Recently our dog had her vaccinations. She is 12 and this time she seemed to be shivering afterwards and acting oddly. We were concerned. We phoned, and even though they were closing they waited extra for us to bring her in and look after her. There was no extra charge and it was wonderful to see their care for her. Throughout her life she has gone to Thunderbird and I would change.

I used to go here, and now that I go to a different vet, I realize just how poor this vet clinic is. They charged over $300+ for blood work (that wasn't even administered well, they kept poking my poor dog with a huge needle because they couldn't get a good spot to draw from. Our new vet used a smaller needle and it was all done with ease and my husky didn't cry once!) and the results were so far off then what our now new vet did. The reason being the testing was done much after the blood was collected resulting in inaccurate results. They should have also done the glucose test in house, but didn't. Thanks for the stress and scare that you caused our whole family!! Oh and the hundreds of dollars wasted on a test we never should have done with you.

I don’t think words can do much justice for how amazing this clinic is. The experience really starts right at the front desk with the amazing team. Whenever I bring my dog into the clinic all the staff run to him and show him so much love and make me feel rest assured that he is in great hands. I once had to take my dog to an emergency clinic in the middle of the night and my experience there was awful and really put things into perspective and made me appreciate Thunderbird so much more. Brought my 5 month old kitten in to be neutered. Staff were very courteous and efficient. Minimal wait time. They took great care of him and took the time to explain options and the process with me. Really glad I found this vet. Moved from Vancouver and had to leave my cat’s regular vet ( I have three cats). I’m always nervous when bringing one of my cat’s in particular (Luna )to a new doctor because she gets very scared and violent, and hasn’t been treated well by vets in the past. I’m not okay with anyone holding her down with giant leather gloves when she’s clearly terrified, so I was very sceptical trying a new vet. But she loves thunderbird as much as she possibly can and everyone there is so so gentle patient with her! I continue to bring my kitties here and I love the energy and patience they have with animals, it’s really hard to find!

At first they did seem a bit small with only one vet and often only one staff member. But in the past year through emergencies and overpriced visits to other clinics they have proven themselves to me, my family and my special needs senior cat who is still with us due in large part to them. They are not all about the money like alot of other larger hospitals and they have even helped us and saved us money when I know others didn't/wouldn't. We had taken our small puppy to Thunderbird Animal Hospital for a second opinion when our previous Vet had advised us that our puppy will require surgery to remove a small bump we had found. Dr. Singh was fantastic, he calmed our puppy down and scrapped the bump away like a scab. He advised us to keep an eye on it and to come back if it reappears. I’m so grateful I got a second opinion otherwise my puppy would have had an unnecessary surgery!

Dr gave the injection without holding the my dog , so my dog moved and had to do it again. She way cry and trembled with fear. Dr said it is normal. I never seem like that my dog. He didn't even touch my dog until the end. Is my dog dirty? You don't deserve a vet.

Brought my 9 year old Pitt in after he was showing signs of dry skin and spots of patchy hair. Was told it was most likely a food allergy. Prescribed him apoquil and recommended switching him to the hypoallergenic food most vets carry. Did not discuss his age or diet. My dog was simply missing a healthy fat from his food which was causing his skin to dry up. A 30$ bottle of omega 3 fatty acid and regular baths were all my dog needed yet I was lead to believe I needed to spend hundreds of dollars a month on prescribed medicine and food that was unnecessary and maybe even harmful to my dog.

