This is a review 3 weeks post operation with our pup. Her original spay appointment was bumped two months back from her vet and she was expected to go in heat shortly. This neuter clinic was able to take her in within 2 days whereas every other vet was asking for a consultation first. Pricing alone is worth coming to this clinic as it was less than half of our first quoted spay. The staff was very patient with all of our questions and the vet was kind with her post operation instructions. Her incisions healed very quickly and within 10 days our pup was running around the park. There were no issues with licking and the overall recovery process was very smooth. Highly recommend Lanark Leeds and Grenville Spay Neuter Clinic.

This organization is a blessing to anyone needing affordable spay and neuter services for their pets! The process with simple, great telephone call to start things rolling followed by a written estimate and procedures, etransfer payment, drive through, contactless drop off and pickup. They also took care of microchipping and rabies shot and our post op bodysuit for our dog. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone here and I would highly recommend then!

My dog had her spay done here. She is a rescue, and the rescue organized the location and date of the surgery. The rescue was listed on their file as the owner, so I was treated as a foster and was not given any information about the procedure. They did not ask me any questions or allow me to make any decisions regarding my dog. Due to this, I assumed that due diligence had been done both on the clinic's part and the rescue's part to ensure all relevant medical history for my dog had been passed along. It had not. They gave my dog a medication that interacts with a medication she is currently on. She is on a steroid medication and they gave her an NSAID. This could have caused stomach ulcers, impacted organ function, etc. Owners cannot be expected to know the side effects of medications. I found out after bringing her home when she could not even keep down water so I had to take her to her own vet for treatment. We trust these licensed professionals to be providing the best care for our pets. Extremely disappointed with all parties involved in this negligence.

This is a wonderful place with affordable, reasonable costs. A blessing for rescues. I've been here three times now with foster cats and ferals and it's been a breeze to coordinate drop off and pick up. I only wish more clinics like this existed -- they are essential to help battle the overpopulation. Spay and Neuter your animals!

DO NOT GO HERE. They didn’t do proper stitching on our dog and her stomach started falling out of her not even 12 hours after her surgery. She’s a one year old perfectly healthy dog who almost died because of these people. Not to mention the THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WE SPENT saving her life. They blamed us and blamed the clinic that saved her life and don’t even care enough to listen to us, so they can possibly change how they do things so they don’t do this again. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND.

I brought in my boy Beaker to get neutered. I was extremely nervous. I was so anxious. They reassured me that everything would be fine. I was so happy when we got home to see quick he bounced back. The surgery site looked very clean. He didn't need a cone and we were sent home with pain meds. I HIGHLY recommend bringing your pet here. You can be assured they will be treated great.

I brought in my cat Binx yesterday. I was extremely anxious. However to my surprise, Binx recovered like a champ! It was like nothing happened to him. He's still the playful little kitten like he was before. I thought Binx was a girl, but to my surprise it was a boy. They even told me he was a boy and refunded me back the difference of $150! I drove from Ottawa to this clinic because my aunt referred me and it was the easiest experience. The customer service is exceptional. They are even sending me a new copy of my certificate of bravery for Binx because mine got damaged. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my cat. He really is my family and thank you for appreciating that!.

They are the kindest staff and all about the animal's health. We traveled close to 2 hours to come to this clinic. We have a great dane with social anxieties and does not like strangers. They made sure he wasn't stressed and that we could be there as soon as he awakens all while following covid restrictions. He is healing perfectly and I would make the trip again in a heart beat to have the same experience. Thank you to everyone who made Picasso's surgery effortless. He had a very complicated neutering as they had to find his 2nd testicle which was located in his abdomen. 2 incisions and the sites are clean and well sutured. Highly highly recommend to everyone

We dropped off our little Cooper (6 month old whoodle) at 8:30 and was told he'd be ready to go home for 12:30 and he was. We were given 3 days of pain meds and the cost ($316) was a fraction of what we were quoted by our Ottawa vet ($1200). Cooper recouperated nicely and we had no issues at all. Barbara was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I have recommended this clinic to many people since our visit. Overall it was a super great experience.
