Someone is always on reception!
Awesome Vets very friendly great with your fur babies
Amy Nagatani should be avoided by all people who own pets..She accelerated my dogs death..Instead of helping him she rather push medication that had no effect other then worsen his condition..And now he has passed..She should be barred from practicing anything on animals..
Although I love it they are expensive
Very caring, very organized and very professional. I think if you shop around you could find somewhere less expensive but I had a bad experience with another disorganized vet office and I'm willing to pay more to get better service and maybe shop around later.
Hit from behind by a Mustang tore a flexion in my neck
Very pleased with the caring staff
Dr Catherine Stewart is the best vet going period
I have never in my life seen a vet with as much care, patience, and kindness as Dr. Martin Rebele. He's extremely thorough and I didn't feel rushed. It's clear that he is doing exactly what he's meant to be doing. From the very first visit he's earned my business for life.
Great care,friendly service
They remember our dog every time and give great personal attention making follow up phone calls after procedures. Highly recommend.
Always professional
Prefer coastal rivers.
Very disappointed as I was highly recommended to go here. On my first visit the vet immediately cut me off as I tried to talk, I couldn't get an opinion or a word in. After the examination she recommends blood work and an ultrasound (at this point I have done that twice elsewhere) - then proceeded to make me feel bad using the "if it were me I would do this for my animal". I've already spent thousands, don't try and make me feel like garbage for hesitating on thousands more. After this I speak to the assistant about a diet plan. After telling them he's been on the highest quality of foods that are grain free the assistant scoffs and tells me "grain free food is a gimmick". I'm sorry but I 100% disagree with that statement and I found it very rude how she responded with attitude. I told them politely that I will no longer be going back and I had relayed how I felt to the receptionist. No apology, no chance for me over to even speak with the vet and explain my situation just an "okay bye". I will NOT be going back to Cedar Grove. Not professional. Not respectful.
Anazing staff and doctors. We finally know what is up with our kitty. Emotional day that was made better by the staff at Cedar Grove. Wish I came here first
They take a personal interest in each pet. They treat customers and their pets very well. We value the expertise of the doctor there.
Great service
We took our 12 week old puppy to this vet. Due to COVID restrictions, we weren't allowed to go inside with him. While we were sitting in the parking lot waiting for his check-up/vaccinations to be done, we watched our puppy escape and run out the front door of the practice into the parking lot. They completely failed to keep him safe, they allowed a baby puppy to escape the exam room, escape the lobby, and escape out the front door. He could have been lost to us, he could have been hit by a car and killed. This vet is completely irresponsible and incompetent. Don't trust your babies with them.
I was very happy and satisfied with the service we received from everyone who works there, and with the knowledgeable and friendly veterinarian who took care of my pets health needs and gave us all the information we asked for, and/or needed to know. It was very clear that she genuinely cares about her animal patients, and their human parents.
The veterinarians and staff are extremely caring and very nice.
The Vets and staff here are great.
We have recently moved so we needed to find a new vet for our dogs. Wonderful staff. Very thorough, they ask lots of questions and listen to concerns Not pushy with selling their services or products. Provide great advice. Highly recommended.
Very kind and great service.
Compassionate, friendly, and adept professional care provider for my dog.
Cedar Grove is an amazing vet ... I just wish the some of the staff would be a little more friendlier
The best pet care ....