The Staff and doctors are always so amazing with people's fur babies. At the same time, they go beyond and above for the care of their patients. Both vets treats my kitty with the greatest care. We had our dog there for an examination upon adopting her from a rescue agency. We found that it was a very rushed exam. She had stitches from a spaying which they forgot to remove and her nails were cut poorly. We ended up bringing her to a vet closer to home to finished the job. Lately we took our pet cat in to have his nails trimmed. Thunderbird Animal Hospital is AMAZING! Warm and friendly people to greet you and provide you with helpful and clear information/explinations for your inquiries. Doctor Singh and Doctor Sharma are also extremely detailed and thorough with their consultations and is able to provide clear and concise feedback. Not only that, the Doctors were also very honest and forthright about what is expected in terms of treatment, reactions of our pets, and prices for everything needed. Although it is a bit of a drive for me to come out to Langley from Richmond, it is definitely worth it. Prices are extremely reasonable when compared to other vets and animal hospitals in the lower mainland, which is a great plus!

I really appreciated how kind they were when my cat passed away especially, and all they did for her during her last months. She was hit by a car and I had a few quotes for leg repair....well this was almost half of what other certs were quoting me. I will recommend this office to anyone who wants a family type environment, nice well educated staff and kept clean. They kept me calm and just took it from there. Thankyou dr. Sharma and dr. The excellent care from Thunderbird ensured he not only survived but that he thrived. Their prices are reasonable. I'm going to preface this review with, I want to give them the benefit of the doubt as these COVID times are very stressful and perhaps they were short staffed or just extremely busy that day. I was referred to this clinic by the person who had sold me my puppy and they raved about the clinic. Since my puppy had been seen here before I figured I'd give them a chance and if all went well we would continue to come back and Dr.Singh would be our new vet. The positive experience were the two WONDERFUL ladies at the front! They were super patient, kind, caring, knowledgeable and they were killing it! Considering how busy they were! They honestly deserve a raise because even I felt overwhelmed and I was only watching it. But they weren't even breaking a sweat just managing things as they came. The con to my review was the experience with Dr.Singh. First of all I was told that if I returned to this animal hospital my puppy's booster would be covered but there seemed to have been a communication (on their end). Then when I went into the consult it felt very cut and dry and cold. I always felt like Dr.Singh wanted it to be a hi/bye, in and out type of appointment. I had mentioned I was referred to him by a loyal client and he didn't seem to care. I also had mentioned this was my first time with a puppy in over 10 years and had questions. All his answers were very short and simple - probably could have found more info on Google. I almost felt like I was an annoyance for asking anything. He didn't really make my pup feel comfortable either whereas my previous Vet would acknowledge the puppy try to bond and caringly did the exam and vaccines while educated me with every step and things to look for while my puppy grows. Again, this was just my experience I see that this clinic is very loved and trusted and maybe they just had an off day. As I know a lot of local rescue's love this clinic as well. For me I need something more personalized. Perhaps, he just didn't need the new clientele since he already has a lot of patients. PS. Your techs/front desk ladies need a raise.

Putting our cat down named Lilo was one of the hardest things to ever do, but with the help of the vet and staff they made the last moments with her better and at peace. Recently moved to Langley ( well canada), was raised down south. I saw their ad on mobile bandit app, went here. Clean, new look from outside and inside. But rest is how it went. I was greeted by reception. Filled out paperwork and all that good stuff. So far so good. She took me in to the room, doctor came in. MUMBLED "Hello". (okay maybe he was shy). Then I was waiting for his hand to approach so I can shake, but no. UMM PROFESSIONALISM?? Then this dude, yes I say dude now because I was confused as to whether he was a doctor or not. (He didnt even say his name). Starts talking to me about all the things wrong with my beautiful Lab. I told him I recently got everything checked with my vet in States, everything is up to date. I just wanted to get to know the doctor so I can start coming here since I moved here. But no, he insisted that I get a dental done. ( yet his own breath stinks). I quietly listened, maybe he's a competent doctor? He continues to babble some things and so forth. Tells me to wait while he performs procedures on my dog. I walked out and called my wife on the phone and told her all the things he said. She literally wanted to kill me, and told me to stop everything. ( Did I mention shes a vet medical assistant?? ) I went back inside told him I will come back another day, I have to rush. I paid them their exam fee, not once did they bother to tell me first exam is free. Even though I told them about the mobile app. Whatever, I paid them the money. Horrible experience, never going back again. My god, my wife was furious that he had the audacity to point out all of these mistakes when nothing is wrong! This doctor does not know about "FIRST DO NO HARM" oath that all doctors take. Don't try to fix something that is not needed to be fixed. I am very disappointed by the service I have received after moving to Canada. I hope I can find a good clinic soon. psI have dealt with a lot of vets in States, and never met someone so fake as a doctor. I don't know how people are going to this Vet, maybe because of low prices? Not sure. Anyways, my rant ends here. Hope all this time I spent writing this, helps save someones else time and energy.

