovered very quickly. Would definitely recommend this veterinarian to anyone especially people with bunnies looking to have them spayed or neutered.

The main Dr is good. She is one of the few that works with exotics. I always take my bunnies there. She also takes time to email me back when needing answers or solutions. That gives her a 5 star in my book.

Very happy with everyone . We have been going here at least 20 years. We trust them. More important our furry friend loves them. As soon as he sees the office the first thing he does is want out. He knows them and is comfortable with them. Once in the office he looks back at us as if to say ok you can go now. We are happy with the care we have recieved.

They are super nice and very friendly. I just got my bunny spayed and they were awesome! They have me take home meds and some critical care for her and answered all of my questions. Definitely recommend!

Had a great experience today at Aldershot Animal Hospital was my first time there and they honoured the coupon that I had gotten in the mail. Took the time to explain to me what I needed to know, really friendly staff and I love how they do your appointment and then send you a treatment plan later by email so you don't feel pressured to go ahead with any treatment. Would recommend. ????

Good experience, nice and friendly staff, clean and organized. The vet on call is experienced and knowledgeable, furthermore she sees " exotic" animals , birds etc, which seems to be rare most vets only see dogs and cats. Easy to get to with plenty of parking.

Aldershot Animal Hospital has got to be the best place to bring your beloved pets. I've been going here for 30 years and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Dr. Rafuse, Wendy and "little" Alex, care about your pets but they care about you as well. When my little Chewy got hit by a car during Covid, they're response time is what saved his life. Come here and you'll never look back.

I take my holland lop rabbit here for all check ups and procedures and he is always treated with amazing knowledgeable care. Dr. Rafuse neutered him this month and everything went perfect! Everyone at the clinic are super sweet and understanding. Also very reasonable pricing.

Friendly and clean environment. Although, Dr. is not knowledgeable of some cases and will not refer you to anyone. Spent lots of money on appointments and medication that did not help. Went to another clinic for a second opinion and received the proper care at our initial appointment with the new clinic that our cat truly needed.