We called Cedar Grove on Christmas Eve at 2:30pm (not realizing they closed at 4) asking if we could bring our puppy in as no one else had space and our regular vet was on holidays. Let me be clear that we have never been a client of theirs in the past, they have never seen our dog. I was concerned about her but wasn't sure if it warranted an emergency visit or not. They accommodated us and had us come down right away to squeeze us in before close. I'm not sure of the name of the veterinarian we saw but we had zero wait. They worked with us until right before close, running blood work and performing an exam and some special functional tests before calling me and letting me know they thought she needed to head to boundary bay emergency where she could be seen by a specialist. This wasn't what I wanted to hear obviously, but I was very appreciative of how kind each member of their staff was and how professional and thorough the vet was we saw (I wish I knew his name). He managed our expectations, advising us to prepare for her to stay the night in hospital, which she did and created less upset when emerg told us that. The emergency he referred us to treated us (and most importantly our puppy Debbie) so well. We're so grateful Cedar Grove got us in with zero notice and sent us to the people who could help her the best. I've only have one appointment here but feel like I can say they truly care about the animals here and it's very evident in their approach and welcoming demeanor. If you're looking for a new vet, don't hesitate to take your animals here. Please enjoy a picture of a much happier Debbie, thanks in part to cedar grove :)
Highly recommended
We met Dr. Rebele for the first time last week. We brought our little dog in to see Dr. Rebele who was incredibly compassionate, understanding, kind. He walked us through the whole thing, examined and explained what was happening with our dog. The staff were very kind, taking care of the billing in the exam room so we didnt have to he out front at the main desk ( I was in tears). I would definitely come back if I ever have another pet.
Typical vet just wanting to take your money. My dog has struggled with skin issues for a long time now and instead of actually finding a solution guess work was how they approached the problem. Expensive vet only food, medication that doesn’t work (even after I told them that), and visit after visit racking up hundreds of dollars per month of bills. Told the vet I was trying to stick to a budget and ended up getting smacked with a $380 bill of special food and medications that didn’t work at all. Wouldn’t highly recommend them.
All the Dr I have met are compassionate and truly care about your fur babies
Passionate doctor who treated my fur baby with great care. Will go back and recommend.
Staff is always pleasant and helpful. The doctors are amazing.
They call for updated shots that are extremely expensive and they don't even let you know that people can choose And it is not something that everybody does every few months or every 6 months I just feel that they overcharge and it is extremely unfair with the pandemic going on no one can afford these types of that bills not me not rich people it is way too high
Just out for your money. Could care less if your animal lives or dies. Was not willing to work with me on a viable solution or compromise.
I had to euthanize my beloved dog on April 2nd. The room wasn't even ready when I got there. Long 15 minute wait in waiting room with my very sick and distressed fur baby who was in liver failure. Then another long 30 minute wait in the room by myself when they took my precious fur baby to the back of the clinic. I heard yelping and was praying that it wasn't my dog. Still no dog but in comes one of the workers with the mobile debit machine to pay. No sorry for your loss. No compassion at all. Just matter of fact about cremation or private burial. I noticed 2 bandages one on each leg. No explanation of how it went. I had to ask and was told that his veins were collapsing. The vet on that day was Dr. Hunter. She didn't say a word to me. A horrible personality and no compassion at all. It was a horrible experience and I will not be taking my cat back there. 3 days later and not even an email of condolences. Horrible place.
Go to vet for all of our dogs needs. Very friendly staff.
Great service! Dr. Roy gave Kahlua his full attention the entire visit, unfortunately with covid we have not been allowed in any Vets with our new puppy but thankfully Roy and his colleagues were so kind and loving to Kahlua that she actually tried to go back inside the doors after !
We have been going to Cedar Grove for close to 13 years and have always had positive experiences. Dr. Rebele and his staff have been extremely caring, professional and saved our dogs lives on more than one occasion. We would highly recommend Cedar Grove!
Very nice people work there nice atmosphere honest and priced amazing
Dr. Amy is wonderful and genuine about what procedures need to be done
Most compassionate people ever????
Great people
Dr Rabele is amazing, kind & truly is in this for the animals. I couldn’t say enough nice things about him personally. He has saved my Diesel a few times and I will forever be grateful for him.
Thank you to the staff and owner. They took the time to walk us thru everything. Went in very scared and very emotional but they understood our concerns and supported us in the next steps. They went above an beyond for our fur baby. So grateful for the compassion and respect
Was the worse decision I ever made to change to this vet. I only did it because they were open Sundays. What a nightmare. Oh and they are no longer open Sundays. I will go back to the Mission Vet where they actually care about the animal welfare.
This clinic is absolutely amazing!! The staff is always so friendly and the Vets always take the time to explain thing in detail.