I make the effort to drive from Maple Ridge to Langley to bring my dog here as he's so comfortable with the practice and the staff. He's always happy to go in and makes no fuss, and when we're ready to leave he's always sad to say goodbye to everyone as the staff are such welcoming and kind people to the pets and customers. When I have spoken with other clients who have been with the practice for longer whilst visiting, they have all agreed and spoken extremely highly about Thunderbird too. Would definitely recommend to bring your pet here!

The receptionists/nurses are very nice. The doctors are very neglectful. We took my family dog into them for years, a while back we noticed a lump and asked them to check it 3 TIMES. Every time they said it was just a fatty lump. When we got a second opinion from someone else we found out it was cancer. It had spread by this point all over her. Today my dog died too young because of these lazy doctors not doing their job. If you want your dog to live a healthy life, take them elsewhere.

In January my best friends, Euro and Brooklyn reached the end of their days at approximately 11 years old. The doctors and staff at Thunderbird have taken care of these noble German Shepherds for most of their lives. With the love and understanding that they gave us we were able to peacefully help them transition to the afterlife. I will be forever grateful for the compassion that they were able to show us in spite of the ache in their own hearts for the job at hand on that horrible night. I chose to honour my dogs life by adopting another Shepherd soon after and Rex is not afraid to be there for any reason. My post is more about the treatment I received after I took my cat had in for an enema. I was spoken to rudely on the phone when I called to express concern that my cat was eating fine but still not pooping 4 days later and after giving the medicine as prescribed. She said in a completely obligatory tone, "we're all booked but u can bring him in if u want" . Then when I questioned another exam fee they wanted to charge, she was snarky and condescending when she told me "well that's the cost of doing business!" I found it totally offensive and inappropriate to be spoken to in such an unprofessional manner by an employee of someplace like an animal hospital where people are supposed to show good nature, compassion and generally be more friendly to their customers who (I will remind them ) brings them the dr's patients. What made it even worse was today when I went to get some more medicine for my cat. The same girl was there that I spoke to before. She first acted like I was putting her out because the dr wasn't there and she had to call him. I could hear her talking to the dr and listening to how she spoke to the dr on the phone when he asked her a question .. She was belligerent to him too. I don't know why I was surprised.. I commented to the other girl that was there that this girl's attitude sucked! She was off the phone by this time and called me out for talking to the other girl about her behind her back. Ok, so I told her then to her face that her attitude sucked! She seriously wouldn't shut her mouth long enough for me to actually get my complaint out. I was soo offended by her attitude, literally appalled!! This chick shouldn't have ANY kind of service oriented job AT ALL, let alone one that requires any kind of niceness or kindness such as a animal hospital. People entrust their animals, who are members of the family to not just the dr's, but their assistants too! I told her forget the medicine, I will never bring my cat here again.. And that's because of u! For which she repeatedly stated "I don't care..GO! I DON'T CARE" For anyone wondering, this gem of an employee is named TRAVIA.. I'm not entirely sure on the spelling but not that many ppl with a name like that and it's sewn onto her smock. I would not ever again put my trust for the care of my cat, my family member.. To any place that would have someone like her on staff and with her lack of any kind of bedside manner. ESPECIALLY if she is going to be assisting to his care in any way.. And the fact that the dr's allow her to speak to them like that makes me question their ability, clearly .. to keep her in line as her employers. I will never bring my cat or any animal to Thunderbird Animal Hospital ever again and if you love your pets the way I do.., you will do the same. To the dr's... She's not fit to deal with people let alone the animals. I'm just one person.. How many other of your patients will you lose or have u lost already because this brutal excuse for an employee was an unprofessional little "b" to the patients owner?

