Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. They answer questions or get answers to those questions they can't answer. I e mail them if I need to know something ( how cats react to essential oils for instance). The Drs there are great and follow up on the care of my cats I have there. Been with them long before my oldest cat was a kitten 12 years ago.

Nothing to improve - your veterinarians are excellent - they provide clear and concise information, allowing the pet owner to make informed decisions. Your support staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable as well. Reve apparently is one of the best dogs to visit the Paris Vet Clinic, but I enjoy visiting as well! Thank you for all you do! I've never experienced a veterinary clinic as amazing as this one, they are fast, patient and unbelievably helpful and genuinely care about our pets. They are friendly and have the best atmosphere, they have very reasonable prices and aren't trying bleed your bank dry! Will never go to another vet

Paris Vet Clinic constantly goes above and beyond for its patients and their owners. I can usually get a phone consult or a same day visit with just a phone call, the vets have even come to my house when my dog couldn't get around easily. A group of caring and professional people, they work hard to ensure your pets are healthy and happy. During the pandemic, they have gone to curbside appointments, and they have this process working like a well oiled machine. The appointments are on time, fast and followed up with a personal phone call for you to talk to the vet with any questions. Fantastic service!

I have been dealing with Paris Vets for over 20 years...couldn't be happier. My pets are always treated with the utmost love and care. Sadly I just had to put down my 15 year old Husky...the love of my life, and Paris Vets handled it with such dignity and respect. A private room to say goodbye and all the time you need to do it. No pressure to settled up right away...and a separate exit so as not to be on display when grieving. A real class act. Thank you Paris Vets!

We had to put our dog to sleep today. She loved car rides. We gave her a big car ride, the veterinarian came out to the truck and she and the nurse were so loving and caring with our dog. Paris Veterinary is the best clinic we’ve ever been to. Since our dog was a puppy we have lived in 3 different cities before finally settling in Brant County, so we’ve been to our fair share of good vets! The administrative staff, vet techs and vets are all extremely good at what they do. They know their stuff, they don’t try to “up-sell”, and I know my dog is always in the very best hands. The waiting room is inviting and comfy, everything is clean and organized and it’s just an overall friendly environment. I was also very impressed with the pandemic policies they had in place to do their part to flatten the curve, while still giving my fur baby the very best care. I highly recommend PVC and will continue to. When our dog was hit by a car and subsequently needed major eye surgery, I was so grateful to be able to lean on PVC, and their referrals and advice. 3 years later, our lab/shepherd continues to be happy and well, and the worst day of my life (her accident) was truly made manageable by such caring, and helpful people at this special place.

Their is not one thing I could think of. I am in a air cast and the stuff did everything they could to help with Sophie out in and the car for me. As well help provide me with a method of payment where I didn’t have to leave my car. It is 12/10 in my opinion!

We just took or puppy to the Paris Vet, we have never had a dog before, so we had many questions. The doctor talked to me on the phone for over half an hour (covid - so I was unable to go in) answering my questions. I had already had an apt for that day but later in the day, I called in the morning because I thought he was sick, they told me to come right in. 15 mins later they called to tell me they thought he was fine but if I felt more comfortable I could leave him there for the day for them to keep an eye on him. When I picked him up later that day I was shocked- they didn’t charge me for him being there all day!

Paris Vet has an amazing Staff! The Doctors & their Assistants, the Tech's and the ladies on Reception/Retail are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and always kind. When we got our puppy 13 years ago, we shopped around for a vet to neuter him. Paris Vet was not the cheapest but they were the only vet that requested to meet Poli before putting him under the knife. That spoke volumes! Now we drive from Cambridge to Paris just to keep him at the same vet. Reception is great! Vets and techs are great! The lobby and rooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds are maintained. It is an all-round awesome place!

Love the location with the bright friendly atmosphere. Yes under covid it is different without going in. They have set up an ideal safety system under covid for all. Easy access to them and I have had several interaction in the last year with my pup. So glad I was recommended to them by my daughter. I like the honesty and that they listen to my concern about over vaccinating. I like how they rotate vaccine on a three year rotation!

Paris vet has been fantastic to our furry family of 2 Morkies, and Australian Shepard and a cat! We had an emergency one time which was quite expensive they did the surgery and worked with me for payments. They also did some of it for free of charge! When ever I have an issue with a pet they are quick to make sure we get in and get seen! They have always made us feel like our animals were important. They are a little pricey but you honestly get what you pay for!

They squeezed our German Shepherd in for a surgery to remove o large mass on her side that was causing her a lot of pain and stress. We had an emergency with our 12 year old dog. We called all the emergency vets at 3am, went as far as Toronto, no one could take her as they were all at capacity. Called Paris vet right at 8am asked if they accepted new clients as our other vet We felt was incompetent and was out for money. Right when I called Paris vet at 8am receptionist said they were fully booked, but accepting new clients. She asked me right away what the issue was. I explained what happening with our dog and she said bring her in now, I will squeeze you in. We brought her in and they took her away. We spoke to the vet in the parking lot and went over history. We got a call around noon and the vet explained to us what was happening with Rosey. Unfortunately the only thing to do was to put her down. We went back in and they have a room that looks like a livingroom. It was so nice. I held Rosey while she was put down and the vet was very comforting. Now less then a week later I have an envelope in my mailbox from them. It's a condolence card with Rosey's paw print in it and a hand written letter inside from them. I am so touched. That was above and beyond. I will never take my animals anywhere else. This place is AMAZING even through a difficult situation.