Excellent service and very compassionate, and very professional
Love this place....
The only vets we trust with our fur babies! Also very supportive when having to say goodbye to pets in the past, this alone goes a long way!
Great vets!
Dr Rebel is an amazing Vet! Very loving and gentle and great with your little babies. Been going to him for my pets for years!! Highly recommend this place and their Veterinarians
It was very comforting knowing our large dog was in good hands. Very professional and ourTheo is on the mend. Thank you all at Cedar Grove Animal Hospital for helping him so quickly. The staff and vets are so caring. Raymond Dyet. Abbotsford BC
Website advertises that they see rabbits, called the office and "no, sorry, we don't" ....uhh ok then wow
The vet I saw didn't seem to like cats much. maybe take your cat elsewhere. he was professional enough i guess, but i'd rather someone who liked the type of animal he was seeing.
Way nicer than the other place I have been going to.
Thank you Cedar Grove animal clinic for the outstanding service, honesty, guidance and compassion. In particular a special thanks to a Brianna and Dr. Rounding. We recently moved to Mission and are extremely thankful to have found Cedar Grove.
Dr Catherine Stuart is the reason I go here. They are a little higher priced, but a vet who takes the time to fully explain and discuss issues and potential remedies with you...well, worth it!
This animal clinic earned 5 stars from me because they make your animal a priority! They are friendly to the owners and truly care about helping our pets. A little pricey but that comes with owing an animal. Thank you Cedar Grove for always caring for my animals! <3
Very friendly great place
Wonderful clinic our Addy has been going there for years. They are great! Our dog gets so excited to see his friends there. I know he is treated well. Dr. Rebels answers all questions. And Addy just adores Brandi. Thank you for the great service.
Went in to this establishment with my sick dog the vet looked over my dog and said they would have to take an x-ray of her chest they told me at that time it would be 69$ then proceeded to take several pictures and just start adding it to the bill they charged me 168 dollars for two x-ray ( at 69$ I don't know where that math adds up ) the an additional 69$ for a third proceeded on telling me my dog has cancer and did nothing else aliveate my dogs breathing. I will never go back I feel stolen from. I wish I could put 0 stars
Good care for my animals, front end staff is professional and friendly. I did not give five stars because I feel it is a little expensive.
Amazing staff and Dr is very thorough with making sure I understood everything my dog needed. Thank you staff.
Dr.Rebele and Dr.Stuart have both been very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive Dr's in my experiences there. They care about our pets and our family.
False diagnosis that almost killed our dog, scared us, cost us a lot of money, just for a little cold. Care more about money than pets. Save your money take your pet to another vet. Stupid veterinarians, very little technics, poor knowledge.
The staff and doctors are amazing.
I took my cat to this clinic for the first time and they looked at her and that was fine but then they charged a “prebooked visit office fee” of $59 that was never mentioned to me at the time of making the appointment or at any point during the discussion of my cats treatment plan. Every other charge they called and discussed. Because of the covid rules we are asked to pay over the phone and I was just told a total and it seemed a little high and perhaps I should’ve asked at that point but I assumed maybe it was high because the medication they were giving my cat was expensive or whatever and then they handed my cat back to me with my itemized receipt and I noticed this fee that was never mentioned to me. I called them right away as I drove home and expressed my disappointment of them charging me a fee and not letting me know about it and asked for either a full or partial refund of the fee. The staff weren’t rude but definitely did not seem interested in resolving anything. Just kept repeating over and over that they were sorry and the fee was for the drs time which I was understanding of but I didn’t think it was fair that every other charge was discussed except for this one. That just really annoyed me and for that sole reason I will probably not come back to this vet ever again because how do I know what kind of surprise charges will just pop up at the end and then I have no choice but to pay them? So that kind of sucks.
Landmark picture
Excellent service and a very caring environment. I have been availing of their services for a little over a year, and I have always felt welcomed. The care offered to my cat has been of the highest quality. The staff are all so very personable. Recently my cat had a very serious, life threatening emergency. I feel he couldn't be in better hands. I highly recommend them.