I feel this is a good animal clinic. One of my cats passed away a while back, and this veterinary treated PomPom with dignity and respect. I was pleased how they handled this delicate time in my life when losing a beloved pet. I have another cat named Louie, and he was treated there recently, and the vet took good care of him too. He is doing much better now, I would continue to go to this veterinary.

Let’s just start with the fact that I have a LOT of pets, and always have had a lot of pets. So, I’ve seen MANY vets/clinics throughout the years. Thunderbird is a keeper for me. No question. I’ve taken two of my pets there now, and both times the care went above expectations, both by the front end staff, as well as the Dr. Great environment, excellent care. I also have to say that when I picked up my cat Benny yesterday, I was out the door when I remembered an additional concern that I’d forgot to mention. They took him right back again, along with me so he wouldn’t be confused ( remember we were already leaving ) checked his eye, put solution in it, assured me and we were once again on our way. No extra charge, no rushed feeling, only concern and care, even though they were clearly very busy ( 9 little pups had just been brought in, and they already seemed to have a full house )! Well... there’s a reason they are so busy. Because it’s a great place to take your pet when they need outstanding care.

Thunderbird staff where kind and caring and both times I have had issue with my dog they saw me on a moments notice. Services, Medicine etc have been 50% less than what I had previously paid for teeth cleaning etc at other clinics. At other clinic's when I get the bill I feel like I'm the one getting the stool sample, but not at Thunderbird. Yes it's does not feel high end, but they take care of your pet and your wallet.

First off this rating is more based on employees the vet has working at his establishment than against him himself. However, I do feel you should be held responsible for the people you hire to represent your company. We brought our dog in for teeth extraction. We had purchased a coupon to help a dog rescue for fifty percent off the extraction. We went in and then we were informed this coupon was only good if we had his teeth cleaned and polished as well which was an two hundred bucks almost more than what we had been expecting to spend. The young lady working at the front starting piping up it was the rescues fault of how she posted it. I asked her did you proof read the post before you allowed it to be posted with your companies name on it to which she responded no. While my fiancée and I were debating what to do the vet graciously offered to honour the coupon as is. Now this should be the end of the story with a high rating because of how the vet stepped up but instead they girl working the front desk starting laughing and shaking her head when the vet said this. I said excuse me miss what exactly is funny about this situation? She turned her head, picked up the phone and completely ignored me. I was shocked and honestly pissed off. My fiancée grabbed my shoulder and just said let's go. When I came to pick up my puppy I was third in line. She helped the two people in front of me and when I got to the counter without a word she stood up and walked away (I assumed to get my dog). After a couple minutes another girl came to the front asking if I needed help. So she went out back to get my dog. I could here them trying to talk to and play with my dog in the back and knowing he is very timid I started Calling his name. As soon as he heard my voice little paws on the ground jumping running to me wanting nothing to do with these girls. This was the worst service I've ever received and it's clear this girl should not be working in an industry where you are there to help save and keep animals healthy because she is only about the money. I was shocked and disgusted by the way she acted and although the vet is a nice gentleman the people who you hire to be the first and last faces you see when you enter and leave should give great impressions. My dog hated it there, and this woman working there shouldn't be working anywhere she needs to help people. We won't ever be using thunderbird again and I wouldn't suggest anyone else does either. Again I apologize to the vet because I do believe you at least care but your employees say alot about who you are as an employer. As well if you get a chance this employee has other reviews written about her and has felt the need instead of showing any professionalism and trying to apologize to the customer to give her employer a five star rating and defend her behaviour on google reviews. Very unprofessional and ignorant.

