Just want to update (March 2019, 18 months after Domino's first crystal problem) that Domino ended up needed surgery this month and the crew at OCVC were amazing. They made this scary process easier on all of us, but most importantly for Domino, and I was completely confident leave him in their hands for surgery. I seriously couldn't recommend a better vet! Dr. Shana and Dr. Jackie and even the newest vet I believe Dr. Shannon have all been amazing. Our cat Domino was very sick with bladder crystals and a stone and we were coming in sometimes daily and they made the process all so much more comfortable for us. As well as helping us with other cats we've rescued from respiratory problems to infected wounds to anxiety issues. Thank you OCVC for always making the process as painless as possible for all of us.

Very friendly and knowledgeable vets, we used to go to another vet in town but switched to Oxford as they are closer to our house and the price of shots and check up appointment was 1/2 of what it was at our other vet. They also told us something about our pet that our other vet never mentioned in the time we had been going. I am very happy we switched.

Best veterinary clinic in town. Upto date on natural oils and animal chiropractic practice. Super helpful on picking the best food and will give cheaper options to work with all budgets. Offer nail trim for both dog's and cat's. Also offer soft paws. You can work out a pre payment plan. Meaning, if you wanted $20 off each paycheck taken off and blanked there, they will. No more worrying.

We brought our 12 year old border collie cross in for a n injured shoulder, after informing the vet tech that the night before he had not even been able to stand without yelping in pain they told us no one could come in to help comfort him during the exam and pulled on his harness to force him inside. After about 15 minutes the vet came out and said they could feel nothing wrong and required multiple prompts to give us more information, cutting us off multiple times in the process to ask unrelated questions. After getting his prescription for a week and blood work done we were given no further resources or care. We've been taking all of our pets here for 5+ years and have always valued the care and familiarity and even make the drive from London because of this, but with their recent expansions we have noticed an unfortunate decline in their care. I truly hope this is only due to issues and lack of resources from covid-19 but I personally will not be taking any of our animals back to this clinic.

Our dog Dexter loves going to the vet specifically thanks to the complimentary puppy classes they gave new puppy patients. The staff, vets and technicians are all great to work with and care about their fur-patients. They give lots of treats and loving pats to their patients! We moved away from Woodstock and still keep coming to this vet, they are worth the 40 minute drive.

I took my cat in twice now, first to get her shots up to date, and the other for a spay. Both times, the staff were not only friendly, but seemed to genuinely have the pets best interests at heart. I was very pleased with the surgery, and having that extra free visit incase anything was out of the ordinary was a lovely assurance that my pet would be properly taken care of. No need however, as she healed very fast, and had zero issues with her incision site. Highly recommended for not only your fur baby, but your peace of mind aswell.

I brought in my chihuahua, Cinnamon, a few times over the past couple months to deal with a tooth abscess she had developed and to consider having her spayed. Dr. Shana and her team were very kind and thorough when caring for Cinnamon and answered all of the questions I had along the way, even calling for follow-ups to see how Cinnamon was doing. When it came to having her surgery, Dr. Shana and the technicians took great care of her during the whole process and even updated me throughout the day on how she was doing to make me feel less stressed, which was greatly appreciated as it was a tough day for both Cinnamon and myself :)

This clinic is awesome. They have taken care of my pup since she was 8 weeks old. They care about all their clients and know them all by name after one visit. She gets a thorough checkup each time we go for our appointment. They helped me with feeding issues , offering free samples, and guidance to get her on track. They offer a four week free puppy socialization class which is a great experience for puppies. Their facility is clean and bright. They have products for all your pets (toys, food, training aids) all at very reasonable prices. I am very pleased with this service and would recommend anyone to visit their clinic to see for themselves the care they offer. Thank you Oxford Clinic for your care and compassion.

Friendly staff. They are great with my dog and she is always excited once she sees the place and walks in without any hesitation. That's a good of a sign as you can get. Not too pricey for follow up visits after getting fixed. I think they only charged me for medication after I was worried it was getting infected( my dog is very active and wouldn't sit still after surgery)

We had to make an emergency appointment for our dog this week who had some how torn her nail off and was in tremendous pain. They took her in and removed the nail, packed it and sent us home with pain and antibiotic meds, and a cone.They we’re so kind to our Josie and the bill was very reasonable. They even phoned yesterday to see how she was doing. So glad they are our new vet for our two dogs.????

Going back to West Brant Vet. The drive will be worth their efforts of listening to what my pet requires and have her medicine on hand, not fib about it no longer being manufactured. They also take the time to explain preventative measures. I initially loved this vet, what a huge disappointment. Explaining it to another employee just blew up in my face...it was like I yelled profanities at the girl who was not doing her job, which I did not. I guess we live in a world now where we are not allowed to pass on that employees are not doing their jobs and just hand over our money and let them inject our pets with whatever they want while we can't even see what they are really doing because we are sitting in our cars. This really floored me today. I have always spoken highly of this practice and this is what happens when you pull another employee aside to voice your opinion about the one who just snatched your animal and clearly didn't care or have a clue about what was going on. You should never feel bad putting your pet in a vet techs arms!!!

My regular vet clinic hasent even answered the phone, so I decided to go here for a check up on my 1 year old St Bernard, they informed me she wasnt due for any vaccines. Wich is kewl. But I requested some flee/tic repellant. I refused to buy what she brought me , it was 120$ for 5 months of chew tablets. And the visit was 60 bucks. Wich was never mentioned. Even when I asked on the phone if the check up would be a cost. I paid 60 dollars to wait in my car and have strangers give my dog a couple treats. .. We only took maybe 5 minutes of ur time.. To do nothing and u think that's worth over 60 bucks..what a waste, I should have just dipped out.. Why did I stay and pay these morons.

I had brought my almost 5 year Sphynx in as she was losing weight very rapidly, Dr Shana Halfon was who our kitty saw. Dr Shana Halfon was very thorough with her questions and examination. Upon her findings and my kitty's symptoms she did a blood panel. She was very wonderful, compassionate, went through every little detail of her findings and was realistic of the possible outcomes. She called me the very next morning from her home, explained all the results and next possible steps. Unfortunately our sweet kitty didn't make it past the weekend. I recieved a call today with the final test results that were ordered. Again she was thorough , very compassionate and explained everything to me. I highly recommend Dr Shana Halfon. She was amazing to us and our girl. When we get our new kitty we will definitely be returning and requesting to see Dr Shana Halfon. Thanks you Oxford Vets

I brought my dogs in a couple of times and this last time will be the last, the woman on the phone had a bad attitude and seemed a lot more concerned about how much money she can milk from me then finding out what was wrong with my pup so I paid the $100 and change for absolutely nothing and brought my pup home I won't be returning! I have 3 dogs and breed them as well they just lost a lot of business from me!

Not impressed with this veterinary clinic. My cat has a urinary block & could not & still can not go pee. He howled through out the night in pain. This clinic was more concerned about selling urinary cat food than fixing the blockage. They wanted to capitalize on selling urinary rated food rather than correct the urinary issue. Today I will go to another clinic & they will be able to correct the issue