I took my very ill Sheltie to this hospital because my regular vet was not available. My girl was throwing up blood and pooping bright red blood as well. They were kind, and supportive, but most of all, extremely competent. She was diagnosed accurately immediately. They stabilised her, gave her meds, hydrated her, and later let her go home with me with meds. They gave me printed out results of the tests, as well as e-mailed them to me. They saw her again the next day, and gave her new medications and instructions to me. She recovered beautifully. Thank you very much!!!

We were recommended Thunderbird Animal Hospital by a friend when we found out our cat needed surgery for something quite rare for cats. Our original vet was going to charge us $2500. We brought her to Thunderbird for a second opinion and were quoted half the amount because the Dr’s were able to do the surgery themselves. They were amazing to work with, especially Dr. Singh who was very patient with me as I was very stressed. Dr. Singh and the staff received many phone calls and visits from me over the month recovery and I’m so grateful for their help and patience. Took our cat in for examination for a lump on shoulder. Antibiotic shot was given and if lump does not go way after 2 weeks, surgery will be required. Surgery was required and lump removed. The surgery to remove lump was more complicated than expected. One week later take Cat back for exam because sores are appearing all over her body. Was told to put Polysporin on them. Three days later another exam because sores are worse. Another surgery required to do a biopsy. This is the second time Cat has to be put under in less than 1 month. It will take 1-2 weeks to get result. No medication was given to help Cat through this ordeal. Cat was extremely fatigued, no energy. Decided after a couple of days to take Cat to a different Vet for a second opinion. Medication was given and Cat did get stronger but the biopsy results finally came back and Cat has skin cancer. One week later decided to put Cat down. Cat was 12-13 years old and Chemotherapy was an option but we decided against it. My question is "Why wasn't biopsy sent after the first operation when obviously something was wrong?" In the end over $1100.00 was paid to Thunderbird Animal Hospital and I believe the service was below par.

I have always had dogs in my life. For the past 15 years, my husband & I opened our home to giant breed dogs with health problems. Before Thunderbird opened, my experiences with Veterinarians were mainly negative. They used my care for my animals, along with a good dose of guilt, to pressure me. They put my dog’s through unnecessary tests, treatments and stress. My financial situation was always at a breaking point. We would have NEVER taken in dogs with serious health problems, without finding the team at Thunderbird. They are extremely knowledgeable & up to date with treatments, they’re fair and they genuinely care about our dogs. Both Dr Sharma and Dr Singh have a deep level of empathy. They’re able to work with the process it sometimes takes for people to come to the most difficult decisions. The heartbreaking ones. They’re compassionate, yet honest and have never taken advantage of the desperate emotions and desperate situations, we have found ourselves in. They work realistically with us, always with a goal to ease suffering- pet & people. I tell everyone about them. Friends & family speak just as highly about the team. i have been to allot of vets as i've moved multiple places in the past 7 years and this one is the best by far. I used another vet in walnut grove down the street and had nothing but terrible experiences , they would always try to sell you something and make you pay every time you walk in the place and my dogs HATED going. NOT here tho!! my dogs pull to the door and are excited to see the staff. The staff is super friendly with the dogs and make it a very stress free experience. Its also very well priced they don't try to make you buy something every time you walk in or sell you on something your dog probably doesn't need. My first dog cali tore her Acl in the beginning of march and the doc had her in surgery within the week, they even changed the bandage every couple day to keep it clean free of charge. This is the second knee surgery for her in under 2 years so the doc recommended a injection weekly for the first month and now just weekly and i think its made all the difference , she's allot more mobile and happy i find walking and playing now. my other little dog biggie had a weird growth third nail growing out of the middle of his paw pad , they had him in surgery within 2 days, removed it and stitched it up for a very fair price. He now has to go every 2-3 days to get it re wrapped and they don't charge me for it which is much appreciated ! i cant say enough good things about this place, if you need a vet or to switch to a new one i highly recommend this place !

The front staff is dishonest! I tried to return a bag of food because my dogs wouldn't eat it and they told me that I couldn't return it because it had been opened. I contacted Royal Canine directly and they told me that they have a 100% palatability guarantee and that the Vet is supposed to take the food back. They even get a credit back from Royal Canine when this happens but I guess it's just too much work for them to help out their customers in this way.

I recently brought both my doggo's in to Thunderbird. I switched vets during the pandemic as they were more affordable at the time. I looked at the reviews and felt confident to give them a try. I was really happy with the outcome. I felt that both my fur babies were well taken care of. We had a dental done one one of my doggo's and the before and after pictures are amazing, I was also very happy when I found out there wasn't a need for any extractions. My other pooch had hurt her ACL and with their guidance she has moved into full recovery with no need of surgery. I feel like Dr. Sharma was very honest and looking out for the needs of the animals. We are clients of thunderbird animal hospital for the last 3 years. We had our Bernese mountain dog just biopsied for a growth. The vet treated her like a child. We saw Dr Singh for a consultation first and Dr Sharma performed the surgery. For 2 weeks we were in and out of with her , as she is very spoiled and sensitive dog and she was treated like royalty. At some point I became envious of the care my puppy got . As I was treated with waaaay less care when I myself had a surgery at a human hospital. The price was reasonable, Doctors are exquisite and staff is very caring.

Staff are nice however the vets don’t really care about your dog and is always in rush. When my puppy was three months old, I told the vet about his potential ear infection concern as his ears were smelly and had brown residue.. he was also scratching a lot. The vet checked his ears and told me that it was fine but just a lot of debris. I went back after a month to get him neutered and mentioned his ears again. This time around they told me that he has an ear infection.. his ear condition is exactly same as I originally consulted the vet and now he has an ear infection ? I’ve also requested to get his inner ear hair removed to prevent ear infection, they charged me for the ear cleaning fee but did not remove his hair as I requested. I’m going to change vet and I do not recommend this place.

First, let me say that I'm skeptical of all the 5 star reviews. A lot of the reviewers have only one review on their profile (making me wonder if these are purchased reviews), and considering the service I received I have a hard time believing that so many people have rated this vet so highly. The tiny office space was packed with people and no where to sit. The doctor was surly and hardly spoke to me. When I asked him what was wrong with my dog he said, "It's just a condition dogs get sometimes," making me feel as though he didn't know what it was at all. He told me he was issuing two prescriptions, but when I got out to the front there were three, the third being a medicine we'd had before which my dog reacted badly to. I had to ask them to remove the medicine, but I felt that it was a sneaky way to jack up the bill. For all the comments on here about this vet caring about the animals, I didn't sense this at all. I felt that the vet was more concerned about packing people in and funnelling everyone to the cash register. After $150 and a week of medicine, my dog's condition has not improved at all. I would not go back to this vet and not recommend this vet at all.

How is it that a friend of ours... brings their 16 year old cat in after an awkward fall who started walking badly, and ends up with a full geriatric panel for just under $300, the vet come back with some pain meds and no xrays. The cat is still limping and panel came back good... This is a typical vet cash grab... you should be ashamed....

The best vets ever! Dr. Singh & Dr. Sharma have been our 4 lb. Chihuahua fur baby's vets for many years. We (okay, mostly me) are very overprotective of her. I have to completely trust anyone that touches her. They not only take extremely good care of her, but they put up with me, and that is not easy. The office staff is also wonderful. If you are looking for a veterinary hospital that has the best interest of your pets at heart, this is the place.

We have adopted a pit bull cross from a rescue group. He was so fearful and aggressive due to previous experiences, lots of health issues , but we were determined to give him the best life. We were refused by two different vets before and had a hard time getting vet care. A guy at the park suggested Thunderbird animal hospital. We booked an appointment and never regretted! We re not sure what happened to our dog before but he was so scared and so aggressive at times . At 65 pounds he seemed so to intimidating, but with the help if these vets we are able to gain his trust slowly . My husband and I both were very lucky to find dr Singh and Dr Sharma at Thunderbird Animal Hospital. Great advice and care for our dog! Like Dr Singh said - every dog is a puppy inside . We cant thank you enough for helping us save this poor boy, he is doing so much better!

“Dr.singh” recommended I put my dog on antibiotics a because my 2 year old stafford had a “fever” of 102.7F... He said she had a high fever and needed antibiotics, but a fever for a dog starts a 103.5F, he told me it would be $190 for the shots and that I’d need to return for more...

Both take the time to thoroughly explain your pet’s condition and they don’t waste time and money with needless tests. Our dogs actually love going to the vets and adore everyone there. Dr. Singh and Dr. Sharma are so gentle with them that even after several procedures over the years they seek affection from them. This is because both doctors take time with your pet and will give them a few pats after each procedure so they don’t develop a fear of doctors. They are amazing, caring and compassionate. The veterinarian assistant and office staff are also outstanding; polite, friendly, efficient and caring. This is a busy place, yet they take the time to return calls in a timely manner, explain which food is best for your pet, and assist you with all your pets needs. After our very first interaction with Thunderbird Animal Hospital, a late evening emergency, we were so impressed with Thunderbird Animal Hospital that we switched vets immediately and have been bringing our pets to them ever since. We have moved out of the area and still drive back the distance to see Dr. Singh and Dr. Sharma because they are exceptional veterinarian’s, kind people and because of the exceptional staff.

I normally go to 186 street location but come here for emergencies only as they have longer hours and they are open 7 days a week. Great service and very reasonable prices. We have two Bernese mountain dogs and one of them is a cancer survivor, thanks to these two veterinarians. He is now 4 years old and is going strong! The staff at the clinic is very knowledgeable, they were very quick in diagnosis, biopsy and lump removal. Carcinoma was on the shoulder blade area, just as Dr Singh said. Surgery was extremely difficult as the shoulder blade bone was affected. Its been two years our sweet boy is saved by these professionals. We are overwhelmed with joy and can’t thank Thunderbird Animal hospital enough! Recovery was hard and we ended up asking for home visits due to the fact that our dog is 97 pounds and was unable to get in and out of the car. Both vets took turns and came for wound treatment every 3 days. I can go on and one but to make long story short, this is the absolute best vet care you can possibly find. Towards the end when we were fully capable to come to the clinic for the check up , Dr Sharma kneeled and hugged our boy. My husband and I cried when we got the cancer free diagnosis . One of the front staff members was very unprofessional. Short and rude as I was picking up a dog food that had a specific name I couldn't remember. However my regular vet called over to ensure Thunderbird had the type of dog food and to put our name on it for pick up. She was rude. Instead of asking her colleague, she preceded to tell me she had no idea what I was talking about as her face went red. Walked away abruptly and never came out after. A lovely lady came out to assist me and found the food immediately with our name on it. Thank you for being so kind and helpful. This clinic should reevaluate how a staff member treats people coming in, as I see there is following negative reviews on her. Patients goes a long way.

We were told that Dr Singh has us booked for wed at 115 for our included vet visit after adopting a rescue dog. No appt was booked for us. A very helpful admin staff told us the vet probably forgot to hit “save” on the computer. They squeezed us in anyway. They took our new dog in and had my partner muzzle the 25 pound boxer/beagle/lab. With the muzzle in place the vet was still too scared to perform a thorough assessment of the dog. He had my partner hold the dog down. Inject him with the micro chip and sent us on our way. Trying to sell us overpriced flea and tick treatments as well as pet insurance. Poor quality of care and we left very disappointed after driving from Vancouver to Langley for a 10 minute examination. Won’t be back to a vet that’s afraid of dogs and has little of no idea of how to manage new dogs.
